환경설비 전문기업 ㈜플라즈마텍이 환경부 지정 ‘2025 우수환경산업체’로 선정됐다고 12일 밝혔다. 플라즈마텍은 지난 8월 동일알루미늄과 합병하며 섬유기업에서 종합소재기업으로 전환을 선언한 DI동일㈜의 계열사다.
‘2025 우수환경산업체 지원사업’은 환경부와 한국환경산업기술원이 주관하는 정책사업으로, 우수한 기술과 제품을 보유한 환경기업을 발굴·지원해 국내외 경쟁력을 강화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2012년부터 시행된 이 사업에는 올해 선정된 9개사를 포함해 총 63개 기업이 지정되어 있다. 플라즈마텍은 이번 선정으로 향후 5년간 해외 박람회 참가 지원, 해외 바이어 연계, 환경기술개발사업 평가 시 가점 부여, 환경정책자금 융자 지원 등 다양한 혜택을 받는다. 이를 통해 글로벌 시장 진출과 친환경 설비 분야에서 입지 강화에 나설 계획이다.
플라즈마텍의 주력사업은 반도체·디스플레이 제조공정에서 발생하는 고농도 미세먼지를 제거하는 습식 전기집진시스템의 설계 및 시공이다. 이 시스템은 미세 액적을 활용해 미세먼지와 유해물질 입자를 응집시켜 포집한 뒤 제거하며, 정화된 공기를 대기 중으로 배출한다. 플라즈마텍은 약 20년간 국내 주요 대기업 및 글로벌 기업에 해당 설비를 공급해 왔으며, 현재는 신규 해외 고객사와 협업해 시스템 적용 검토와 데모 테스트를 진행 중이다.
플라즈마텍 관계자는 “이번 선정을 계기로 친환경 기술 관련 연구개발 투자를 지속해 미세먼지 저감 설비 분야에서 세계적 경쟁력을 확보할 것”이라며, “기존 반도체·디스플레이 집진 설비를 넘어 사업 아이템을 다양화하고 신규 거래처를 적극 발굴해 친환경 설비 분야로 사업을 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
Plasmatech Selected as a "2025 Outstanding Environmental Industry Company"
Plasmatech Co., Ltd., a specialized environmental equipment company, announced on the 12th that it had been selected as a "2025 Excellent Environmental Industry Company" by the Ministry of Environment. Launched in 2012, the project has designated a total of 63 companies, including the nine selected this year. Plasmatech's selection will provide it with various benefits over the next five years, including support for participation in overseas exhibitions, connections with overseas buyers, additional points in environmental technology development project evaluations, and access to environmental policy funds. Through these efforts, Plasmatech plans to expand into the global market and strengthen its position in the eco-friendly equipment sector.
Plasmatech's core business is the design and construction of wet electrostatic precipitators (WEPs) that remove high-concentration particulate matter generated during semiconductor and display manufacturing processes. These systems utilize microscopic droplets to capture and condense particulate matter and other hazardous substances, removing them and releasing purified air back into the atmosphere. Plasmatech has supplied these systems to major domestic and global companies for approximately 20 years and is currently working with new international clients to review system applications and conduct demonstration tests.
A Plasmatech official said, “With this selection as an opportunity, we will continue to invest in research and development related to eco-friendly technologies to secure global competitiveness in the field of fine dust reduction equipment,” and “We will diversify our business items beyond existing semiconductor and display dust collection equipment and actively seek out new business partners to expand our business into the eco-friendly equipment field.”

「2025優秀環境産業支援事業」は、環境部と韓国環境産業技術院が主管する政策事業で、優れた技術と製品を保有した環境企業を発掘・支援し、国内外の競争力を強化することを目的とする。 2012年から施行されたこの事業には、今年選ばれた9社を含めて合計63社が指定されている。プラズマテックは今回の選定で今後5年間、海外博覧会の参加支援、海外バイヤー連携、環境技術開発事業評価時の加点付与、環境政策資金融資支援など多様な恩恵を受ける。これを通じてグローバル市場進出と環境にやさしい設備分野で立地強化に乗り出す計画だ。
プラズマテックの主力事業は、半導体・ディスプレイ製造工程で発生する高濃度微細粉塵を除去する湿式電気集塵システムの設計及び施工である。このシステムは、微小液滴を活用して微細粉塵と有害物質粒子を凝集させて捕集した後除去し、浄化された空気を大気中に排出する。プラズマテックは約20年間、国内の主要大企業およびグローバル企業に該当設備を供給してきた。
プラズマテック関係者は「今回の選定をきっかけに、環境にやさしい技術関連研究開発投資を継続して微細粉塵低減設備分野で世界的な競争力を確保する」とし、「既存半導体・ディスプレイ集塵設備を超えて事業アイテムを多様化し、新規取引先を積極的に発掘して環境に優しい設備分野に事業を展開する」

Le « Projet de soutien à l'industrie environnementale d'excellence 2025 », une initiative politique menée par le ministère de l'Environnement et l'Institut coréen des industries et technologies environnementales, vise à identifier et à soutenir les entreprises environnementales proposant des technologies et des produits d'exception, renforçant ainsi leur compétitivité nationale et internationale. Lancé en 2012, le projet a sélectionné 63 entreprises, dont les neuf sélectionnées cette année. Cette sélection permettra à Plasmatech de bénéficier de divers avantages au cours des cinq prochaines années, notamment un soutien pour la participation à des salons internationaux, des contacts avec des acheteurs étrangers, des points supplémentaires dans les évaluations de projets de développement de technologies environnementales et l'accès à des fonds pour la politique environnementale. Grâce à ces efforts, Plasmatech prévoit de se développer sur le marché mondial et de consolider sa position dans le secteur des équipements écologiques.
L'activité principale de Plasmatech est la conception et la fabrication de précipitateurs électrostatiques humides (WEP) qui éliminent les particules à forte concentration générées lors des processus de fabrication de semi-conducteurs et d'écrans. Ces systèmes utilisent des gouttelettes microscopiques pour capturer et condenser les particules et autres substances dangereuses, les éliminant et rejetant de l'air purifié dans l'atmosphère. Plasmatech fournit ces systèmes à de grandes entreprises nationales et internationales depuis près de 20 ans et collabore actuellement avec de nouveaux clients internationaux pour étudier les applications de ces systèmes et réaliser des tests de démonstration.
