AI 최적화 및 경량화 기술 기업 노타(대표 채명수)는 8월 24일부터 28일까지 미국 애틀랜타에서 열린 ‘ITS 세계총회 2025(ITS World Congress 2025)’ 참가를 마무리했다고 29일 밝혔다.
ITS 세계총회는 지능형 교통시스템(Intelligent Transport Systems) 분야의 세계 최대 규모 국제 행사로, 매년 15,000여 명 이상이 참관하고 200여 개의 기업이 참가한다.
노타는 이번 전시에서 국토교통부가 운영하는 한국관과 LG CNS 전시장에서 공동 부스를 운영하고, 소니와의 협업 성과를 발표하는 등 자사의 독자적 비전언어모델(VLM)을 기반으로 한 ITS 기술력을 글로벌 시장에 소개했다.
국토교통부 한국관에서는 생성형 AI 기반의 지능형 돌발상황 복합검지시스템을 선보였다. 이 시스템은 노타의 독자적 비전언어모델을 활용해 교통사고, 화재, 도로 위 장애물 등 다양한 돌발 상황을 실시간으로 감지하고, 이벤트 간의 연관성을 분석해 불필요한 알람을 줄이는 차세대 관제 기술로 현장 관람객들의 주목을 받았다.
LG CNS 전시장에서는 AI 기반 지능형 교통관리 솔루션이 전시됐다. 해당 기술은 도로 및 항만 등에서 차량과 보행자의 흐름을 분석하고, 돌발 상황 발생 시 신속하게 대응할 수 있도록 해 운영 효율성과 안전성을 높이며, V2X 통신 기반의 실시간 정보 교환 기능도 지원한다.
또한 노타는 소니와 함께 미국 콜로라도주 레이크우드(Lakewood)에서 진행한 공동 PoC(기술검증) 결과를 공개했다. 양사는 무단횡단 사고가 빈번한 지역을 대상으로 보행자 안전 관리와 교통량 분석 기술을 적용했으며, 노타의 AI 최적화 기술을 소니의 스마트 이미지 센서 ‘IMX500’에 탑재해 정확도 100%의 검증 결과를 기록했다.
채명수 노타 대표는 “이번 ITS 세계총회는 글로벌 고객들과 파트너십 기반의 협력 가능성을 확인할 수 있었던 의미 있는 자리였다”며 “생성형 AI 기반 ITS 기술을 통해 스마트시티 교통 안전 혁신을 선도하는 기업으로 도약해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
노타는 이미 ITS 분야에서 기술 성능과 상용화 측면에서 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 스마트교차로시스템(SIS) 기본성능평가에서 99% 이상의 정확도를 기록해 ‘최상급’ 등급을 획득했으며, 지난 4월에는 국내 기업 최초로 두바이 교통국과 생성형 AI 기반 ITS 솔루션 공급 계약을 체결해 중동 지역 상용화에도 성공했다.
노타는 이번 총회 성과를 기반으로, 내년 강릉에서 개최 예정인 ITS 세계총회에도 참가해 국내 ITS 기술의 글로벌 홍보와 네트워크 확장에 나설 계획이다. 이와 함께, 과학기술정보통신부 주관 ‘국가대표 AI’ 개발 과제에 최종 선정되었으며, 8월 증권신고서를 제출해 연내 코스닥 상장을 목표로 하고 있다.

Nota to Participate in the ITS World Congress 2025
Nota (CEO Myung-soo Chae), an AI optimization and lightweight technology company, announced on the 29th that it has concluded its participation in the 'ITS World Congress 2025' held in Atlanta, USA from August 24th to 28th.
The ITS World Congress is the world's largest international event in the field of Intelligent Transport Systems, attracting over 15,000 attendees and over 200 companies each year.
At this exhibition, Nota operated a joint booth at the Korean Pavilion operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the LG CNS exhibition hall, and announced the results of its collaboration with Sony, thereby introducing its ITS technology based on its proprietary Vision Language Model (VLM) to the global market.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) Korea Pavilion showcased a generative AI-based intelligent emergency situation complex detection system. This next-generation control technology, utilizing Nota's proprietary vision language model, detects various emergency situations, such as traffic accidents, fires, and roadway obstacles, in real time and analyzes correlations between events to reduce unnecessary alarms, captivating visitors.
