친환경 에너지 전문기업 덕양에너젠(공동대표 김기철, 박주동)이 4일 한국거래소에 코스닥 상장을 위한 예비심사 청구서를 제출했다고 밝혔다. 이번 상장 주관사는 미래에셋증권과 NH투자증권이 공동으로 맡는다.
덕양에너젠은 석유화학 공정에서 발생하는 부생수소를 고도로 정제해 고순도 산업용 수소로 전환·생산하는 사업을 주력으로 하고 있다. 회사는 고순도 수소 생산에 필요한 압력변환흡착(PSA), 디옥소(DEOXO), 드라이(DRY) 등 설비 및 기술을 자체 보유하고 있으며, 이를 기반으로 반도체, 석유화학, 연료전지 등 산업 분야에 수소를 공급하고 있다.
고순도 수소는 정제 과정의 기술적 난이도가 높아 관련 시장 진입 장벽이 존재하며, 덕양에너젠은 해당 분야에서 경쟁력을 갖춘 기업으로 평가받고 있다. 현재 전남 여수와 전북 군산에 위치한 생산시설을 통해 고순도 수소를 공급 중이며, 다양한 산업군의 고객사를 확보하고 있다.
2023년에는 산업통상자원부로부터 수소전문기업으로 지정되었으며, 극동유화와의 합작을 통해 울산 온산국가산업단지 내 상업용 수소공장을 건설 중이다. 해당 공장은 시간당 9만2000N㎥의 수소 생산능력을 갖추게 될 예정이며, 생산된 수소는 주로 에스오일의 샤힌 프로젝트에 공급될 계획이다.
또한 덕양에너젠은 수소 모빌리티, 연료전지용 수소 인프라 확충, 청정수소 유통 및 지역 수소클러스터 구축 등 다양한 신사업도 추진하고 있다.
회사 관계자는 “산업계 내 수소 수요 증가에 대응하기 위한 설비 투자 자금을 조달하고자 IPO를 추진하게 됐다”며 “탄소중립 및 수소경제 활성화 기조에 맞춰 핵심 인프라 공급자로서 역할을 확대할 방침”이라고 밝혔다.

Deokyang Energy's core business is converting and producing high-purity industrial hydrogen by highly refining byproduct hydrogen generated during petrochemical processes. The company possesses the equipment and technologies necessary for high-purity hydrogen production, including pressure-switched adsorption (PSA), deoxo, and dry process (DRY). Based on these technologies, the company supplies hydrogen to industries such as semiconductors, petrochemicals, and fuel cells.
High-purity hydrogen purification processes require high technical complexity, creating barriers to entry into the relevant market. Deokyang Energygen is recognized as a competitive player in this field. Currently, the company supplies high-purity hydrogen through its production facilities in Yeosu, South Jeolla Province, and Gunsan, North Jeolla Province, and has secured clients across a diverse range of industries.
In 2023, the company was designated as a hydrogen specialist by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. In partnership with Far East Petrochemical, the company is currently constructing a commercial hydrogen plant in the Onsan National Industrial Complex in Ulsan. The plant is expected to have a hydrogen production capacity of 92,000 N㎥ per hour, and the hydrogen produced will primarily be supplied to S-Oil's Shaheen Project.
Additionally, Deokyang Energy is pursuing various new businesses, including hydrogen mobility, expansion of hydrogen infrastructure for fuel cells, clean hydrogen distribution, and establishment of regional hydrogen clusters.
A company official stated, “We are pursuing an IPO to secure funds for facility investment to address the growing demand for hydrogen within the industry,” adding, “We plan to expand our role as a key infrastructure provider in line with the trend toward carbon neutrality and the revitalization of the hydrogen economy.”

環境にやさしいエネルギー専門企業の徳陽エナゼン（共同代表キム・ギチョル、パク・ジュドン）が４日、韓国取引所にコスダック上場のための予備審査請求書を提出したと明らかにした。今回の上場主管社は未来アセット証券とＮＨ投資証券が共同で引き受ける。
徳陽エネルギーは石油化学工程で発生する副生水素を高度に精製し、高純度産業用水素に転換・生産する事業を主力としている。同社は高純度水素の生産に必要な圧力変換吸着（PSA）、ジオキソ（DEOXO）、ドライ（DRY）などの設備や技術を独自に保有しており、これを基に半導体、石油化学、燃料電池など産業分野に水素を供給している。
高純度水素は精製過程の技術的難易度が高く関連市場への参入障壁が存在し、徳陽エネルギーは当該分野で競争力のある企業と評価されている。現在、全南麗水と全北群山に位置する生産施設を通じて高純度水素を供給しており、様々な産業群の顧客会社を確保している。
2023年には産業通商資源部から水素専門企業に指定され、極東油化との合弁を通じて蔚山温山国家産業団地内商業用水素工場を建設中だ。同工場は時間当たり9万2000Nm 3 の水素生産能力を備える予定であり、生産された水素は主にエスオイルのシャヒンプロジェクトに供給される計画だ。
また、徳陽エナゼンは水素モビリティ、燃料電池用水素インフラ拡充、清浄水素流通及び地域水素クラスタ構築など多様な新事業も推進している。
会社関係者は「産業界内の水素需要の増加に対応するための設備投資資金を調達しようとIPOを推進することになった」とし「炭素中立および水素経済活性化基調に合わせて核心インフラサプライヤーとして役割を拡大する方針」と明らかにした。

Deokyang Energy, spécialiste des énergies vertes (co-PDG Kim Ki-cheol et Park Joo-dong), a annoncé le 4 octobre avoir déposé une demande préliminaire d'introduction en bourse auprès de la Bourse de Corée (KOSDAQ). Mirae Asset Securities et NH Investment & Securities financent conjointement cette introduction en bourse.
L'activité principale de Deokyang Energy est la conversion et la production d'hydrogène industriel de haute pureté par raffinage poussé de l'hydrogène dérivé des procédés pétrochimiques.
