부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 보육기업 주식회사 데이터플레어(대표 손순배·이상영, 이하 데이터플레어)가 과학기술정보통신부 연구소기업으로 등록됐다고 밝혔다.
연구소기업은 공공연구기관의 기술의 직접 사업화를 위해 설립주체인 공공연구기관이 자본금의 10%이상을 출자하여 연구개발특구 내에 설립‧운영하는 제도로 공공연구기관의 기술력과 기업의 자본 및 경영 노하우가 결합된 기술사업화 모델이다.
데이터플레어는 산업 전반을 인공지능으로 전환하는 AX(AI Transformation) 기술 기반으로 항만의 대기오염과 탄소 배출 문제 해결에 나서고 있다. 이를 위해 국립한국해양대학교 환경공학과 유근제 교수의 특허 기술을 이전받아 기존의 센서 기반 측정 방식과 차별화된 플랫폼을 구축했다.
이 플랫폼은 AI 영상 분석과 AIS(Automatic Identification System, 선박자동식별장치) 데이터 융합 기술을 활용해 센서 없이도 선박별 오염물질 배출량(CO₂, SO₂, NO₂, PM2.5 등)을 정밀하게 측정할 수 있다.
또한, 데이터플레어의 기술은 항만 운영기관에 탄소세·배출권·ESG 평가 등에 활용할 수 있는 실측 데이터를 제공한다. 이를 통해 정확한 탄소 계정(Carbon Accounting)을 구축하고 항만의 친환경 전환을 가속화할 수 있다. 이러한 성과는 기후위기 대응이라는 공공성과 글로벌 탄소시장 진출이라는 사업성을 동시에 실현할 수 있는 기반으로 평가된다.
한편, 데이터플레어는 부산창경의 2025년 BOUNCE 스마트해양·핀테크 액셀러레이팅(이하 BOUNCE AC) 선정기업으로 이번 프로그램을 통해 해양 분야 친환경·디지털 전환 기술의 전략적 고도화에 집중하고 있다. 특히 실제 항만 환경에서 적용성과 확장성을 높이는 데 주력하고 있으며, 부산창경의 연계 지원을 통해 싱가포르를 포함한 글로벌 시장 진출에도 힘쓰며 해외 확장에 박차를 가하고 있다.

Dataflare Designated as a National Strategic Technology
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) announced that Dataflare, a childcare company (CEO Soonbae Son and Sangyoung Lee, hereinafter referred to as Dataflare), has been registered as a research institute company under the Ministry of Science and ICT.
A research institute enterprise is a system established and operated within a research and development special zone by a public research institute, which is the founding entity, investing at least 10% of the capital for the direct commercialization of the technology of a public research institute. It is a technology commercialization model that combines the technological prowess of a public research institute with the capital and management know-how of a company.
Dataflare is addressing air pollution and carbon emissions at ports based on its AX (AI Transformation) technology, which transforms entire industries into AI-powered systems. To achieve this, the company acquired patented technology from Professor Yoo Geun-je of the Department of Environmental Engineering at Korea National Maritime and Ocean University and developed a platform differentiated from existing sensor-based measurement methods.
This platform can precisely measure pollutant emissions (CO₂, SO₂, NO₂, PM2.5, etc.) from each ship without sensors by utilizing AI image analysis and AIS (Automatic Identification System) data fusion technology.
Furthermore, DataFlare's technology provides port operators with real-world data that can be utilized for carbon taxes, emissions permits, and ESG assessments. This allows for the establishment of accurate carbon accounting and accelerates the port's transition to a more eco-friendly environment. This achievement is considered a foundation for simultaneously achieving the public good of responding to the climate crisis and the business value of entering the global carbon market.
Meanwhile, Dataflare, selected for the Busan Changgyeong 2025 BOUNCE Smart Marine & Fintech Accelerator (BOUNCE AC), is focusing on strategically advancing eco-friendly and digital transformation technologies in the maritime sector through this program. The company is particularly focused on enhancing applicability and scalability in real-world port environments. With Busan Changgyeong's support, the company is also accelerating its overseas expansion by entering global markets, including Singapore.
Busan Changgyeong PM Jang Han-i said, “I hope Dataflare will grow into a globally competitive company in the marine and eco-friendly fields,” and added, “We will continue to actively support local startups through the BOUNCE AC program to create new growth engines in conjunction with national policies.”
