서울시와 서울경제진흥원(SBA)이 중국 베이징에서 열린 제42회 IASP(세계 과학단지 협회) 세계총회에 참석해 중국판 실리콘밸리로 불리는 중관촌의 국제 비즈니스 플랫폼인 중관촌국제홀딩스유한공사(약칭: 중관촌 국제’)와 MOU를 체결하며 글로벌 혁신 생태계 구축을 위한 협력을 본격화했다.
이번 MOU는 국경 간 서비스 플랫폼을 구축하고 글로벌 혁신 거점을 조성하는 데 중점을 두고 있어, 서울 기업들의 해외 시장 진출에 중요한 발판이 될 것으로 기대된다.
지난 9월 16일부터 19일까지 나흘간 중국 베이징 중관촌에서 열린 제42회 IASP 세계총회는 ‘혁신 생태계의 글로벌 협력과 산업 발전’이라는 주제로 진행됐다. IASP 세계총회는 전 세계 77개국, 350여 개의 과학기술단지 및 11만 5천여 개 입주 기업이 참여하는 행사로, 과학기술단지 건설 및 운영 경험을 공유하고 국가 간 협력을 촉진하는 플랫폼이다.
서울경제진흥원은 마곡산업단지를 대표해 이번 총회에 초청받아 글로벌 혁신 네트워크 협력 방안을 논의했다. 총회 마지막 날인 9월 19일, 서울경제진흥원은 폐막식에서 중관촌 국제 및 중관촌산업용인터넷산업발전유한회사와 MOU를 체결했다.
중관촌 국제는 이번 폐막식에서 총 8건의 전략적 협력 협정을 체결했는데, 이 중 서울경제진흥원과의 MOU는 서울과 베이징의 스타트업과 중소기업에 대한 글로벌 진출을 촉진하고 혁신 단지 간 교류를 심화하는 가장 의미 있는 성과로 평가됐다.
이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 ▲국경 간 서비스 플랫폼을 공동 구축하고 ▲해외 기업의 시장 확장, ▲기술 도킹, ▲현지화 운영 등 종합적인 혁신 지원 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
또한, 서울과 베이징에 각각 대표 사무소를 설립해 양 도시의 기업이 상대방의 혁신 인프라를 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.
이태훈 서울경제진흥원 산업거점본부장은 “이번 MOU 체결은 마곡산업단지를 중심으로 한 서울의 혁신 생태계가 국제적 교류와 협력을 확대하는 중요한 계기가 될 것”이라며, “마곡산업단지에 축적된 혁신 역량을 기반으로 서울 기업들의 글로벌 시장 진출을 가속화하고, 서울이 아시아를 대표하는 혁신 거점 도시로 성장하는 데 기여할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

The Seoul Economic Promotion Agency signed an MOU with Zhongguancun International in China.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency (SBA) attended the 42nd IASP (International Association of Science Parks) World Congress held in Beijing, China, and signed an MOU with Zhongguancun International Holdings Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Zhongguancun International"), an international business platform in Zhongguancun, known as China's Silicon Valley, thereby kicking off cooperation to build a global innovation ecosystem.
This MOU focuses on establishing a cross-border service platform and fostering a global innovation hub, and is expected to serve as a significant stepping stone for Seoul companies to enter overseas markets.
The 42nd IASP World Congress, held in Zhongguancun, Beijing, China, from September 16th to 19th, was themed "Global Cooperation in the Innovation Ecosystem and Industrial Development." With participation from 77 countries, approximately 350 science and technology parks, and over 115,000 companies, the IASP World Congress serves as a platform for sharing experiences in building and operating science and technology parks and promoting cooperation between countries.
The Seoul Economic Promotion Agency (SEPA), representing the Magok Industrial Complex, was invited to this general meeting to discuss cooperation within the global innovation network. On September 19th, the final day of the meeting, the SEPA signed an MOU with Zhongguancun International and Zhongguancun Industrial Internet Industry Development Co., Ltd. at the closing ceremony.
At the closing ceremony, Zhongguancun International signed a total of eight strategic cooperation agreements, of which the MOU with the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency was evaluated as the most significant achievement, promoting the global expansion of startups and SMEs from Seoul and Beijing and deepening exchanges between innovation clusters.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will jointly build a cross-border service platform and provide comprehensive innovation support services, including market expansion for overseas companies, technology docking, and localized operations.
Additionally, we plan to establish representative offices in Seoul and Beijing, respectively, to enable companies in both cities to easily utilize each other's innovation infrastructure.
Lee Tae-hoon, head of the Industrial Hub Headquarters at the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency, said, “This MOU signing will be an important opportunity for Seoul’s innovation ecosystem centered around the Magok Industrial Complex to expand international exchange and cooperation.” He added, “Based on the innovation capabilities accumulated in the Magok Industrial Complex, we will accelerate the entry of Seoul companies into the global market and contribute to Seoul’s growth as an innovation hub city representing Asia.”

