병원 진료 접수·예약 및 비대면 진료 플랫폼 굿닥(대표 장영주)은 추석 연휴 기간에 문을 여는 병의원 정보와 비대면 진료 서비스를 제공한다고 1일 밝혔다. 오는 10월 3일 개천절부터 추석까지 이어지는 최장 열흘간의 연휴 동안 전국 어디서든 누구나 불편없이 의료 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 마련됐다.
굿닥은 오는 10월 2일 저녁부터 앱 내에 ‘추석 진료 병원’ 메뉴를 개설해 전국 병원 운영 현황을 안내한다. 소아청소년과, 내과, 이비인후과, 피부과, 산부인과 등 21개 진료과의 병원 위치와 운영 시간 등을 확인할 수 있다.
또한 이용자는 굿닥 앱에서 증상과 진료과를 입력하면 가까운 병의원의 운영 시간 확인은 물론 진료 접수 예약까지 가능하다. 앱에서 굿닥 제휴 병원 진료 예약 접수 시, 진료 대기 순서를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있어 현장에서 불필요한 대기 시간을 줄일 수 있다.
굿닥은 연휴 기간 동안 24시간 비대면 진료 서비스도 제공한다. 초진, 재진 구분 없이 누구나 굿닥 앱에서 증상과 의료진을 선택해 화상 또는 음성 통화 방식으로 진료를 받을 수 있다. 진료 후에는 가까운 약국을 선택해 처방 조제를 요청하고 직접 약을 수령하면 된다.

Starting the evening of October 2nd, GoodDoc will launch a "Chuseok Hospital Openings" menu within its app, providing information on hospital operations nationwide. Visitors can check the locations and operating hours of 21 departments, including pediatrics, internal medicine, otolaryngology, dermatology, and obstetrics and gynecology.
Additionally, users can check the operating hours of nearby hospitals and clinics and even schedule appointments by entering their symptoms and department into the Goodoc app. When making an appointment at a Goodoc-affiliated hospital through the app, patients can check their waiting list in real time, reducing unnecessary wait times.
Goodoc also offers 24-hour, non-face-to-face medical services during the holiday period. Regardless of whether you're a first-time or returning patient, anyone can select their symptoms and a medical professional through the Goodoc app and receive treatment via video or voice call. After your consultation, you can select a nearby pharmacy, request a prescription, and pick up your medication in person.

また、利用者はグッドダックアプリで症状や診療科を入力すれば、近くの病院の運営時間確認はもちろん、診療受付予約まで可能だ。アプリでグッドダック連携病院診療予約受付時、診療待機順をリアルタイムで確認でき、現場で不要な待ち時間を減らすことができる。
グッドダックは連休期間中24時間肥大面診療サービスも提供する。初診、在診区分なしで誰でもグッドダックアプリで症状と医療スタッフを選択して画像や音声通話方式で診療を受けることができる。診療後は、最寄りの薬局を選択して処方調剤を要請し、直接薬を受け取ればよい。