At the LG CNS exhibition, an AI-based intelligent traffic management solution was showcased. This technology analyzes the flow of vehicles and pedestrians on roads and ports, enabling rapid response to emergencies. This enhances operational efficiency and safety. It also supports real-time information exchange based on V2X communication.
Nota also revealed the results of a joint PoC (Proof of Concept) conducted with Sony in Lakewood, Colorado, USA. The two companies applied pedestrian safety management and traffic analysis technologies to an area with a high incidence of jaywalking accidents, and by integrating Nota's AI optimization technology with Sony's smart image sensor 'IMX500', the verification result achieved 100% accuracy.
“This ITS World Congress was a meaningful opportunity to confirm the possibility of partnership-based cooperation with global customers,” said Chae Myeong-su, CEO of Nota. “We will make a leap forward as a company leading the innovation of smart city traffic safety through generative AI-based ITS technology.”
Nota has already secured a competitive edge in the ITS field, both in terms of technological performance and commercialization. It achieved a "top-tier" rating in the basic performance evaluation of its Smart Intersection System (SIS), achieving over 99% accuracy. In April, Nota became the first Korean company to sign a contract with the Dubai Transport Authority to supply a generative AI-based ITS solution, successfully commercializing it in the Middle East.
Building on the success of this conference, Nota plans to participate in the ITS World Congress, scheduled to be held in Gangneung next year, to promote domestic ITS technology globally and expand its network. Furthermore, Nota has been selected for the "National AI" development project hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT, and is aiming to file a securities report in August for a KOSDAQ listing within the year.

ITS世界総会は、インテリジェント交通システム（Intelligent Transport Systems）分野の世界最大規模の国際イベントで、毎年15,000人以上が参観し、200社以上の企業が参加する。
野田は今回の展示で国土交通部が運営する韓国館とLG CNS展示場で共同ブースを運営し、ソニーとのコラボレーション成果を発表するなど、自社独自のビジョン言語モデル(VLM)を基盤としたITS技術力をグローバル市場に紹介した。
国土交通部韓国館では、生成型AI基盤の知能型突発状況複合検知システムを披露した。このシステムは能田の独自のビジョン言語モデルを活用し、交通事故、火災、道路上の障害物など多様な突発状況をリアルタイムで感知し、イベント間の関連性を分析して不要なアラームを減らす次世代管制技術で現場観覧客の注目を集めた。
LG CNS展示場ではAIベースのインテリジェント交通管理ソリューションが展示された。当該技術は道路や港湾などで車両や歩行者の流れを分析し、突発状況発生時に迅速に対応できるようにして運用効率性と安全性を高め、V2X通信基盤のリアルタイム情報交換機能も支援する。
また、ノータはソニーと共に米国コロラド州レイクウッド(Lakewood)で進行した共同PoC(技術検証)結果を公開した。両社は無断横断事故が頻繁な地域を対象に歩行者安全管理と交通量分析技術を適用し、能田のAI最適化技術をソニーのスマートイメージセンサー「IMX500」に搭載し、精度100％の検証結果を記録した。
チェ・ミョンス野田代表は「今回のITS世界総会は、グローバル顧客とパートナーシップ基盤の協力可能性を確認できた意味のある席だった」とし、「生成型AI基盤ITS技術を通じてスマートシティ交通安全革新をリードする企業に飛躍していく」と明らかにした。
ノータはすでにITS分野で技術性能と商用化の面で競争力を確保している。スマートクロスロシステム（SIS）の基本性能評価で99％以上の精度を記録して「最上級」等級を獲得し、4月には国内企業で初めてドバイ交通局と生成型AIベースのITSソリューション供給契約を締結し、中東地域の商用化にも成功した。
野田は今回の総会成果を基に、来年江陵で開催予定のITS世界総会にも参加し、国内ITS技術のグローバル広報とネットワーク拡張に乗り出す計画だ。これとともに、科学技術情報通信部主管「国家代表AI」開発課題に最終選定され、8月証券申告書を提出して年内コスダック上場を目指している。

国土交通部韩国馆展示了基于生成式人工智能的智能紧急情况复杂检测系统。这项新一代控制技术利用Nota专有的视觉语言模型，实时检测交通事故、火灾、道路障碍物等各种紧急情况，并分析事件之间的关联性，从而减少不必要的警报，吸引参观者的目光。
在LG CNS展会上，展示了基于人工智能的智能交通管理解决方案。该技术可分析道路和港口的车辆和行人流量，从而快速应对紧急情况，提高运营效率和安全性。它还支持基于V2X通信的实时信息交换。

L'ITS World Congress est le plus grand événement international au monde dans le domaine des systèmes de transport intelligents, attirant plus de 15 000 participants et plus de 200 entreprises chaque année.