去る9月16日から19日まで4日間、中国北京中関村で開かれた第42回IASP世界総会は「革新生態系のグローバル協力と産業発展」というテーマで進行された。 IASP世界総会は、世界77カ国、350以上の科学技術団地、11万5千以上の入居企業が参加するイベントで、科学技術団地の建設と運営経験を共有し、国家間の協力を促進するプラットフォームである。
ソウル経済振興院はマゴック産業団地を代表して今回の総会に招待され、グローバルイノベーションネットワーク協力方案を議論した。総会最終日の9月19日、ソウル経済振興院は閉幕式で中関村国際及び中関村産業用インターネット産業発展有限会社とMOUを締結した。
中関村国際は今回の閉幕式で計8件の戦略的協力協定を締結したが、このうちソウル経済振興院とのMOUはソウルと北京のスタートアップと中小企業へのグローバル進出を促進し、革新団地間の交流を深める最も意味のある成果と評価された。

闭幕式上，中关村国际共签署了8项战略合作协议，其中与首尔经济振兴院签署的MOU被评价为最具标志性的成果，将推动首尔和北京两地初创企业和中小企业走向全球，深化创新集群间的交流。
通过此次协议，双方将共同搭建跨境服务平台，为企业提供包括海外市场拓展、技术对接、本地化运营等全方位的创新支持服务。
此外，我们计划分别在首尔和北京设立代表处，以便两个城市的公司能够轻松利用彼此的创新基础设施。
首尔经济振兴院产业枢纽本部部长李泰勋表示：“此次签署谅解备忘录，将成为以麻谷产业园区为中心的首尔市创新生态系统扩大国际交流与合作的重要契机。”他还表示，“我们将以麻谷产业园区积累的创新能力为基础，加速首尔市企业进军全球市场，为首尔市发展成为代表亚洲的创新枢纽城市做出贡献。”

L'Agence de promotion économique de Séoul a signé un protocole d'accord avec Zhongguancun International en Chine.
Le gouvernement métropolitain de Séoul et l'Agence de promotion économique de Séoul (SBA) ont assisté au 42e Congrès mondial de l'IASP (Association internationale des parcs scientifiques) qui s'est tenu à Pékin, en Chine, et ont signé un protocole d'accord avec Zhongguancun International Holdings Co., Ltd. (en abrégé « Zhongguancun International »), une plateforme commerciale internationale à Zhongguancun, connue sous le nom de Silicon Valley chinoise, lançant ainsi une coopération pour construire un écosystème d'innovation mondial.
Ce protocole d’accord vise à établir une plateforme de services transfrontalière et à favoriser un pôle d’innovation mondial. Il devrait servir de tremplin important aux entreprises de Séoul pour pénétrer les marchés étrangers.
Le 42e Congrès mondial de l'IASP, qui s'est tenu à Zhongguancun, Pékin (Chine), du 16 au 19 septembre, avait pour thème « Coopération mondiale dans l'écosystème de l'innovation et le développement industriel ». Avec la participation de 77 pays, d'environ 350 parcs scientifiques et technologiques et de plus de 115 000 entreprises, le Congrès mondial de l'IASP sert de plateforme de partage d'expériences en matière de création et d'exploitation de parcs scientifiques et technologiques, et de promotion de la coopération entre les pays.
L'Agence de promotion économique de Séoul (SEPA), représentant le complexe industriel de Magok, a été invitée à cette assemblée générale afin de discuter de la coopération au sein du réseau mondial d'innovation. Le 19 septembre, dernier jour de la réunion, la SEPA a signé un protocole d'accord avec Zhongguancun International et Zhongguancun Industrial Internet Industry Development Co., Ltd. lors de la cérémonie de clôture.
Lors de la cérémonie de clôture, Zhongguancun International a signé un total de huit accords de coopération stratégique, parmi lesquels le protocole d'accord avec l'Agence de promotion économique de Séoul a été évalué comme la réalisation la plus significative, favorisant l'expansion mondiale des startups et des PME de Séoul et de Pékin et approfondissant les échanges entre les pôles d'innovation.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations construiront conjointement une plateforme de services transfrontaliers et fourniront des services complets de soutien à l'innovation, notamment l'expansion du marché pour les entreprises étrangères, l'intégration technologique et les opérations localisées.
En outre, nous prévoyons d'établir des bureaux de représentation à Séoul et à Pékin, respectivement, pour permettre aux entreprises des deux villes d'utiliser facilement l'infrastructure d'innovation de l'autre.
Lee Tae-hoon, directeur du siège du pôle industriel de l'Agence de promotion économique de Séoul, a déclaré : « La signature de ce protocole d'accord constituera une occasion importante pour l'écosystème d'innovation de Séoul, centré autour du complexe industriel de Magok, de développer les échanges et la coopération internationaux. » Il a ajouté : « Grâce aux capacités d'innovation accumulées au sein du complexe industriel de Magok, nous accélérerons l'entrée des entreprises séouliennes sur le marché mondial et contribuerons à la croissance de Séoul en tant que pôle d'innovation représentatif de l'Asie. »
