중소벤처기업부(장관 한성숙, 이하 중기부)는 8월 1일(금)부터 2025년 해외규격인증획득 2차 지원사업에 참여할 중소기업을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
해외규격인증획득지원사업은 중소기업이 해외진출 과정에서 수출대상국이 요구하는 규격인증 획득을 위해 인증, 시험, 컨설팅 등에 지출하는 비용의 일부를 성공조건부 사후 지원하는 사업이다.
지원대상이 되는 인증은 EU의 CE(유럽 통합규격인증), 미국의 NRTL(미국 국가공인시험기관인증, UL인증 등 포함), 중국의 NMPA(중국 국가식품약품감독관리총국허가) 등 546종이며, 선정된 기업에게는 최대 1억원 한도 내에서 전년도 매출액에 따라 총 소요비용의 50~70%가 지원된다.
이번 참여기업 모집은 지난 2월과 5월(추경사업)에 이어 올해 세 번째로 이루어지는 것으로, 약 200개 기업을 선정해 지원할 예정이다. 기업당 연간 최대 4건까지 신청 가능하나, 연간 총 신청금액이 3,500만원 미만인 경우(소액인증)에는 신청 건수 제한 없이 지원받을 수 있다.
이순배 글로벌성장정책관은 “이번 사업은 미국의 관세정책으로 인해 가중된 중소기업들의 글로벌 진출 부담 감소와 함께 수출국 다변화에 적지 않은 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”면서, 향후 “인증획득 외에 우리 중소기업들이 글로벌 경제영토 확장 과정에서 직면하게 되는 다양한 유형의 수출규제에 신속히 대응할 수 있도록 관련 정책을 늘려나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
참여기업 모집은 8월 29일(금)까지 이루어지며, 사업 신청 등 자세한 내용은 해외규격인증획득지원센터 누리집을 통해 확인할 수 있다.

Selected companies will be supported with 50-70% of the total cost, up to a limit of 100 million won, depending on the previous year's sales.
This is the third round of application for participating companies this year, following previous rounds in February and May (Supplementary Budget). Approximately 200 companies will be selected for support. Each company can apply for up to four projects per year. However, if the total annual application amount is less than 35 million won (small-scale certification), there is no limit to the number of applications.
Lee Soon-bae, Director of Global Growth Policy, said, “We expect this project to be of great help in reducing the burden of global expansion for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that has been aggravated by the U.S. tariff policy, as well as in diversifying export destinations.” He added, “In addition to obtaining certification, we will expand related policies so that our SMEs can quickly respond to various types of export regulations that they face in the process of expanding their global economic territory.”

中期部、「2025年海外規格認証取得2次支援事業」参加企業募集
中小ベンチャー企業部（長官ハン・成熟、以下中期部）は８月１日（金）から２０２５年に海外規格認証取得第２次支援事業に参加する中小企業を募集すると明らかにした。
海外規格認証取得支援事業は、中小企業が海外進出過程で輸出対象国が要求する規格認証取得のために認証、試験、コンサルティングなどに支出する費用の一部を成功条件部事後支援する事業だ。
支援対象となる認証はEUのCE(欧州統合規格認証)、米国のNRTL(米国国家公認試験機関認証、UL認証など含む)、中国のNMPA(中国国家食品医薬品監督管理総局許可)など546種であり、選定された企業には最大1億ウォン限度内で前年度売上サポートされる。
今回の参加企業募集は去る2月と5月(追慕事業)に続き今年3回目で行われるもので、約200社を選定して支援する予定だ。企業当たり年間最大4件まで申請可能であるが、年間総申込金額が3,500万ウォン未満の場合（少額認証）には申請件数の制限なく支援を受けることができる。
イ・スンベグローバル成長政策館は「今回の事業は米国の関税政策により加重された中小企業のグローバル進出負担の減少とともに輸出国の多様化に少なくない助けになると期待する」とし、今後「認証獲得の他に韓国の中小企業がグローバル経済領土拡張過程で直面するようになる多様なタイプの輸出規制に言った。
参加企業募集は８月２９日（金）まで行われ、事業申請などの詳細は海外規格認証取得支援センターのネットホームを通じて確認することができる。

中小企业风险投资部正在招募“2025年海外标准认证取得第二期支援项目”的企业。
中小企业和风险投资部（部长韩成淑，以下简称中小企业和风险投资部）宣布，将从8月1日（星期五）开始招募中小企业参与2025年获得海外标准认证的第二项支持项目。
海外规格认证取得支援事业，是指对中小企业在进军海外市场过程中，为取得出口国要求的规格认证而产生的认证、检测、咨询等费用的一部分，在成功后提供支援的事业。
可获得支持的认证种类多达546种，包括欧盟CE认证（欧洲融合标准认证）、美国NRTL认证（美国国家认可测试实验室认证，含UL认证）、中国NMPA认证（中国国家药品监督管理局认证）。入选企业将根据上一年度的销售额，获得总费用50%至70%的资助，最高限额为1亿韩元。
继2月和5月（补充预算）两轮申请之后，这是今年参与企业第三次申请。将选出约200家企业获得支持。每家企业每年最多可申请4个项目。但如果年度申请总额低于3500万韩元（小规模认证），则申请数量不受限制。
全球增长政策部长李淳培表示：“我们期待该项目能够为中小企业减轻因美国关税政策而加重的全球扩张负担，并实现出口目的地多元化发挥巨大作用。”他补充道：“除了获得认证之外，我们还将扩大相关政策，以便我国中小企业能够快速应对在拓展全球经济版图过程中面临的各种出口限制。”
参与公司的招募将持续到8月29日星期五，包括业务申请在内的详细信息可在海外标准认证支持中心的网站上查阅。

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Han Sung-sook, ci-après dénommé ministère des PME et des startups) a annoncé qu'il recruterait des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) pour participer au deuxième projet de soutien à l'obtention d'une certification standard à l'étranger en 2025 à partir du vendredi 1er août.
Le projet de soutien à l'acquisition de certifications standard à l'étranger est un projet qui fournit un soutien post-succès, sous réserve de succès, pour une partie des coûts engagés par les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) pour obtenir la certification standard requise par les pays de destination des exportations pendant le processus d'expansion à l'étranger, y compris la certification, les tests et le conseil.
Les certifications éligibles comprennent 546 types, dont la certification européenne CE (European Converged Standards Certification), la certification américaine NRTL (US Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory Certification, incluant la certification UL) et la certification chinoise NMPA (China National Medical Products Administration Approval).
