법무법인 디엘지(DLG Law Corporation, 대표변호사 조원희·안희철)는 인천테크노파크(디지털벤처창업사업단장 정승수)와 ‘글로벌 스케일업 캠퍼스’ 사업의 일환으로, 기술혁신기업의 해외 진출 및 국내 정착을 지원하기 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 17일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 인천 지역을 중심으로 한 기술 기반 기업의 글로벌 확장과, 해외 기업의 국내 진입을 촉진하기 위해 마련됐다. 양측은 인천을 글로벌 인바운드·아웃바운드 비즈니스 허브로 육성하고, 이를 위한 법률 및 비즈니스 인프라 구축에 협력할 예정이다.
협약에 따라 인천테크노파크는 ▲해외 진출 및 국내 진입 기업을 위한 거버넌스 체계 구축 ▲글로벌 법률 상담 인프라 제공 ▲기술혁신기업 대상 법률자문 바우처 프로그램 운영 ▲국내외 협력 네트워크 구축 등을 추진할 계획이다.
법무법인 디엘지는 이번 협약을 통해 ▲전문 변호사 중심의 글로벌 자문 프로그램 운영 ▲상담 및 교육을 위한 전용 지원공간 제공 ▲무상 법률자문 바우처 서비스 제공 ▲해외 현지 법률 파트너 및 네트워크 연계 서비스를 제공한다. 이를 통해 국내 기술기업의 해외 진출뿐 아니라, 해외 기업의 국내 투자 및 정착을 지원할 방침이다.
조원희 디엘지 대표변호사는 “기술기업의 글로벌 확장을 위해서는 초기 단계부터 체계적인 법률 리스크 관리가 필요하다”며 “이번 협약을 통해 기업들이 국내외 시장에서 안정적으로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
정승수 인천테크노파크 디지털벤처창업사업단장은 “이번 협약은 인천이 글로벌 기술기업의 진출입 거점으로 자리매김하는 데 중요한 기반이 될 것”이라며 “향후 다양한 민관 협력을 통해 지속 가능한 혁신 생태계를 조성하겠다”고 말했다.

DLG Law Firm Signs Business Agreement with Incheon Technopark
DLG Law Corporation (CEO Attorneys Wonhee Cho and Heechul Ahn) announced on the 17th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Incheon Techno Park (Director of Digital Venture Startup Division Seungsu Jeong) as part of the 'Global Scale-up Campus' project to support overseas expansion and domestic settlement of technology innovation companies.
This agreement aims to facilitate the global expansion of technology-based companies centered in the Incheon area and the entry of foreign companies into the Korean market. Both parties will collaborate to foster Incheon as a global inbound and outbound business hub and to establish legal and business infrastructure to support this goal.
According to the agreement, Incheon Technopark plans to ▲establish a governance system for companies expanding overseas and entering the domestic market, ▲provide a global legal consulting infrastructure, ▲operate a legal consulting voucher program for technology innovation companies, and ▲establish a domestic and international cooperation network.
Through this agreement, DL Law Firm will operate a global consulting program centered on expert lawyers, provide a dedicated support space for consultations and training, provide a free legal advice voucher service, and connect with local legal partners and networks overseas. Through these efforts, the firm aims to support not only the overseas expansion of domestic technology companies but also the investment and settlement of foreign companies in Korea.
“For technology companies to expand globally, systematic legal risk management is necessary from the initial stages,” said Cho Won-hee, a representative attorney at DLG. “Through this agreement, we will support companies to achieve stable growth in both domestic and international markets.”
Jeong Seung-su, head of the Digital Venture Startup Business Unit at Incheon Technopark, said, “This agreement will serve as an important foundation for Incheon to establish itself as a hub for global technology companies,” adding, “We will foster a sustainable innovation ecosystem through various public-private partnerships in the future.”

チョウォンヒディエルジ代表弁護士は「技術企業のグローバル拡張のためには初期段階から体系的な法律リスク管理が必要だ」とし「今回の条約を通じて企業が国内外市場で安定的に成長できるように支援する」と明らかにした。
チョン・スンス仁川テクノパークデジタルベンチャー創業事業団長は「今回の条約は、仁川がグローバル技術企業の進出入拠点として位置づけるのに重要な基盤になるだろう」とし「今後様々な民官協力を通じて持続可能な革新生態系を造成する」と話した。

DLG Law Corporation (PDG : les avocats Wonhee Cho et Heechul Ahn) a annoncé le 17 avoir signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) avec Incheon Techno Park (directeur de la division Digital Venture Startup Seungsu Jeong) dans le cadre du projet « Global Scale-up Campus » visant à soutenir l'expansion à l'étranger et l'implantation nationale d'entreprises d'innovation technologique.
Cet accord vise à faciliter l'expansion internationale des entreprises technologiques implantées dans la région d'Incheon et l'entrée d'entreprises étrangères sur le marché coréen. Les deux parties collaboreront pour faire d'Incheon un pôle d'affaires international entrant et sortant et pour mettre en place l'infrastructure juridique et commerciale nécessaire à cet objectif.
Selon l'accord, Incheon Technopark prévoit de « mettre en place un système de gouvernance pour les entreprises qui se développent à l'étranger et pénètrent sur le marché intérieur, de fournir une infrastructure de conseil juridique mondiale, d'exploiter un programme de bons de conseil juridique pour les entreprises d'innovation technologique et d'établir un réseau de coopération national et international.
Grâce à cet accord, le cabinet DL mettra en place un programme de conseil mondial centré sur des avocats experts, offrira un espace dédié aux consultations et aux formations, proposera un service de bons de conseil juridique gratuits et établira des liens avec des partenaires et réseaux juridiques locaux à l'étranger. Grâce à ces efforts, le cabinet entend soutenir non seulement l'expansion internationale des entreprises technologiques coréennes, mais aussi l'investissement et l'implantation d'entreprises étrangères en Corée.
« Pour que les entreprises technologiques puissent se développer à l'international, une gestion systématique des risques juridiques est nécessaire dès le départ », a déclaré Cho Won-hee, avocat représentant chez DLG. « Grâce à cet accord, nous accompagnerons les entreprises vers une croissance stable sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux. »
