한국교직원공제회(이사장 정갑윤, 이하 공제회)는 13일 의왕시청소년재단과 청렴하고 투명한 계약문화 조성을 위한 「지정정보처리장치 S2B 이용 활성화」 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 공제회는 S2B(학교장터) 시스템을 활용하여 의왕시청소년재단 및 산하기관의 계약업무가 보다 투명하고 공정하게 이뤄질 수 있도록 지원할 방침이다. 양 기관은 향후 지속적인 협력을 바탕으로 청렴한 계약문화 정착에 기여할 계획이다.
이상목 S2B 사업대표는 “S2B가 지방자치단체의 필수 계약 시스템으로 자리 잡을 수 있도록 노력할 것”이라며, “업무 효율성 제고와 함께 공공계약의 청렴성 확보에도 긍정적인 효과가 있을 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다. 이어 “지역 소상공인과 영세업체의 공공조달시장 진입 장벽을 낮추고, 판로 확대를 위한 기반을 마련하는 데에도 힘쓰겠다”고 덧붙였다.
한편, 한국교직원공제회는 현재 전국 17개 시·도교육청 및 16개 교육지원청과 S2B 이용 활성화를 위한 업무협약을 체결한 바 있으며, 2023년 1월에는 지방자치단체 전용 계약 플랫폼인 ‘지방계약플랫폼 S2B’를 정식으로 개통하여 이용 기관 확대 및 전자조달시스템으로서의 활용도를 높이고 있다.

The Korea Teachers Credit Union (Chairman Jeong Gap-yoon, hereinafter referred to as the Credit Union) announced on the 13th that it had signed a business agreement with the Uiwang City Youth Foundation to “promote the use of designated information processing devices S2B” to create a culture of honest and transparent contracting.
Through this agreement, the cooperative will utilize the School-to-Business (S2B) system to support the Uiwang City Youth Foundation and its affiliated organizations in conducting contracts more transparently and fairly. The two organizations plan to continue their cooperation and contribute to establishing a culture of transparent contracting.
Lee Sang-mok, CEO of S2B, stated, "We will strive to establish S2B as an essential contracting system for local governments. We anticipate this will have a positive impact on improving work efficiency and ensuring the integrity of public contracts." He added, "We will also work to lower barriers to entry for local small business owners and microenterprises into the public procurement market and establish a foundation for expanding their sales channels."
Meanwhile, the Korea Teachers Credit Union has signed a business agreement with 17 city/provincial offices of education and 16 education support offices across the country to promote the use of S2B, and in January 2023, it will officially launch the 'Local Contract Platform S2B', a contract platform exclusively for local governments, to expand the number of organizations using it and increase its usability as an electronic procurement system.

韓国教職員共済会（理事長チョン・ガクユン、以下共済会）は１３日、義王市青少年財団と清廉で透明な契約文化助成のための「指定情報処理装置Ｓ２Ｂ利用活性化」業務協約を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の協約を通じて、共済会はS2B（学校長場）システムを活用し、義王市青少年財団及び傘下官の契約業務がより透明かつ公正に行われるように支援する方針だ。両機関は今後の持続的な協力をもとに清廉な契約文化定着に寄与する計画だ。
理想目S2B事業代表は「S2Bが地方自治体の必須契約システムとして位置づけることができるように努力する」とし、「業務効率性向上とともに公共契約の清廉性確保にも肯定的な効果があると期待する」と話した。続いて「地域小商工人と零細業者の公共調達市場への参入障壁を下げ、販路拡大のための基盤を設けるのにも力を入れる」と付け加えた。
一方、韓国教職員共済会は現在、全国17の市・道教育庁及び16の教育支援庁とS2B利用活性化のための業務協約を締結したことがあり、2023年1月には地方自治体専用契約プラットフォームである「地方契約プラットフォームS2B」を正式に開通して利用機関拡大及び電子調達システム

韩国教师信用合作社（会长郑甲允，以下简称信用合作社）于13日宣布，已与义王市青年基金会签署商业协议，以“推广使用指定信息处理设备S2B”，从而建立诚实透明的合同文化。
通过这项协议，合作社将利用校企合作（S2B）模式，支持义王市青年基金会及其附属机构以更透明、更公平的方式开展合同业务。双方计划继续合作，共同致力于建立透明的合同文化。
S2B首席执行官李相木表示：“我们将努力把S2B打造成为地方政府不可或缺的合同系统。我们预计这将对提高工作效率和确保公共合同的完整性产生积极影响。” 他补充道：“我们还将努力降低本地小企业主和微型企业进入公共采购市场的门槛，并为其拓展销售渠道奠定基础。”
与此同时，韩国教师信用合作社与全国 17 个市/省教育厅和 16 个教育支援机构签署了业务协议，以推广 S2B 的使用。2023 年 1 月，该合作社将正式推出“地方合同平台 S2B”，这是一个专门面向地方政府的合同平台，旨在扩大使用该平台的机构数量，并提高其作为电子采购系统的可用性。

La Korea Teachers Credit Union (dont le président est Jeong Gap-yoon, ci-après dénommée la Credit Union) a annoncé le 13 avoir signé un accord commercial avec la Fondation pour la jeunesse de la ville d'Uiwang afin de « promouvoir l'utilisation de dispositifs de traitement de l'information désignés S2B » pour créer une culture de contrats honnêtes et transparents.
Grâce à cet accord, la coopérative utilisera le système de partenariat école-entreprise (S2B) pour aider la Fondation de la jeunesse de la ville d'Uiwang et ses organisations affiliées à conclure des contrats de manière plus transparente et équitable. Les deux organisations prévoient de poursuivre leur coopération et de contribuer à l'instauration d'une culture de transparence contractuelle.
Lee Sang-mok, PDG de S2B, a déclaré : « Nous mettrons tout en œuvre pour faire de S2B un système de passation de marchés incontournable pour les collectivités locales. Nous sommes convaincus que cela contribuera à améliorer l’efficacité du travail et à garantir l’intégrité des marchés publics. » Il a ajouté : « Nous nous efforcerons également de faciliter l’accès au marché des marchés publics pour les petites entreprises et les micro-entreprises locales, et de jeter les bases du développement de leurs canaux de distribution. »
Parallèlement, la Korea Teachers Credit Union a signé un accord commercial avec 17 directions municipales/provinciales de l'éducation et 16 bureaux de soutien à l'éducation à travers le pays afin de promouvoir l'utilisation de S2B. En janvier 2023, elle lancera officiellement la « Plateforme de contrats locaux S2B », une plateforme de contrats exclusivement réservée aux collectivités locales, afin d'accroître le nombre d'organisations utilisatrices et d'améliorer son utilisation en tant que système d'approvisionnement électronique.
