글로벌 주거 임대 플랫폼 엔코스테이(운영사 ㈜엔코위더스)는 2025년 8월 29일, 외국인 정착 지원 전문기관인 ㈜하이어다이버시티와 외국인 유학생 대상 주거 및 행정 서비스 지원을 위한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 국내에 입국하는 외국인 유학생의 주거 안정과 생활 편의 향상을 목표로 체결됐으며, 양사는 그동안 비공식적으로 진행해온 협력을 공식적인 파트너십으로 확대하게 됐다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 외국인 유학생의 정착 과정에 필요한 핵심 서비스인 숙소 매칭과 행정 절차를 분담해 제공할 예정이다. 엔코스테이는 온라인 플랫폼을 기반으로 숙소 연결 및 임대 계약 절차를 지원하고, 하이어다이버시티는 외국인등록증 발급 등 관련 행정 서비스를 담당한다.
특히 양측은 외국인 유학생의 초기 정착 과정에서 필요한 거주지 증빙 등 필수 서류 발급을 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 공동 대응 체계를 구축할 계획이다.
엔코위더스는 이번 협약을 계기로 외국인 대상 통합 정착지원 모델의 고도화를 추진하고, 하이어다이버시티와 함께 합법적 임대 생태계 조성과 기관 간 연계 강화를 통해 장기적인 시너지 창출을 기대하고 있다.

Encostay Signs MOU with Higher Diversity
Global housing rental platform Encostay (operator: Enco Withers Co., Ltd.) announced on August 29, 2025 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hire Diversity Co., Ltd., a specialized organization for foreigner settlement support, to provide housing and administrative services for foreign students.
This agreement aims to improve the housing stability and convenience of international students entering Korea, and the two companies have expanded their previously unofficial cooperation into a formal partnership.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will share responsibility for providing core services necessary for international students' settlement, including accommodation matching and administrative procedures. Encostay will support accommodation matching and rental contract procedures through its online platform, while HireDiversity will handle related administrative services, including issuing alien registration cards.
In particular, the two sides plan to establish a joint response system to more quickly and efficiently process the issuance of essential documents, such as proof of residence, required during the initial settlement process for international students.
Through this agreement, Encowithers aims to advance its integrated settlement support model for foreigners and, in collaboration with HireDiversity, create long-term synergy by fostering a legal rental ecosystem and strengthening inter-agency collaboration.
Oh Jeong-hoon, CEO of Encowithus, said, “This agreement goes beyond simple platform connection and establishes a foundation for integrated support of international students’ housing and administrative procedures.” He added, “By combining the expertise and data-based services of both companies, we will create an environment where international students can settle down more safely and stably.”

今回の条約は国内に入国する外国人留学生の住居安定と生活便宜の向上を目指して締結され、両社はこれまで非公式に進めてきた協力を公式なパートナーシップに拡大することになった。
両機関は今回の条約を通じて外国人留学生の定着過程に必要な核心サービスである宿舎マッチングと行政手続きを分担して提供する予定だ。 ENCOSTAYはオンラインプラットフォームに基づいて宿泊施設の連結および賃貸契約手続きを支援し、ハイダイバーシティは外国人登録証の発行など関連行政サービスを担当する。

La plateforme mondiale de location de logements Encostay (opérateur : Enco Withers Co., Ltd.) a annoncé le 29 août 2025 avoir signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) avec Hire Diversity Co., Ltd., une organisation spécialisée dans l'aide à l'installation des étrangers, pour fournir des services de logement et administratifs aux étudiants étrangers.
Cet accord vise à améliorer la stabilité et la commodité du logement des étudiants internationaux entrant en Corée, et les deux sociétés ont étendu leur coopération auparavant non officielle à un partenariat formel.
