기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 22일(월) 부산 벡스코에서 ‘2025 K-Local 스타트업 투자 챌린지’(이하 ‘투자 챌린지’)를 개최하고, 지방 소재 유망 스타트업 3개사를 최종 투자 지원 대상으로 선정했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 민간 벤처투자가 수도권에 집중된 상황에서 투자 유치에 어려움을 겪는 지방 스타트업의 성장을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다. 기보는 부산시, 부산기술창업투자원, 엑셀러레이터(AC), 벤처캐피탈(VC) 등과 협력해 ‘FLY ASIA 2025’ 창업박람회의 주요 세션으로 본 행사를 진행했다.
투자 챌린지는 ▲서류심사 ▲비대면 인터뷰 ▲비대면 IR 피칭 평가 ▲현장 발표 등 총 4단계 심사를 거쳐 진행됐다. 최종 현장 IR 발표에는 3단계 심사를 통과한 7개 지방 스타트업이 참여해 혁신적인 기술력과 비즈니스 모델을 선보였다.
이날 행사장에는 투자 업계 관계자, 예비창업자, 일반시민 등 약 200여 명이 참석해 높은 관심을 보였으며, 참가기업들은 각자의 강점을 내세워 치열한 경쟁을 펼쳤다.
현장 발표 평가 결과, ▲대상은 광주광역시 소재 기업 ㈜파인트코리아(대표 성룡) ▲최우수상은 대전광역시 소재 기업 ㈜에이플(대표 한성호) ▲우수상은 전북 완주군 소재 기업인 ㈜몰드(대표 이현수)가 수상했다. 기보는 이들 기업에 대해 보증연계투자 지원을 검토할 예정이다.
이상창 기보 이사는 “국가균형발전과 미래 성장동력 창출을 위해서는 지방에서 젊고 혁신적인 스타트업들이 끊임없이 창업하고 성장해야 한다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 기술력과 성장 잠재력은 있으나 민간 투자에서 소외된 지방 스타트업을 적극 발굴해 국가를 대표하는 혁신기업으로 도약할 수 있도록 투자를 비롯한 다양한 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 기보는 2005년 중소기업에 대한 투자 지원을 시작한 이후 올해 8월 말까지 총 688개 기업에 투자했으며, 이 가운데 45개사가 기업공개(IPO)에 성공하는 등 벤처투자시장에서 우수한 성과를 거두고 있다.

Kibo to Host '2025 K-Local Startup Investment Challenge'
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it held the “2025 K-Local Startup Investment Challenge” (hereinafter referred to as “Investment Challenge”) at BEXCO in Busan on Monday the 22nd and selected three promising local startups as final investment support recipients.
This event was designed to support the growth of local startups that struggle to attract investment amidst the concentration of private venture capital in the metropolitan area. Kibo collaborated with the Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Technology Startup Investment Center, accelerators (ACs), and venture capitalists (VCs) to host this event as a key session of the "FLY ASIA 2025" startup fair.
The investment challenge proceeded through a four-stage evaluation process: document screening, remote interviews, remote IR pitching evaluations, and on-site presentations. Seven local startups that passed the third stage of the evaluation participated in the final on-site IR presentations, showcasing their innovative technologies and business models.
On this day, approximately 200 people, including investment industry insiders, aspiring entrepreneurs, and the general public, attended the event, showing great interest. The participating companies competed fiercely, each showcasing their strengths.
According to the on-site presentation evaluation results, the Grand Prize went to Pint Korea Co., Ltd. (CEO Seong-ryong), located in Gwangju; the Excellence Award went to Aple Co., Ltd. (CEO Seong-ho Han), located in Daejeon; and the Excellence Award went to Mold Co., Ltd. (CEO Hyeon-su Lee), located in Wanju County, North Jeolla Province. Kibo plans to consider providing these companies with guaranteed investment support.
Lee Sang-chang, CEO of Kibo, said, “In order to achieve balanced national development and create future growth engines, young and innovative startups in local areas must continuously establish and grow.” He added, “Going forward, Kibo will actively discover local startups that have technological prowess and growth potential but have been neglected by private investment, and will not spare any support, including investment, to help them leap forward as innovative companies representing the nation.”
Meanwhile, since KIBO began supporting investment in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in 2005, it has invested in a total of 688 companies as of the end of August this year, and 45 of these companies have successfully completed initial public offerings (IPOs), demonstrating excellent performance in the venture capital market.

