세종창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 오득창)는 지난 14일, 강한 소상공인 라이프스타일 유형 선정 기업의 IR 역량 강화를 위한 ‘IR 피칭 POWER-UP’ 프로그램을 성황리에 마무리했다고 22일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 오는 8월 25일 ~ 8월 28일 4일간 경기도 광명시 아이벡스 스튜디오에서 열리는‘강한 소상공인 성장지원사업 파이널 오디션’을 대비하여 참가 기업들의 IR 역량을 체계적으로 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
총 4단계로 구성된 이번 프로그램은 IR 기본 교육을 시작으로 △실제 투자자 관점의 IR 피치덱 멘토링, △ IR 경쟁력 강화를 위한 스피치 및 피치덱 디자인 컨설팅, △실제 IR 발표와 유사한 환경에서 진행된 미니 IR 데이 등이 운영되었다.
특히 미니 IR 데이를 통해 참가 기업들은 액셀러레이터(AC)와 벤처캐피털(VC) 전문가들에게 투자자 시각의 실질적인 피드백을 전달받고 시간 제한, 평가 기준 등 파이널 오디션과 동일한 환경에서 발표를 경험하여 최종 점검의 시간을 가졌다.
이번 프로그램에 참여한 기업 대표는 “막연했던 IR 준비 과정이 단계별로 정리되면서 자신감이 생겼다”며, “강한 소상공인 사업의 지원 프로그램을 통해 향후 투자 유치 활동에도 큰 도움이 될 것 같다”고 소감을 전했다.
세종창조경제혁신센터 오득창 대표는 “이번 프로그램은 파이널 오디션뿐만 아니라 강한 소상공인의 스케일업 및 후속 투자 유치를 위해 마련된 자리”라며 “앞으로도 라이프스타일 기반 소상공인이 기업가형 소상공인(라이콘,LICORN)으로 지속 성장할 수 있도록 적극적인지원을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
Sejong Center Ends IR Capacity Building Program
Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Oh Deuk-chang) announced on the 22nd that it had successfully concluded the 'IR Pitching POWER-UP' program on the 14th to strengthen the IR capabilities of companies selected for the Strong Small Business Lifestyle Type.
This program was designed to systematically strengthen the IR capabilities of participating companies in preparation for the 'Strong Small Business Growth Support Project Final Audition', which will be held for four days from August 25th to August 28th at the Ibex Studio in Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
This program, consisting of four stages, began with basic IR training, followed by IR pitch deck mentoring from the perspective of actual investors, speech and pitch deck design consulting to enhance IR competitiveness, and a mini IR day held in an environment similar to an actual IR presentation.
In particular, through the Mini IR Day, participating companies received practical feedback from investors' perspectives from accelerator (AC) and venture capital (VC) experts, and experienced presentations in an environment identical to the final audition, including time limits and evaluation criteria, providing a time for final review.
A representative of a company that participated in this program said, “I feel more confident as the vague IR preparation process is organized step by step,” and “I think this program to support strong small business owners will be of great help in attracting future investment.”
Oh Deuk-chang, the head of the Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, said, “This program is not only a final audition, but also a place designed to help strong small business owners scale up and attract follow-up investments.” He added, “We will continue to actively support lifestyle-based small business owners so that they can continue to grow into entrepreneurial small business owners (LICORN).”

