중소벤처기업인증원(원장 엄진엽, KOSRE)이 8일 한국프레스센터 20층 내셔널프레스룸에서 열린 ‘2025 이노베이션 & 소비자가 선호하는 혁신기업 브랜드 대상’ 시상식에서 혁신 공공기관 부문에서 대상을 수상했다고 11일 밝혔다.
특히 이번 수상은 지난 7월 17일 ‘2025 세계 인정의 날’에서 시험·인증 분야 선진화 및 활성화를 통해 국가 산업 발전에 기여한 공로로 산업통상자원부장관 표창에 이어 연달아 받은 ‘상복’이어서 기관 임직원 일동의 자긍심은 한층 고무되는 분위기다.
‘2025 이노베이션 & 소비자가 선호하는 혁신기업 브랜드 대상’은 헤럴드경제, 코리아헤럴드가 주최하고, 월간파워코리아(발행인 백종원)가 주관하는 시상식으로 헤럴드 미디어 그룹이 한국에서 혁신을 선보인 기업과 기관, 인물을 포함해 많은 소비자로부터 선호 받는 유망, 우수 기업과 브랜드를 발굴하여 국내외에 널리 알리기 위해 제정됐다.
이번 수상은 공공분야에서 추진한 ▲ISO 37001(부패방지경영시스템)·37301(규범준수경영시스템) 기반의 청렴윤리경영 확산 ▲ISO 인증 제도 운영의 투명성·공정성 강화 ▲인권경영시스템 정착 및 확산 ▲노사상생 문화 조성 등 혁신 노력이 높게 평가된 결과다.
중소벤처기업인증원은 ISO 37001·37301 등 국제표준을 도입해 인증 과정의 모든 절차를 투명하게 운영하고 있으며, 인권경영시스템 및 노사상생 인증을 개발·보급해 기업의 인권 존중과 노사 간 상생 문화를 정착시키고 있다. 이를 통해 인권침해 예방, 안전한 근로환경 조성, 상생적 노사관계 구축 등 지속가능한 성장 기반 마련에 앞장서 왔다.
엄진엽 원장은 “이번 수상은 모든 임직원의 청렴한 마음과 헌신이 모여 이뤄낸 성과”라며, “앞으로도 공정과 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 인증제도 혁신을 지속해 인권과 상생의 가치가 대한민국 산업 전반에 뿌리내릴 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 수상 소감을 밝혔다.능보고서 검증, 각종 정부 위탁사업을 수행 중이다.

The Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute (KSCE) has adopted international standards such as ISO 37001 and 37301 to ensure transparency in all certification procedures. It also develops and disseminates human rights management systems and labor-management cooperation certifications, fostering a culture of corporate respect for human rights and mutual benefit between labor and management. Through these efforts, KSCE has been at the forefront of establishing a foundation for sustainable growth, including preventing human rights violations, fostering a safe work environment, and building mutually beneficial labor-management relations.
President Eom Jin-yeop said in his acceptance speech, "This award is the result of the integrity and dedication of all executives and employees." He added, "We will continue to innovate our certification system based on fairness and trust, and do our best to ensure that the values of human rights and coexistence take root throughout Korean industry." The company is currently verifying performance reports and carrying out various government-commissioned projects.
