빅뱅엔젤스 주식회사(대표 황병선)와 신기술금융회사 주식회사 벡터기술투자(대표 신소우)는 2025년 8월 6일 유망 기술 창업기업의 발굴 및 육성 강화를 위한 업무협력 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양사가 보유한 자원과 핵심 역량을 결합해 기술 기반 벤처 생태계의 활성화와 상호 발전을 도모하기 위한 목적에서 추진되었다. 양 기관은 이를 바탕으로 유망 스타트업의 공동 발굴, 투자 연계 강화, 전주기 성장 지원, 액셀러레이팅 프로그램 공동 운영, 그리고 글로벌 진출 지원 등 다양한 분야에서 긴밀히 협력할 계획이다.
특히 양사는 각자의 네트워크를 활용해 유망 스타트업을 공동으로 발굴하고, 심사 및 투자 대상 기업을 선정하며, 상호 추천 기업에 대해 공동 및 후속 투자를 적극 검토하기로 했다. 또한 기술 자문, 인프라 연계 등의 보육 지원을 강화하고, 멘토링 및 네트워킹, 세미나 등 육성 프로그램을 함께 운영하며, 스타트업의 해외 진출 역량 강화에도 협력할 예정이다.
이번 협약은 초기 단계 스타트업을 전문적으로 지원해온 빅뱅엔젤스의 보육 경험과 네트워크, 그리고 벡터기술투자의 투자 전문성과 자금력을 결합한 점에서 의미를 갖는다. 벡터기술투자는 최근 오라클벤처투자와 함께 경북 및 전남 지역혁신 벤처펀드 운용사(GP)로 선정된 바 있다.

Big Bang Angels Co., Ltd. (CEO Hwang Byeong-seon) and Vector Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (CEO Shin So-woo), a new technology finance company, announced on August 6, 2025 that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for business cooperation to strengthen the discovery and nurturing of promising technology startups.

Vector Technology Investment was recently selected as the general manager (GP) for the Gyeongbuk and Jeonnam regional innovation venture fund, along with Oracle Venture Investment.
The two companies plan to provide practical growth opportunities to early-stage companies possessing technological prowess but facing challenges in securing funding or business advancement. Big Bang Angels Co., Ltd. (PDG Hwang Byeong-seon) et Vector Technology Investment Co., Ltd.
