서울핀테크랩(센터장 백광우)은 오는 8월 1일부터 31일까지 핀테크 분야 창업 7년 이내의 국내외 스타트업을 대상으로 2025년 하반기 입주기업을 모집한다고 밝혔다. 입주 공간은 여의도 위워크에 위치한 서울핀테크랩 내에 마련돼 있으며, 모집 규모는 전용 사무실 입주기업 약 19개사와 멤버십 형태로 좌석을 제공받는 기업 약 10개사로 구성된다.
서울핀테크랩은 서울시가 금융 중심지인 여의도에 조성한 국내 최대 규모의 핀테크 스타트업 지원시설로, 창업기업의 성장을 위한 오픈이노베이션, 투자유치, 해외진출, 멘토링, 교육 등의 프로그램을 운영해오고 있다. 현재까지 총 394개 핀테크 스타트업의 성장을 지원했으며, 2025년 1분기 기준으로 누적 매출 약 6,969억 원, 투자유치 약 4,637억 원, 신규 고용 4,237명을 기록한 바 있다.
이번 모집에서는 기존 금융서비스 외에도 AI 기반 융복합 기술을 보유한 스타트업까지 신청 범위를 확대했으며, 입주 가능 기간도 일반 입주기업의 경우 최대 3년에서 4년으로, 멤버십 기업은 1년에서 2년으로 연장됐다.
입주기업 선정은 외부 전문가의 평가를 통해 진행되며, 일반 입주기업은 서면 평가(40%)와 대면 평가(60%)를, 멤버십 기업은 서면 평가만을 거쳐 최종 입주 기업이 결정된다.
신청은 스타트업 통합지원 플랫폼 ‘스타트업플러스’를 통해 가능하며, 해외 기업은 서울핀테크랩 홈페이지를 통해 별도로 신청할 수 있다. 입주 희망 기업을 대상으로 한 온라인 사전설명회는 8월 14일 오후 3시부터 4시까지 진행될 예정이다.
서울핀테크랩 관계자는 “입주 기업에 대한 지원을 강화하고 첨단 기술 기반 핀테크 스타트업의 참여 기회를 넓힌 만큼, 역량 있는 기업들의 많은 관심과 참여를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Seoul Fintech Lab recruits companies for the second half of the year… "Strengthening support for fintech startups"
Seoul Fintech Lab (Director Baek Gwang-woo) announced that it will be recruiting domestic and international startups within the fintech industry established within the past seven years from August 1st to 31st for the second half of 2025. The space will be located within Seoul Fintech Lab, located in WeWork in Yeouido. The initial recruitment will include approximately 19 companies seeking dedicated office space and 10 companies receiving membership-based seating.
Seoul Fintech Lab, established by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in Yeouido, the financial hub of Seoul, is Korea's largest fintech startup support facility. It operates programs such as open innovation, investment attraction, overseas expansion, mentoring, and education to support the growth of startups. To date, it has supported the growth of 394 fintech startups, and as of the first quarter of 2025, it has recorded cumulative sales of approximately KRW 696.9 billion, investment of approximately KRW 463.7 billion, and 4,237 new jobs.
This recruitment has expanded the application scope to include startups possessing AI-based convergence technologies in addition to existing financial services, and the period of residence has been extended from three to four years for general resident companies, and from one to two years for membership companies.
Selection of resident companies is conducted through evaluations by external experts. General resident companies are selected through written evaluations (40%) and face-to-face evaluations (60%), while membership companies are selected through written evaluations only.
Applications can be submitted through the integrated startup support platform " Startup Plus ." Foreign companies can apply separately through the Seoul Fintech Lab website. An online pre-information session for prospective companies will be held from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on August 14th.
A Seoul Fintech Lab official stated, “As we have strengthened support for resident companies and expanded opportunities for participation by cutting-edge technology-based fintech startups, we anticipate significant interest and participation from capable companies.”

入居企業の選定は外部専門家の評価を通じて行われ、一般入居企業は書面評価（40％）と対面評価（60％）を、メンバーシップ企業は書面評価だけを経て最終入居企業が決定される。
申請はスタートアップ統合支援プラットフォーム「スタートアッププラス」を通じて可能であり、海外企業はソウルフィンテックラップホームページを通じて別途申請することができる。入居希望企業を対象としたオンライン事前説明会は8月14日午後3時から4時まで行われる予定だ。
ソウルフィンテックラップ関係者は「入居企業に対する支援を強化し、先端技術基盤のフィンテックスタートアップの参加機会を広げただけに、力量ある企業の多くの関心と参加を期待する」と明らかにした。

L'espace sera situé au sein du Seoul Fintech Lab, au sein de WeWork à Yeouido. Le recrutement initial concernera environ 19 entreprises recherchant des bureaux dédiés et 10 entreprises bénéficiant d'un abonnement.
Le Seoul Fintech Lab, créé par le gouvernement métropolitain de Séoul à Yeouido, le centre financier de Séoul, est le plus grand centre coréen de soutien aux startups fintech. Il gère des programmes tels que l'innovation ouverte, l'attraction d'investissements, l'expansion internationale, le mentorat et la formation pour soutenir la croissance des startups. À ce jour, il a accompagné la croissance de 394 startups fintech et, au premier trimestre 2025, il a enregistré un chiffre d'affaires cumulé d'environ 696,9 milliards de wons, des investissements d'environ 463,7 milliards de wons et la création de 4 237 emplois.
Ce recrutement a élargi le champ d'application pour inclure les startups possédant des technologies de convergence basées sur l'IA en plus des services financiers existants, et la période de résidence a été prolongée de trois à quatre ans pour les sociétés résidentes générales et d'un à deux ans pour les sociétés membres.

Les entreprises étrangères peuvent déposer leur candidature séparément sur le site web du Seoul Fintech Lab. Une séance de pré-information en ligne destinée aux entreprises candidates aura lieu le 14 août de 15 h à 16 h.
Un responsable du Seoul Fintech Lab a déclaré : « Comme nous avons renforcé le soutien aux entreprises résidentes et élargi les possibilités de participation des startups fintech basées sur la technologie de pointe, nous prévoyons un intérêt et une participation significatifs de la part d'entreprises compétentes. »
