중소벤처기업부(장관 한성숙, 이하 중기부) 노용석 차관은 20일(수) 소노벨천안에서 개최된 ‘충남 기업성장 벤처펀드’ 결성식에 참석하여, 충청남도에 중점 투자하는 충남 지역모펀드가 출자자 모집을 완료하고 본격적인 운영에 나선다고 밝혔다.
중기부는 올해 2월 비수도권 전용 지역모펀드 조성에 참여할 지자체를 모집하여 강원, 경북, 부산, 충남 4곳을 펀드 조성 지역으로 선정했다. 충남도청을 중심으로 한 지역사회의 적극적인 참여로 충남에서 첫 번째 펀드가 결성된다.
‘충남 기업성장 벤처펀드’는 충남 지역 중점 투자 벤처펀드에 출자하는 1,011억원 규모의 벤처모펀드로 결성됐다. 모태펀드가 대형 지역모펀드 조성을 위해 600억원을 출자했다.
주요 출자자로 충청남도, 기업은행, 농협은행, 하나은행 등이 참여했다. 특히 이번 펀드는 지역 선배기업인 ㈜JB, 미래엔서해에너지, ㈜선익시스템, ㈜대일공업에서 총 60억원을 출자하여 지역 후배기업의 성장을 지원한다.
‘충남 기업성장 벤처펀드’는 9월 운영위원회를 통해 출자분야를 확정하고 10월부터 자펀드 출자사업을 시작하여 향후 3년간 충남에 중점 투자하는 1,500억원 규모의 벤처펀드를 조성할 계획이다.
이번 행사는 1부 개회식 이후 2부에서 ‘충남 기업성장 벤처펀드’ 운용 방향 설명회와 충남 유망기업의 IR을 진행하고, 3부에서는 LB인베스트먼트, 아주IB투자 등이 참여하여 충남 지역의 출자자와 수도권 투자사 간 네트워킹 자리를 마련됐다.
노용석 차관은 “지역사회의 연대로 탄생한 ‘충남 기업성장 벤처펀드’는 다른 지역사회에 영감과 용기를 주고, 많은 지역 기반 투자자들의 참여를 이끌어내는 촉매제가 될 것”이라며, “중기부는 이번 충남 기업성장 벤처펀드를 시작으로 5극 3특 중심의 비수도권 전용 벤처모펀드를 조성하여, 벤처·스타트업을 지역의 성장엔진으로 육성하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Chungnam Enterprise Growth Venture Fund was established as a KRW 101.1 billion venture capital fund to invest in venture funds focused on the Chungnam region. The parent fund contributed KRW 60 billion to establish a large-scale regional venture capital fund.
Major investors included South Chungcheong Province, Industrial Bank of Korea, Nonghyup Bank, and Hana Bank. This fund, in particular, will support the growth of emerging local companies with a total investment of KRW 6 billion from regional leading companies: JB Corporation, Mirae Enseohae Energy, Sunik Systems, and Daeil Industrial.
The Chungnam Enterprise Growth Venture Fund plans to establish a venture fund worth 150 billion won over the next three years, focusing on investments in Chungnam over the next three years, by finalizing investment areas through the Steering Committee in September and starting a private fund investment business in October.
Following the opening ceremony in the first part of this event, the second part included an explanation session on the operation direction of the 'Chungnam Corporate Growth Venture Fund' and IR of promising companies in Chungnam. In the third part, LB Investment, Aju IB Investment, and others participated, providing a networking opportunity between investors in the Chungnam region and investors in the metropolitan area.
Vice Minister Noh Yong-seok said, “The ‘Chungnam Enterprise Growth Venture Fund,’ which was born from solidarity among local communities, will serve as a catalyst to inspire and encourage other local communities and encourage the participation of many local investors,” and added, “The Ministry of SMEs and Startups will establish a non-metropolitan area-only venture fund centered on the five major and three special regions, starting with the Chungnam Enterprise Growth Venture Fund, and foster ventures and startups as regional growth engines.”

中小ベンチャー企業部（長官韓成熟、以下中期部）ノ・ヨンソク次官は２０日（水）ソノベル天安で開催された「忠南企業成長ベンチャーファンド」結成式に参加し、忠清南道に重点投資する忠南地域モファンドが出資者募集を完了して本格的な運営に乗り出した。
中期部は今年２月、非首都圏専用地域モーファンドの造成に参加する自治体を募集し、江原、慶北、釜山、忠南の４カ所をファンド造成地域に選定した。忠南道庁を中心とした地域社会の積極的な参加で、忠南で最初のファンドが結成される。
'忠南企業成長ベンチャーファンド'は忠南地域重点投資ベンチャーファンドに出資する1,011億ウォン規模のベンチャーモーファンドで結成された。モテファンドが大型地域モファンドの造成のために600億ウォンを出資した。
主要出資者として忠清南道、企業銀行、農協銀行、ハナ銀行などが参加した。特に今回のファンドは地域先輩企業である(株)JB、未来エンサー海エネルギー、(株)サンイックシステム、(株)対日工業で計60億ウォンを出資し、地域後輩企業の成長を支援する。

Le vice-ministre Noh Yong-seok du ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Han Sung-sook, ci-après dénommé ministère des PME et des startups) a assisté à la cérémonie d'inauguration du « Chungcheongnam-do Enterprise Growth Venture Fund » qui s'est tenue à Sonobel Cheonan le mercredi 20 et a annoncé que le fonds régional de Chungcheongnam-do, qui se concentre sur l'investissement dans le Chungcheongnam-do, a terminé le recrutement d'investisseurs et commencera ses opérations à grande échelle.
En février dernier, le ministère des PME et des Startups a invité les collectivités locales à participer à la création d'un fonds régional exclusivement destiné aux zones non métropolitaines. Le Chungnam Enterprise Growth Venture Fund a été créé en tant que fonds de capital-risque de 101,1 milliards de wons coréens (KRW) pour investir dans des fonds de capital-risque axés sur la région de Chungnam.
