빅데이터 분석 인공지능(AI) 기업 에스투더블유(이하 S2W, 대표 서상덕)가 19일 오전 코스닥(KOSDAQ) 시장에 신규 상장했다.
에스투더블유는 앞선 수요예측에서 약 1145 대 1의 경쟁률을 기록하고 공모가를 희망밴드 최상단인 1만3200원으로 확정했으며 약 1973 대 1의 경쟁률 속에서 진행된 일반청약에서는 5조1천400억원 이상의 증거금을 모집하는 등 기술력과 사업성에 대한 높은 시장 관심을 확인한 바 있다. 아울러 기관투자자 의무보유 확약 우선배정제도 요건을 충족하며 투자 안정성도 확보했다.
2018년에 설립된 S2W는 그간 다크웹, 가상자산 등의 특수 목적 빅데이터 수집·분석, 산업 특화 AI, 멀티도메인 지식그래프 등의 AI 기술이 융합된 ‘멀티도메인 교차분석 기술’을 활용해 국가안보와 기업 보안, 비즈니스 생산성 강화를 아우르는 AI 솔루션을 개발 및 제공해왔다. 이를 통해 인터폴(INTERPOL)을 비롯한 국제기구와 해외 정부기관, 금융·통신·제조·정보기술(IT) 등 전 산업군의 선도기업들을 고객으로 확대하며 공공과 민간을 아우르는 사업 확장성과 기술 범용성을 입증했다.

Leveraging "multi-domain cross-analysis technology," which combines AI technologies such as the collection and analysis of special-purpose big data (e.g., dark web and virtual asset data), industry-specific AI, and multi-domain knowledge graphs, S2W has expanded its client base to include international organizations like INTERPOL, foreign government agencies, and leading companies across industries such as finance, communications, manufacturing, and information technology (IT), demonstrating its business scalability and technological versatility across both the public and private sectors.
S2W plans to actively utilize the proceeds from this listing to establish a global business foundation, including establishing overseas subsidiaries, strengthening its global branding, and building an internal data center (IDC). Specifically, the company plans to leverage its international credibility as a listed company to accelerate its entry into the global public sector's business-to-government (B2G) market, thereby accumulating technological reliability that meets international standards. Building on this foundation, the company plans to expand into corporate and private markets around the world, further refining its two-track business strategy encompassing both security and industry.
