디지털 헬스케어 스타트업 픽스업헬스(대표 임상원)가 중소벤처기업부의 기술창업 지원 프로그램 ‘팁스(TIPS)’에 최종 선정됐다고 25일 밝혔다. 이번 선정은 디지털 헬스케어 분야 전문 투자사인 디지털 헬스케어 파트너스(DHP)의 추천을 통해 이뤄졌다.
팁스는 정부와 민간 투자사가 협력해 유망 스타트업을 발굴·육성하는 프로그램으로, 선정 기업에는 최대 2년간 7억 원 규모의 연구개발(R&D) 자금이 지원된다.
픽스업헬스는 원격 재활 모니터링 솔루션을 개발하고 있다. 해당 솔루션은 외래 진료 외 시간에도 환자의 회복 경과를 원격으로 추적·분석하고, 환자 상태 변화에 따라 적절한 재활 치료 프로그램을 의료진에게 자동 추천하는 기능을 제공한다. 또한 치료 활동 및 환자 데이터를 바탕으로 보험 청구에 필요한 정보를 자동 정리해 행정 부담을 줄이는 통합 시스템을 지원한다.
이와 같은 원격 재활 관리 방식은 미국 메디케어 등 주요 보험사 보상 항목에 포함되는 등 해외에서도 활용 가능성과 시장성이 주목받고 있다.
픽스업헬스는 팁스 선정을 계기로 환자 상태 예측 알고리즘의 정교화, 인공지능 기반 재활 프로그램 추천 기능 고도화, 의료진 전용 대시보드 개선, 보험 청구 자동화 기능 강화 등 기술 개발을 본격적으로 추진할 계획이다.

Digital healthcare startup FixUpHealth (CEO Sangwon Lim) announced on the 25th that it had been selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' technology startup support program, "TIPS." This selection was made through a recommendation from Digital Healthcare Partners (DHP), a specialized digital healthcare investment firm.
TIPS is a program in which the government and private investment firms collaborate to discover and nurture promising startups. Selected companies will receive up to 700 million won in research and development (R&D) funding for two years.
FixUp Health is developing a remote rehabilitation monitoring solution. This solution remotely tracks and analyzes a patient's recovery progress even outside of outpatient clinic hours, and automatically recommends appropriate rehabilitation treatment programs to medical staff based on changes in the patient's condition. Furthermore, it supports an integrated system that automatically organizes information required for insurance claims based on treatment activity and patient data, reducing administrative burden.
This type of remote rehabilitation management method is attracting attention for its potential and marketability overseas, as it is included in the coverage items of major insurance companies such as Medicare in the United States.
With the selection of TIPS, FixUpHealth plans to actively pursue technological development, including refining its patient condition prediction algorithm, enhancing its AI-based rehabilitation program recommendation function, improving its dashboard dedicated to medical staff, and strengthening its insurance claim automation function.

フィックスアップヘルスはリモートリハビリテーションモニタリングソリューションを開発しています。このソリューションは、外来診療外の時間にも患者の回復経過を遠隔で追跡・分析し、患者の状態変化に応じて適切なリハビリ治療プログラムを医療スタッフに自動推薦する機能を提供する。また、治療活動と患者データに基づいて保険請求に必要な情報を自動整理し、行政負担を軽減する統合システムを支援する。
このような遠隔リハビリ管理方式は、米国メディケアなど主要保険会社の補償項目に含まれるなど、海外でも活用可能性と市場性が注目されている。
フィックスアップヘルスはチップス選定をきっかけに患者状態予測アルゴリズムの精巧化、人工知能ベースのリハビリプログラム推薦機能の高度化、医療スタッフ専用ダッシュボードの改善、保険請求自動化機能強化など技術開発を本格的に推進する計画だ。

数字医疗初创公司FixUpHealth（代表：林相元）于25日宣布，公司入选韩国中小企业部技术创业支持项目“TIPS”。此次入选是通过数字医疗专业投资公司Digital Healthcare Partners（DHP）的推荐进行的。
TIPS是一项政府与私人投资公司合作发现和培育有前景的初创企业的项目。入选公司将获得为期两年、最高7亿韩元的研发资金。
FixUp Health 正在开发一套远程康复监控解决方案。该解决方案即使在门诊时间之外也能远程追踪和分析患者的康复进度，并根据患者病情变化自动向医护人员推荐合适的康复治疗方案。此外，该解决方案还支持一套集成系统，该系统可根据治疗活动和患者数据自动整理保险理赔所需的信息，从而减轻管理负担。
这种远程康复管理方式已被纳入美国Medicare等各大保险公司的承保项目，在海外的潜力和市场性正在受到关注。
通过选择TIPS，FixUpHealth计划积极进行技术开发，包括改进其患者病情预测算法、增强其基于AI的康复计划推荐功能、改进其专用于医务人员的仪表板以及加强其保险索赔自动化功能。

La start-up de santé numérique FixUpHealth (PDG Sangwon Lim) a annoncé le 25 janvier avoir été sélectionnée pour le programme de soutien aux start-ups technologiques « TIPS » du ministère des PME et des Start-ups. Cette sélection a été effectuée sur recommandation de Digital Healthcare Partners (DHP), une société d'investissement spécialisée dans la santé numérique.
TIPS est un programme dans lequel le gouvernement et des sociétés d'investissement privées collaborent pour découvrir et soutenir des startups prometteuses. Les entreprises sélectionnées recevront jusqu'à 700 millions de wons de financement en recherche et développement (R&D) pendant deux ans.
FixUp Health développe une solution de suivi de réadaptation à distance. Cette solution suit et analyse à distance la progression de la guérison du patient, même en dehors des heures de consultation externe, et recommande automatiquement au personnel médical des programmes de réadaptation adaptés en fonction de l'évolution de l'état du patient. De plus, elle prend en charge un système intégré qui organise automatiquement les informations nécessaires aux demandes d'indemnisation en fonction de l'activité thérapeutique et des données du patient, réduisant ainsi la charge administrative.
