스마일샤크(대표 장진환)는 아마존웹서비스(Amazon Web Services, 이하 AWS)와 국내 기업의 AI 전환(AX) 가속화를 위한 전략적 협력 협약(SCA, Strategic Collaboration Agreement)을 체결했다고 15일 밝혔다.
스마일샤크는 본 협약을 통해 AI 솔루션 포트폴리오를 대폭 확장하고, AWS와 협력하여 산업 특화 AI 솔루션 구축, 고객 맞춤 트레이닝, 운영 지원 등 기업의 AI 도입 전 여정을 아우르는 통합 관리 서비스를 제공한다.
스마일샤크는 아마존 베드록(Amazon Bedrock)과 아마존 Q 디벨로퍼(Amazon Q Developer) 등 AWS의 첨단 생성형 AI 서비스를 활용해 국내 주요 산업 전반에서 AI 도입을 가속한다. 더불어, 스마일샤크는 ▲지능형 IT 운영 자동화 ▲보안 위협 탐지 및 대응 ▲비즈니스 인텔리전스 분석 ▲클라우드 기반 DevOps 자동화 ▲AI 활용 원클릭 클라우드 마이그레이션 등을 포함한 5대 미션 크리티컬 솔루션을 선보인다.
각 솔루션은 보안성·확장성을 갖춘 AWS 클라우드 및 AI 서비스 기반으로, 고객의 주요 과제(보안 이벤트 검증, 예측 분석, 업무 자동화·최적화, 실시간 IT 성능 모니터링 등)를 해결한다. 여기에 스마일샤크 실전 구축경험을 더해, 공동 영업·클라우드 및 AI 최신 기술 트레이닝·전담 솔루션아키텍트 지원까지 아우르는 협업을 확대한다.

SmileShark Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with Amazon Web Services
Smile Shark (CEO Jin-Hwan Jang) announced on the 15th that it has signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the AI transformation (AX) of domestic companies.
Through this agreement, SmileShark will significantly expand its AI solution portfolio and, in collaboration with AWS, provide integrated management services covering the entire AI adoption journey for companies, including building industry-specific AI solutions, customized customer training, and operational support.
SmileShark accelerates AI adoption across major domestic industries by leveraging AWS's advanced generative AI services, including Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q Developer. Furthermore, SmileShark is introducing five mission-critical solutions: intelligent IT operations automation, security threat detection and response, business intelligence analysis, cloud-based DevOps automation, and AI-powered one-click cloud migration.
Each solution leverages the secure and scalable AWS cloud and AI services to address key customer challenges, including security event verification, predictive analytics, task automation and optimization, and real-time IT performance monitoring. Leveraging SmileShark's field-based deployment experience, the collaboration expands to encompass joint sales, training on the latest cloud and AI technologies, and dedicated solution architect support.