Lors de cette exposition, Nota a exploité un stand commun au pavillon coréen exploité par le ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports et au hall d'exposition LG CNS, et a annoncé les résultats de sa collaboration avec Sony, introduisant ainsi sa technologie ITS basée sur son modèle de langage de vision propriétaire (VLM) sur le marché mondial.
Le pavillon coréen du ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports (MOLIT) a présenté un système intelligent de détection de situations d'urgence complexes basé sur l'IA générative. Cette technologie de contrôle de nouvelle génération, utilisant le modèle de langage visuel propriétaire de Nota, détecte en temps réel diverses situations d'urgence, telles que les accidents de la circulation, les incendies et les obstacles routiers, et analyse les corrélations entre les événements afin de réduire les alarmes inutiles, captivant ainsi les visiteurs.
Lors du salon LG CNS, une solution de gestion intelligente du trafic basée sur l'IA a été présentée. Cette technologie analyse les flux de véhicules et de piétons sur les routes et les ports, permettant une intervention rapide en cas d'urgence. Elle améliore l'efficacité et la sécurité opérationnelles. Elle prend également en charge l'échange d'informations en temps réel grâce à la communication V2X.
Nota a également dévoilé les résultats d'une preuve de concept (PoC) menée conjointement avec Sony à Lakewood, dans le Colorado, aux États-Unis. Les deux entreprises ont appliqué des technologies de gestion de la sécurité des piétons et d'analyse du trafic à une zone à forte incidence d'accidents de traversée illégale. En intégrant la technologie d'optimisation par IA de Nota au capteur d'image intelligent « IMX500 » de Sony, la vérification a atteint une précision de 100 %.
« Ce Congrès mondial des STI a été une excellente occasion de confirmer la possibilité d'une coopération partenariale avec des clients internationaux », a déclaré Chae Myeong-su, PDG de Nota. « Nous allons faire un bond en avant en tant qu'entreprise leader de l'innovation en matière de sécurité routière dans les villes intelligentes grâce à une technologie STI générative basée sur l'IA. »
Nota s'est déjà forgé un avantage concurrentiel dans le domaine des STI, tant en termes de performances technologiques que de commercialisation. L'entreprise a obtenu la note « d'excellence » lors de l'évaluation des performances de base de son système d'intersection intelligent (SIS), avec une précision de plus de 99 %. En avril, Nota est devenue la première entreprise coréenne à signer un contrat avec l'Autorité des transports de Dubaï pour la fourniture d'une solution STI générative basée sur l'IA, qu'elle a commercialisée avec succès au Moyen-Orient.
Forte du succès de cette conférence, Nota prévoit de participer au Congrès mondial des STI, prévu à Gangneung l'année prochaine, afin de promouvoir la technologie STI nationale à l'international et d'étendre son réseau. Par ailleurs, Nota a été sélectionnée pour le projet de développement « IA nationale » organisé par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC, et prévoit de déposer une déclaration de titres en août en vue d'une cotation au KOSDAQ dans le courant de l'année.
