화학소재 토탈 솔루션 기업 보원케미칼(대표 허찬회)은 한국거래소에 코스닥 상장을 위한 예비심사 청구서를 제출했다고 1일 밝혔다. 이번 상장은 BNK투자증권이 단독 주관사로 참여하며, 이는 BNK투자증권의 첫 단독 상장 주관 사례다.
1995년 설립된 보원케미칼은 충청북도 충주시에 본사를 두고 있으며, 자동차 내장재용 표면소재, 건축자재용 소재, 고기능성 시트 소재 등을 주력으로 생산하고 있다. 주요 제품은 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 열가소성 폴리올레핀(TPO), 폴리우레탄(PU) 등의 플라스틱 원료를 가공한 필름 제품으로, 인쇄·표면처리·합판 공정을 거쳐 최종 제품으로 공급된다.
보원케미칼은 원재료 가공부터 인쇄, 표면처리, 합판까지 전 공정을 자체 수행하는 토탈 솔루션 체계를 갖추고 있다. 회사는 최대 7도 인쇄가 가능한 그라비아 인쇄기, 마이크로 그라비아 인쇄, 2,450mm 리피트(Repeat) 인쇄 등 고사양 설비를 보유하고 있으며, ▲TPO·PVC 시트에 폴리프로필렌(PP)·폴리에틸렌(PE) 폼을 접합하는 합판 공정 ▲PVC 바닥재용 시트 성형을 위한 T-DIE 공정 ▲클릭 시공용 테노너 가공 ▲전자선(EB) 가교 설비 등도 함께 운영 중이다.
회사 측은 이번 코스닥 상장을 통해 연구개발(R&D) 강화, 조직 확대, 공장동 증설 및 설비 투자를 통한 생산능력(CAPA) 확대 등을 추진할 계획이다. 이를 바탕으로 자동차, 건축, 디스플레이, 태양광 등 다양한 산업 분야의 수요 변화에 선제적으로 대응하고, 국내 공장을 중심으로 지역 인재 확보 및 안정적인 자금 조달 기반을 마련한다는 전략이다.

Founded in 1995, Bowon Chemical, headquartered in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province, specializes in the production of surface materials for automotive interiors, building materials, and high-performance sheet materials. Its primary products are film products processed from plastic raw materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), and polyurethane (PU). These products are then processed into finished products through printing, surface treatment, and plywood processes.
Bowon Chemical has a total solution system that handles all processes in-house, from raw material processing to printing, surface treatment, and plywood. The company boasts high-spec equipment, including a gravure printer capable of up to 7-color printing, micro gravure printing, and 2,450mm repeat printing. It also operates a plywood process that bonds polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) foam to TPO and PVC sheets, a T-DIE process for forming PVC flooring sheets, tenoning for click installation, and electron beam (EB) crosslinking equipment.
The company plans to use this KOSDAQ listing to strengthen its research and development (R&D), expand its organization, and expand its production capacity through plant expansion and facility investments. Fondée en 1995, Bowon Chemical, dont le siège social est situé à Chungju, dans la province du Chungcheong du Nord, est spécialisée dans la production de matériaux de surface pour l'intérieur des véhicules, de matériaux de construction et de feuilles hautes performances. Ses principaux produits sont des films fabriqués à partir de matières premières plastiques telles que le polychlorure de vinyle (PVC), la polyoléfine thermoplastique (TPO) et le polyuréthane (PU).
