모노플렉스(대표 석민철)는 세라젬(대표 이경수)과 ‘주거공간 내 헬스케어 커뮤니티 공동 기획’을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 17일 밝혔다. 협약식은 서울 강남구 센터필드에 위치한 세라젬 서울타운에서 진행됐으며, 모노플렉스 석민철 대표와 세라젬 조용준 전무 등 양사 관계자들이 참석했다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 시니어 세대가 일상 속에서 영화 감상과 건강 관리를 동시에 누릴 수 있는 복합 커뮤니티 공간 조성에 협력하기로 합의했다. ‘문화와 웰라이프(Well Life)의 결합’이라는 개념을 바탕으로, 영화관 기반의 헬스케어 커뮤니티 플랫폼 구축을 추진한다는 계획이다.
모노플렉스는 시니어 맞춤형 영화 콘텐츠 및 쾌적한 관람 환경을 제공하고, 세라젬은 자사의 체험형 헬스케어 기기와 웰니스 프로그램을 접목해 영화 관람과 건강 관리 서비스를 결합할 예정이다. 양사는 영화 상영 전후 로비 공간뿐 아니라 상영관 내부에도 헬스케어 기기를 도입하여, 영화관을 여가와 건강이 융합된 공간으로 확장시킬 방침이다.
세라젬 조용준 전무는 “웰에이징(Well-Aging)에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지는 가운데, 문화와 건강 관리의 결합은 시대의 흐름에 부합하는 방향”이라며 “이번 협력을 통해 시니어 세대의 삶의 질 향상과 건강한 여가 문화 확산에 기여할 것”이라고 말했다.
모노플렉스 석민철 대표는 “이번 협약은 모노플렉스가 지향하는 맞춤형 영화관 플랫폼의 새로운 가능성을 여는 계기”라며 “고령화 사회에서 시니어가 문화와 건강을 동시에 누릴 수 있도록 하는 의미 있는 첫걸음”이라고 밝혔다.
Monoplex Signs Business Agreement with Seragem
Monoplex (CEO Seok Min-cheol) announced on the 17th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Seragem (CEO Lee Gyeong-su) for the "joint planning of a healthcare community in residential spaces." The signing ceremony took place at Seragem Seoul Town, located in Centerfield, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and was attended by representatives from both companies, including Monoplex CEO Seok Min-cheol and Seragem Executive Director Yong-jun Cho.
Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to collaborate on creating a multi-community space where seniors can enjoy movies and take care of their health simultaneously. Based on the concept of "combining culture and well-being," the two companies plan to establish a cinema-based healthcare community platform.
Monoplex will provide senior-tailored movie content and a comfortable viewing environment, while Seragem will integrate its experiential healthcare devices and wellness programs to combine moviegoing with health management services. The two companies plan to introduce healthcare devices not only in the lobby before and after screenings, but also inside the theaters, expanding movie theaters into spaces that fuse leisure and wellness.
Seragem Executive Director Cho Yong-jun said, “With growing social interest in well-aging, the combination of culture and health management is a trend that fits the times,” and added, “Through this collaboration, we will contribute to improving the quality of life of the senior generation and spreading a healthy leisure culture.”

今回の条約を通じて両社はシニア世代が日常の中で映画鑑賞とヘルスケアを同時に享受できる複合コミュニティ空間の造成に協力することに合意した。 「文化とウェルライフ（Well Life）の結合」という概念をもとに、映画館ベースのヘルスケアコミュニティプラットフォーム構築を推進するという計画だ。
モノプレックスはシニアカスタマイズされた映画コンテンツと快適な観覧環境を提供し、セラジェムは自社の体験型ヘルスケア機器とウェルネスプログラムを組み合わせて映画観覧とヘルスケアサービスを結合する予定だ。両社は映画上映前後のロビー空間だけでなく、上映館内部にもヘルスケア機器を導入し、映画館を余暇と健康が融合した空間に拡張させる方針だ。
セラジェムチョ・ヨンジュン専務は「ウェルエイジングへの社会的関心が高まる中、文化とヘルスケアの結合は時代の流れに合致する方向」とし「今回の協力を通じてシニア世代の生活の質の向上と健康なレジャー文化の拡散に寄与するだろう」と話した。
モノフレックスソク・ミンチョル代表は「今回の条約はモノフレックスが志向するオーダーメード型映画館プラットフォームの新たな可能性を開くきっかけ」とし「高齢化社会でシニアが文化と健康を同時に味わえるようにする意味のある第一歩」と明らかにした。

Monoplex（代表石敏哲）于17日宣布，已与Seragem（代表李庆洙）签署了“共同规划居住空间健康社区”的谅解备忘录（MOU）。签约仪式在位于首尔市江南区Centerfield的Seragem首尔城举行，Monoplex代表石敏哲、Seragem代表赵勇俊等两家公司相关人士出席了仪式。
通过此次合作，两家公司同意合作打造一个多元化的社区空间，让老年人可以同时享受电影和关注健康。双方计划以“融合文化与健康”为理念，打造一个以影院为载体的健康社区平台。
Monoplex 将提供老年人定制的电影内容和舒适的观影环境，而 Seragem 将整合其体验式医疗保健设备和健康项目，将观影与健康管理服务相结合。两家公司计划不仅在放映前后的大厅引入医疗保健设备，还将在影院内部引入，将影院扩展为融合休闲与健康的场所。

Monoplex signe un accord commercial avec Seragem
Monoplex (PDG Seok Min-cheol) a annoncé le 17 la signature d'un protocole d'accord avec Seragem (PDG Lee Gyeong-su) portant sur la conception conjointe d'une communauté de soins de santé en espaces résidentiels. La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée à Seragem Seoul Town, situé à Centerfield, Gangnam-gu, à Séoul, en présence de représentants des deux entreprises, dont Seok Min-cheol, PDG de Monoplex, et Yong-jun Cho, directeur général de Seragem.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux entreprises ont convenu de collaborer à la création d'un espace multi-communautaire où les seniors pourront profiter de films tout en prenant soin de leur santé. S'appuyant sur le concept « allier culture et bien-être », les deux entreprises prévoient de créer une plateforme communautaire de soins de santé cinématographique.
Monoplex proposera un contenu cinématographique adapté aux seniors et un environnement de visionnage confortable, tandis que Seragem intégrera ses dispositifs médicaux expérientiels et ses programmes de bien-être pour allier cinéma et services de gestion de la santé. Les deux entreprises prévoient d'installer des dispositifs médicaux non seulement dans le hall avant et après les projections, mais aussi à l'intérieur des salles, transformant ainsi les salles de cinéma en espaces alliant loisirs et bien-être.
Le directeur exécutif de Seragem, Cho Yong-jun, a déclaré : « Face à l'intérêt croissant de la société pour le bien-vieillir, la combinaison de la culture et de la gestion de la santé est une tendance qui s'adapte à notre époque », et a ajouté : « Grâce à cette collaboration, nous contribuerons à améliorer la qualité de vie des seniors et à diffuser une culture de loisirs sains. »
