국방 버티컬 AI 전문기업 펀진(대표 김득화)은 자사의 AI 합성데이터 생성 플랫폼 ‘이글아이(EagleEye)’가 국방 AI 분야 최초로 DQ마크 인증(방위산업품질인증)을 취득했다고 17일 밝혔다.
DQ마크 인증은 국방기술품질원이 방산물자 및 군수품, 수출용 개조·개발 제품에 대해 기술력과 품질을 심사해 우수 제품에 부여하는 인증 제도다. 해당 인증을 획득한 기업은 제품과 포장, 홍보물에 DQ마크를 사용할 수 있으며, 해외 홍보 및 배포 지원 등의 혜택을 받는다.
펀진은 육군인공지능센터에 AI 합성데이터 생성 플랫폼을 납품하며 실효성을 입증했으며, 이번 인증을 통해 국방 AI 기술의 품질 표준을 새롭게 제시했다. 국방기술품질원 관계자는 “국내 기술로 개발된 국방 AI 제품의 성과가 고무적이며, 국방 소프트웨어 발전에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것”이라고 평가했다.
또한, ‘이글아이’는 산업통상자원부 절충교역 추천품목으로 선정되어 국방과 민간 분야를 아우르는 글로벌 수출 확대에 교두보를 마련했다. 절충교역은 해외 무기 및 장비 구매 시 국산 부품 수출 또는 기술 이전을 통해 상호 교역하는 방식이다.
‘이글아이’는 기존 GS인증 1등급을 보유하며 AI 기반 데이터 생성 기술의 품질과 실효성을 입증한 바 있다. 펀진은 이 기술을 바탕으로 AI 참모 시스템 KWM(킬웹매칭), AI 전자기스펙트럼 분석 시스템 KWM-Ocelot 등 주요 기술의 데이터 품질을 고도화하고 수출 활성화를 도모하고 있다.
특히, 펀진은 5G망 구축 관련 주파수 대역 혼신 해소 기술을 접목해 ‘이글아이’를 이미지와 영상뿐만 아니라 주파수 스펙트럼까지 생성할 수 있는 차세대 합성데이터 플랫폼으로 발전시키고 있다. 이를 통해 표적 인식 및 위치 추정 능력 향상이 기대된다.
펀진은 오는 ADEX 2025와 ‘2025 국제치안산업대전’ 전시회에서 기술과 성과를 공개할 예정이며, 국내외 바이어와의 상담도 활발히 진행 중이다.

Pungjin's "Eagle Eye" receives DQ Mark certification and is selected as a recommended trade item.
Defense vertical AI specialist company Funjin (CEO Deukhwa Kim) announced on the 17th that its AI synthetic data generation platform 'EagleEye' has become the first in the defense AI field to receive DQ Mark certification (Defense Industry Quality Certification).
The DQ Mark certification is a system awarded to excellent products by the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality (DATQ), which evaluates the technological prowess and quality of defense products, military supplies, and products modified or developed for export. Companies that achieve this certification can use the DQ Mark on their products, packaging, and promotional materials, and receive benefits such as overseas promotion and distribution support.
Pungjin has proven its effectiveness by delivering an AI synthetic data generation platform to the Army Artificial Intelligence Center, and this certification sets a new quality standard for defense AI technology. An official from the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality stated, "The achievements of defense AI products developed with domestic technology are encouraging and will have a positive impact on the advancement of defense software."
Furthermore, "Eagle Eye" was selected as a recommended item for offset trade by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, establishing a bridgehead for expanding global exports across both the defense and civilian sectors. Offset trade is a reciprocal trade model that involves the export of domestically produced components or technology transfer when purchasing foreign weapons and equipment.
Eagle Eye has already achieved GS Level 1 certification, demonstrating the quality and effectiveness of its AI-based data generation technology. Building on this technology, Funjin is enhancing the data quality of key technologies, including the AI staff system KWM (Kill Web Matching) and the AI electromagnetic spectrum analysis system KWM-Ocelot, and promoting exports.
In particular, by incorporating frequency band interference resolution technology related to 5G network construction, Funjin is developing "Eagle Eye" into a next-generation synthetic data platform capable of generating not only images and videos but also frequency spectrums. This is expected to enhance target recognition and location estimation capabilities.
Funjin plans to unveil its technology and achievements at the upcoming ADEX 2025 and the '2025 International Security Industry Exhibition', and is actively engaged in consultations with domestic and international buyers.
Kim Deuk-hwa, CEO of Fundin, said, “Eagle Eye’s DQ Mark certification is the first case in Korea for an AI software product for military and export use, and is an important milestone for defense AI technology to receive official quality certification,” adding, “It will be a new starting point for the development of the domestic defense AI industry.”