韩国技术产业金融公司（韩国技术产业金融公司，会长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）22日（周一）在釜山BEXCO举办了“2025韩国本土初创企业投资挑战赛”（以下简称“投资挑战赛”），并选出了3家有潜力的本土初创企业作为最终的投资支持对象。
此次活动旨在支持在民间风险投资集中于首都圈的背景下，难以吸引投资的本地初创企业的发展。Kibo与釜山广域市、釜山科技创业投资中心、加速器（AC）和风险投资家（VC）合作，将此次活动作为“FLY ASIA 2025”初创企业博览会的重要环节举办。
本次投资挑战赛共分为文件审查、远程面试、远程IR路演评估、现场演示四个阶段进行。通过第三阶段评估的7家本地初创企业将参加最终的现场IR演示，展示各自的创新技术和商业模式。
当天，约200名投资界人士、创业者以及社会公众到场，兴趣浓厚。各家企业竞争激烈，各展所长。
根据现场发表会的评估结果，最终，位于光州的Pint Korea Co., Ltd.（代表：Seong-ryong）荣获特等奖；位于大田的Aple Co., Ltd.（代表：Seong-ho Han）荣获优秀奖；位于全北完州郡的Mold Co., Ltd.（代表：Hyeon-su Lee）荣获优秀奖。Kibo计划考虑为这些企业提供有保障的投资支持。

Kibo organise le « Défi d'investissement des startups K-Local 2025 »
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé qu'elle a organisé le « 2025 K-Local Startup Investment Challenge » (ci-après dénommé « Investment Challenge ») au BEXCO à Busan le lundi 22 et a sélectionné trois startups locales prometteuses comme bénéficiaires finaux du soutien à l'investissement.
Cet événement a été conçu pour soutenir la croissance des startups locales qui peinent à attirer des investissements face à la concentration du capital-risque privé dans la zone métropolitaine. Kibo a collaboré avec la ville métropolitaine de Busan, le Centre d'investissement pour les startups technologiques de Busan, des accélérateurs et des investisseurs en capital-risque pour organiser cet événement, une session clé du salon des startups « FLY ASIA 2025 ».
Le défi d'investissement s'est déroulé en quatre étapes : examen des documents, entretiens à distance, évaluations de pitching à distance et présentations sur site. Sept startups locales ayant franchi la troisième étape de l'évaluation ont participé aux présentations finales sur site, présentant leurs technologies et modèles économiques innovants.
Ce jour-là, environ 200 personnes, parmi lesquelles des professionnels du secteur de l'investissement, des entrepreneurs en herbe et le grand public, ont assisté à l'événement, manifestant un vif intérêt. Les entreprises participantes se sont livrées à une compétition acharnée, chacune mettant en avant ses atouts.
Selon les résultats de l'évaluation des présentations sur place, le Grand Prix a été décerné à Pint Korea Co., Ltd. (PDG Seong-ryong), située à Gwangju ; le Prix d'excellence à Aple Co., Ltd. (PDG Seong-ho Han), située à Daejeon ; et le Prix d'excellence à Mold Co., Ltd. (PDG Hyeon-su Lee), située dans le comté de Wanju, province du Jeolla du Nord. Kibo envisage d'offrir à ces entreprises un soutien à l'investissement garanti.
Lee Sang-chang, PDG de Kibo, a déclaré : « Pour parvenir à un développement national équilibré et créer de futurs moteurs de croissance, les jeunes startups innovantes locales doivent continuellement s'implanter et se développer. » Il a ajouté : « À l'avenir, Kibo identifiera activement les startups locales dotées de prouesses technologiques et d'un potentiel de croissance, mais négligées par les investissements privés, et ne ménagera aucun effort, y compris financier, pour les aider à s'imposer comme des entreprises innovantes représentatives du pays. »
Entre-temps, depuis que KIBO a commencé à soutenir les investissements dans les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) en 2005, il a investi dans un total de 688 entreprises à la fin du mois d'août de cette année, et 45 de ces entreprises ont réalisé avec succès leur introduction en bourse (IPO), démontrant ainsi d'excellentes performances sur le marché du capital-risque.