データフレア、「国家戦略技術」を指定
釜山創造経済革新センター（代表取締役キム・ヨンウ、以下釜山創経）は保育企業株式会社データフレア（代表ソン・スンベ・イ・サンヨン、以下データフレア）が科学技術情報通信部研究所企業として登録されたと明らかにした。
研究所企業は、公共研究機関の技術の直接事業化のために設立主体である公共研究機関が資本金の10％以上を出資し、研究開発特区内に設立・運営する制度で、公共研究機関の技術力と企業の資本および経営ノウハウが結合された技術事業化モデルである。
データフレアは産業全体を人工知能に転換するAX（AI Transformation）技術基盤で、港湾の大気汚染と炭素排出問題の解決に乗り出している。このため、国立韓国海洋大学環境工学とユグンジェ教授の特許技術を移転し、既存のセンサーベースの測定方式と差別化されたプラットフォームを構築した。
このプラットフォームはAI映像分析とAIS（Automatic Identification System、船舶自動識別装置）データ融合技術を活用して、センサなしで船舶別汚染物質排出量（CO₂、SO₂、NO₂、PM2.5など）を精密に測定できる。
また、データフレアの技術は港湾運営機関に炭素税・排出権・ESG評価などに活用できる実測データを提供する。これにより、正確な炭素勘定（Carbon Accounting）を構築し、港湾の環境にやさしい転換を加速することができる。このような成果は、気候危機対応という公共性とグローバル炭素市場進出という事業性を同時に実現できる基盤として評価される。
一方、データフレアは釜山昌慶の2025年BOUNCEスマート海洋・フィンテックアクセラレーティング(以下、BOUNCE AC)選定企業で、今回のプログラムを通じて海洋分野の環境・デジタル転換技術の戦略的高度化に集中している。特に実際の港湾環境で適用性と拡張性を高めることに注力しており、釜山昌慶の連携支援を通じてシンガポールを含むグローバル市場進出にも力を入れ、海外拡張に拍車をかけている。
釜山昌慶チャン・ハン氏は「データフレアが海洋・環境に優しい分野でグローバル競争力を備えた企業に成長することを期待する」とし、「今後もBOUNCE ACプログラムを通じて地域スタートアップが国家政策と連携して新成長動力を創出できるように積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。
Dataflare被指定为国家战略技术
釜山创造经济革新中心（代表：金龙宇，以下简称“釜山创造经济”）宣布，育儿公司Dataflare（代表：孙顺培和李尚英，以下简称“Dataflare”）已注册为科学技术信息通信部下属的研究机构公司。
研究院企业是指在研发特区内，由公共科研机构作为发起单位，投入至少10%的资本，用于将公共科研机构的技术直接转化为产业的体制，是一种将公共科研机构的技术实力与企业的资本和管理经验相结合的技术产业化模式。
Dataflare 正利用其 AX（AI Transformation，人工智能转型）技术解决港口的空气污染和碳排放问题，该技术将整个行业转变为人工智能驱动的系统。为了实现这一目标，该公司从韩国国立海洋大学环境工程系刘根济教授手中获得了专利技术，并开发了一个与现有基于传感器的测量方法不同的平台。
该平台利用AI图像分析和AIS（自动识别系统）数据融合技术，无需传感器，即可精确测量每艘船舶的污染物排放量（CO₂、SO₂、NO₂、PM2.5等）。

Dataflare désigné comme technologie stratégique nationale
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Busan Creative Economy) a annoncé que Dataflare, une société de garde d'enfants (PDG Soonbae Son et Sangyoung Lee, ci-après dénommée Dataflare), a été enregistrée en tant qu'institut de recherche auprès du ministère des Sciences et des TIC.
Une entreprise d'institut de recherche est un système établi et exploité au sein d'une zone spéciale de recherche et développement par un institut de recherche public, entité fondatrice, investissant au moins 10 % de son capital dans la commercialisation directe de la technologie d'un institut de recherche public. Il s'agit d'un modèle de commercialisation technologique qui allie la prouesse technologique d'un institut de recherche public au capital et au savoir-faire managérial d'une entreprise.
Dataflare s'attaque à la pollution atmosphérique et aux émissions de carbone dans les ports grâce à sa technologie AX (AI Transformation), qui transforme des secteurs entiers en systèmes alimentés par l'IA. Pour y parvenir, l'entreprise a acquis une technologie brevetée du professeur Yoo Geun-je, du département de génie environnemental de l'Université nationale maritime et océanique de Corée, et a développé une plateforme qui se distingue des méthodes de mesure existantes basées sur des capteurs.
Cette plateforme peut mesurer avec précision les émissions polluantes (CO₂, SO₂, NO₂, PM2,5, etc.) de chaque navire sans capteurs en utilisant l'analyse d'images AI et la technologie de fusion de données AIS (Automatic Identification System).
De plus, la technologie de DataFlare fournit aux opérateurs portuaires des données concrètes pouvant être utilisées pour les taxes carbone, les permis d'émission et les évaluations ESG. Cela permet d'établir une comptabilité carbone précise et d'accélérer la transition du port vers un environnement plus respectueux de l'environnement. Cette réussite est considérée comme un fondement pour atteindre simultanément l'intérêt public en répondant à la crise climatique et la valeur commerciale de l'entrée sur le marché mondial du carbone.
Parallèlement, Dataflare, sélectionnée pour le programme Busan Changgyeong 2025 BOUNCE Smart Marine & Fintech Accelerator (BOUNCE AC), se concentre sur le développement stratégique de technologies écologiques et de transformation numérique dans le secteur maritime grâce à ce programme. L'entreprise s'attache particulièrement à améliorer l'applicabilité et l'évolutivité dans les environnements portuaires réels.
