인공지능 스타트업 알레프 랩(공동대표 장한님·한관엽)이 미국 실리콘밸리의 대표 스타트업 액셀러레이터인 와이콤비네이터(Y Combinator)의 2025년 가을(F25) 프로그램에 선정됐다고 16일 밝혔다. 이에 따라 후속 투자 유치에도 성공했다. 이번 선정은 지난 8월 크루캐피탈(Krew Capital)로부터 첫 투자를 받은 지 약 한 달 만에 이뤄낸 성과다.
2025년 8월 설립된 알레프 랩은 AI 원어민 친구와 함께 게임 마인크래프트 내에서 실시간으로 대화하며 영어를 학습할 수 있는 서비스 ‘알레프 키즈(Aleph Kids)’를 개발 중이다. 올해 안에 게임 플랫폼 ‘로블록스’에서도 서비스 지원을 시작할 예정이다.
알레프 키즈의 AI 원어민 친구 ‘애니(Annie)’는 단순 챗봇을 넘어, 주변 환경을 인지하고 학습자의 답변을 유도하는 질문을 생성하는 AI 에이전트다. 학습자의 흥미, 언어 수준, 게임 상황을 실시간 분석해 맞춤형 학습 커리큘럼을 제공하며, ‘놀이를 통한 학습(learn through play)’ 경험을 제공하는 데 중점을 두고 있다.

Aleph Labs Secures Follow-Up Investment from Y Combinator

Ce succès lui a également permis d'obtenir des investissements complémentaires. Cette sélection intervient environ un mois après l'obtention de son premier investissement auprès de Krew Capital en août.
Fondé en août 2025, Aleph Labs développe « Aleph Kids », un service permettant aux utilisateurs d'apprendre l'anglais grâce à des conversations en temps réel avec un ami IA natif dans le jeu Minecraft.