今回のプログラムは、8月25日～8月28日4日間、京畿道光明市アイベックススタジオで開かれる「強い小商工である成長支援事業ファイナルオーディション」を備え、参加企業のIR能力を体系的に強化するために設けられた。
合計4段階で構成された今回のプログラムは、IR基本教育を皮切りに、△実際の投資家視点のIRピッチデッキのメンタリング、△IRの競争力強化のためのスピーチ及びピッチデッキデザインコンサルティング、△実際のIR発表と同様の環境で行われたミニIRデーなどが運営された。
特にミニIRデイを通じて参加企業はアクセラレータ（AC）とベンチャーキャピタル（VC）の専門家に投資家視覚の実質的なフィードバックを受け、時間制限、評価基準などファイナルオーディションと同じ環境で発表を経験して最終点検の時間を有した。
今回のプログラムに参加した企業代表は「漠然としたIR準備過程が段階別に整理されて自信が生じた」とし、「強い小商工人事業の支援プログラムを通じて今後の投資誘致活動にも大きな助けになりそうだ」と所感を伝えた。
世宗創造経済革新センターオ・スンチャン代表は「今回のプログラムはファイナルオーディションだけでなく、強い小商工人のスケールアップおよび後続投資誘致のために設けられた席」とし「今後もライフスタイル基盤の小商工人が起業家型小商工人（ライコン、LICORN）に持続成長できるように積極的な支援を続ける。

该计划旨在为8月25日至8月28日在京畿道光明市Ibex Studio举行的为期四天的“中小企业强力成长支援项目最终试镜”做准备，系统地加强参与企业的IR能力。
该计划分为四个阶段，从基础的 IR 培训开始，然后是从实际投资者的角度进行 IR 演示文稿指导，提高 IR 竞争力的演讲和演示文稿设计咨询，以及在类似于实际 IR 演示的环境中举办的迷你 IR 日。
特别是通过Mini IR Day，参赛企业可以从加速器（AC）和风险投资（VC）专家那里获得站在投资者角度的实际反馈，并在与最终试镜完全相同的环境中体验演示，包括时间限制和评估标准，提供最终审查的时间。

世宗创造经济革新中心主任吴德昌表示：“该项目不仅是最终的试镜，也是帮助实力雄厚的中小企业主扩大规模、吸引后续投资的平台。”他还表示，“我们将继续积极支持生活方式型中小企业主，使他们不断成长为创业型中小企业主（LICORN）。”
Le Centre Sejong met fin au programme de renforcement des capacités des relations internationales
Le Centre Sejong pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (PDG Oh Deuk-chang) a annoncé le 22 qu'il avait conclu avec succès le 14 le programme « IR Pitching POWER-UP » pour renforcer les capacités IR des entreprises sélectionnées pour le type de style de vie Strong Small Business.
Ce programme a été conçu pour renforcer systématiquement les capacités IR des entreprises participantes en préparation de l'audition finale du « Strong Small Business Growth Support Project », qui se tiendra pendant quatre jours du 25 au 28 août au studio Ibex à Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Ce programme, composé de quatre étapes, a commencé par une formation de base en RI, suivie d'un mentorat en matière de pitch deck IR du point de vue d'investisseurs réels, de conseils en matière de discours et de pitch deck pour améliorer la compétitivité des RI, et d'une mini-journée IR organisée dans un environnement similaire à une véritable présentation IR.
En particulier, grâce au Mini IR Day, les entreprises participantes ont reçu des retours pratiques du point de vue des investisseurs de la part d'experts en accélérateurs (AC) et en capital-risque (VC), et ont assisté à des présentations dans un environnement identique à l'audition finale, y compris des limites de temps et des critères d'évaluation, offrant un temps pour un examen final.
Un représentant d'une entreprise ayant participé à ce programme a déclaré : « Je me sens plus confiant car le processus de préparation des RI est organisé étape par étape » et « Je pense que ce programme visant à soutenir les propriétaires de petites entreprises solides sera d'une grande aide pour attirer les investissements futurs. »
Oh Deuk-chang, directeur du Centre Sejong pour l'économie créative et l'innovation, a déclaré : « Ce programme n'est pas seulement une audition finale, mais aussi un lieu conçu pour aider les propriétaires de petites entreprises dynamiques à se développer et à attirer des investissements ultérieurs. » Il a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à soutenir activement les propriétaires de petites entreprises axées sur le style de vie afin qu'ils puissent continuer à devenir des entrepreneurs de petite entreprise (LICORN). »
