한국ST거래(대표 조원동·정상준)는 미술품 조각거래 플랫폼 투게더아트(대표 도현순)와 토큰증권(STO) 기반 신사업 추진을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 7일 밝혔다. 투게더아트는 케이옥션의 자회사로, 미술품을 기초자산으로 한 투자상품 발행을 추진해온 업체다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 미술품을 기초자산으로 한 신종증권(신탁수익증권, 투자계약증권) 및 토큰증권 상품의 발행과 유통, 관련 플랫폼 구축·운영 등을 공동으로 추진한다. 또한, 미술품 외에도 다양한 실물자산 기반의 증권화를 포함한 공동사업 확대, 토큰증권 시장 활성화 및 신규 사업 모델 발굴 등에도 협력할 예정이다.
양사는 이번 협력을 통해 실물 기반 자산의 디지털 전환 및 자본시장 내 유동화 가능성을 높이고, 향후 토큰증권 관련 제도화 이후의 시장 확대를 준비한다는 계획이다.
투게더아트는 2024년부터 현재까지 7건의 미술품 기반 투자계약증권을 발행한 바 있으며, 신종증권 발행 경험을 바탕으로 이번 협약을 통해 유통 시장 확대에 나선다는 방침이다.
도현순 투게더아트 대표는 “한국ST거래와의 협력을 통해 미술품 투자계약증권 및 토큰증권의 유통 인프라를 보다 체계화할 수 있을 것”이라며 “예술 자산의 거래 접근성을 높이고, 보다 투명하고 효율적인 유통 생태계를 조성해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
정상준 한국ST거래 대표는 “투게더아트와의 협업은 실물자산 기반 증권 발행 분야를 다각화하는 중요한 기회”라며 “유통 플랫폼 사업자로서 안정적이고 지속 가능한 구조를 갖춘 STO 유통 생태계를 조성하는 데 주력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Korea ST Trading and Together Art Sign MOU for Art-Based Token Securities Business
Korea ST Trading (CEOs Won-dong Cho and Sang-jun Jeong) announced on the 7th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Together Art (CEO Hyun-soon Do), an art sculpture trading platform, to promote a new business based on tokenized securities offerings (STOs). Together Art, a subsidiary of K Auction, has been promoting the issuance of investment products based on artwork as underlying assets.
Through this agreement, the two companies will jointly pursue the issuance and distribution of new types of securities (trust beneficiary securities, investment contract securities) and token securities backed by art, as well as the establishment and operation of related platforms. Furthermore, the two companies plan to expand joint projects, including the securitization of various real assets beyond art, as well as to revitalize the token securities market and explore new business models.
Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to increase the digital transformation of real-world assets and their liquidity within the capital markets, and prepare for market expansion following the institutionalization of token securities.
Together Art has issued seven art-based investment contract securities since 2024, and plans to expand its distribution market through this agreement based on its experience issuing new types of securities.
Do Hyun-soon, CEO of Together Art, said, “Through our collaboration with Korea ST Trading, we will be able to further systematize the distribution infrastructure for art investment contract securities and token securities,” adding, “We will increase accessibility to art asset transactions and create a more transparent and efficient distribution ecosystem.”
Jeong Sang-jun, CEO of Korea ST Trading, said, “The collaboration with Together Art is an important opportunity to diversify the field of issuing real-asset-based securities,” and added, “As a distribution platform operator, we will focus on creating an STO distribution ecosystem with a stable and sustainable structure.”

韓国ST取引 – トゥゲザーアート、美術品ベースのトークン証券事業協力MOU締結
韓国ST取引（代表チョウォンドン・チョン・サンジュン）は、美術品彫刻取引プラットフォームトゥゲザーアート（代表ドヒョンスン）とトークン証券（STO）基盤の新事業推進のための業務協約（MOU）を締結したと7日明らかにした。トゥゲザーアートはケイオークションの子会社で、美術品を基礎資産とした投資商品の発行を推進してきた企業だ。
今回の条約を通じて両社は美術品を基礎資産とした新種証券（信託収益証券、投資契約証券）及びトークン証券商品の発行と流通、関連プラットフォーム構築・運営などを共同で推進する。また、美術品の他にも、様々な実物資産ベースの証券化を含む共同事業の拡大、トークン証券市場の活性化、新規事業モデルの発掘などにも協力する予定だ。
両社は今回の協力を通じて実物基盤資産のデジタル転換及び資本市場内の流動化の可能性を高め、今後トークン証券関連制度化以降の市場拡大を準備する計画だ。
トゥゲザーアートは2024年から現在まで7件の美術品ベースの投資契約証券を発行したことがあり、新種証券発行経験をもとに今回の条約を通じて流通市場拡大に乗り出すという方針だ。
ドヒョンスン・トゥゲザーアート代表は「韓国ST取引との協力を通じて美術品投資契約証券及びトークン証券の流通インフラをより体系化できるだろう」とし「芸術資産の取引のアクセス性を高め、より透明で効率的な流通生態系を造成していく」と話した。
首脳準韓国ST取引代表は「トゥゲザーアートとのコラボレーションは実物資産ベースの証券発行分野を多角化する重要な機会」とし「流通プラットフォーム事業者として安定的で持続可能な構造を備えたSTO流通生態系を造成することに注力する」と明らかにした。

Korea ST Trading et Together Art signent un protocole d'accord pour une activité de jetons de valeurs mobilières basés sur l'art
Korea ST Trading (PDG Won-dong Cho et Sang-jun Jeong) a annoncé le 7 janvier la signature d'un protocole d'accord avec Together Art (PDG Hyun-soon Do), plateforme de négociation de sculptures d'art, afin de promouvoir une nouvelle activité basée sur les émissions de titres tokenisés (STO). Together Art, filiale de K Auction, promeut l'émission de produits d'investissement basés sur des œuvres d'art comme actifs sous-jacents.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux sociétés poursuivront conjointement l'émission et la distribution de nouveaux types de titres (titres de bénéficiaires de fiducie, titres de contrats d'investissement) et de jetons adossés à des œuvres d'art, ainsi que la création et l'exploitation de plateformes connexes. Par ailleurs, les deux sociétés prévoient de développer des projets communs, notamment la titrisation de divers actifs réels au-delà des œuvres d'art, ainsi que de revitaliser le marché des jetons et d'explorer de nouveaux modèles économiques.
Grâce à cette collaboration, les deux sociétés prévoient d’accroître la transformation numérique des actifs du monde réel et leur liquidité sur les marchés financiers, et de se préparer à l’expansion du marché suite à l’institutionnalisation des titres symboliques.
Together Art a émis sept titres de contrats d'investissement basés sur l'art depuis 2024 et prévoit d'élargir son marché de distribution grâce à cet accord sur la base de son expérience dans l'émission de nouveaux types de titres.
Do Hyun-soon, PDG de Together Art, a déclaré : « Grâce à notre collaboration avec Korea ST Trading, nous serons en mesure de systématiser davantage l'infrastructure de distribution des titres de contrats d'investissement en art et des titres symboliques », ajoutant : « Nous augmenterons l'accessibilité aux transactions d'actifs artistiques et créerons un écosystème de distribution plus transparent et plus efficace. »