DQマーク認証は、国防技術品質源が防産物資及び軍需品、輸出用改造・開発製品について技術力と品質を審査し、優れた製品に付与する認証制度だ。当該認証を獲得した企業は製品や包装、広報物にDQマークを使用することができ、海外の広報及び配布支援などの恩恵を受ける。
パンジンは陸軍人工知能センターにAI合成データ生成プラットフォームを納品して実効性を立証し、今回の認証を通じて国防AI技術の品質基準を新たに提示した。国防技術品質源関係者は「国内技術で開発された国防ＡＩ製品の成果が促し、国防ソフトウェアの発展に肯定的な影響を及ぼすだろう」と評価した。
また、「イーグルアイ」は産業通商資源部折衷貿易推薦品目に選定され、国防と民間分野を網羅するグローバル輸出拡大に橋頭歩を設けた。トレードオフトレードは、海外の武器や機器を購入する際に国産部品の輸出または技術移転を通じて相互貿易する方式である。
「イーグルアイ」は、既存のGS認証1等級を保有し、AIベースのデータ生成技術の品質と実効性を立証したことがある。パンジンはこの技術を基にAI参謀システムKWM(キルウェブマッチング)、AI電磁スペクトル分析システムKWM-Ocelotなど主要技術のデータ品質を高度化し、輸出活性化を図っている。
特に、パンジンは5Gネットワーク構築関連周波数帯域混信解消技術を融合し、「イーグルアイ」をイメージや映像だけでなく周波数スペクトルまで生成できる次世代合成データプラットフォームに発展している。これにより、標的認識と位置推定能力の向上が期待される。

Funjin, société spécialisée dans l'IA verticale de défense (PDG Deukhwa Kim), a annoncé le 17 que sa plate-forme de génération de données synthétiques d'IA « EagleEye » est devenue la première dans le domaine de l'IA de défense à recevoir la certification DQ Mark (Defense Industry Quality Certification).
La certification DQ Mark est un système décerné par l'Agence de défense pour la technologie et la qualité (DATQ) pour l'excellence de ses produits. Elle évalue la performance technologique et la qualité des produits de défense, des fournitures militaires et des produits modifiés ou développés pour l'exportation. Les entreprises qui obtiennent cette certification peuvent utiliser la marque DQ sur leurs produits, leurs emballages et leurs supports promotionnels, et bénéficier d'avantages tels qu'une promotion et une distribution à l'international.
Pungjin a prouvé son efficacité en fournissant une plateforme de génération de données synthétiques d'IA au Centre d'intelligence artificielle de l'armée. Cette certification établit une nouvelle norme de qualité pour les technologies d'IA de défense. Un responsable de l'Agence de défense pour la technologie et la qualité a déclaré : « Les résultats des produits d'IA de défense développés avec des technologies nationales sont encourageants et auront un impact positif sur le développement des logiciels de défense. »
Par ailleurs, le « Eagle Eye » a été sélectionné par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie comme produit recommandé pour le commerce de compensation, établissant ainsi une base pour le développement des exportations mondiales dans les secteurs de la défense et du civil. Le commerce de compensation est un modèle commercial réciproque qui implique l'exportation de composants produits localement ou le transfert de technologie lors de l'achat d'armes et d'équipements étrangers.
Eagle Eye a déjà obtenu la certification GS Niveau 1, démontrant la qualité et l'efficacité de sa technologie de génération de données basée sur l'IA. S'appuyant sur cette technologie, Funjin améliore la qualité des données de technologies clés, notamment le système d'intelligence artificielle KWM (Kill Web Matching) et le système d'analyse du spectre électromagnétique KWM-Ocelot, et promeut les exportations.
En intégrant notamment la technologie de résolution des interférences de bande de fréquences liée à la construction du réseau 5G, Funjin développe « Eagle Eye » en une plateforme de données synthétiques de nouvelle génération capable de générer non seulement des images et des vidéos, mais aussi des spectres de fréquences. Cela devrait améliorer les capacités de reconnaissance des cibles et d'estimation de la localisation.
Funjin prévoit de dévoiler sa technologie et ses réalisations lors du prochain ADEX 2025 et du « 2025 International Security Industry Exhibition », et participe activement à des consultations avec des acheteurs nationaux et internationaux.
