㈜엔에프타임(대표 박민기)이 아랍에미리트(UAE) 두바이 블록체인 센터(Dubai Blockchain Center)와 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 21일 밝혔다. 이번 협약은 차세대 디지털 배지 플랫폼 ‘써티(Certi)’를 기반으로 중동 교육 기술 시장 진출을 위한 협력 체계를 구축하는 데 목적이 있다.
협약식은 지난 10월 14일 두바이에서 열린 ‘2025 GITEX Expand North Star’ 기술 박람회 현장에서 진행됐다. 엔에프타임은 과학기술정보통신부와 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA)이 주관하는 ‘블록체인 한국관’ 참가사로 참여했으며, 인천광역시와 인천테크노파크(ITP)의 지원을 받았다.
이번 MOU는 UAE 정부가 추진 중인 교육 디지털 전환 정책과 연계해 양측 간 시너지를 기대하고 있다. 특히 두바이 블록체인 센터의 CEO이자 UAE 교육부 블록체인 디지털 배지 프로젝트 공동창립자인 마르완 알자루니 CEO와의 협력이 협약 체결에 중요한 역할을 한 것으로 알려졌다.
엔에프타임 박민기 대표는 “UAE도 대한민국과 마찬가지로 정부 차원에서 교육 혁신을 위한 디지털 배지 도입을 적극 추진하고 있다”며 “마르완 알자루니 CEO가 ‘써티’ 기술력과 비전을 높이 평가하며 협력 기회를 열어준 데 대해 뜻깊게 생각한다”고 말했다.
엔에프타임은 이번 박람회 기간 중 UAE 주요 고등기술교육기관인 ‘High Colleges of Technology (HCT)’ 관계자와도 심도 있는 논의를 진행하며 현지 교육계의 관심을 확인했다. 회사는 이번 협약을 계기로 UAE를 시작으로 중동 및 북아프리카(MENA) 지역으로 사업을 확장해 글로벌 에듀테크 시장에서 입지를 강화한다는 계획이다.
‘써티’는 블록체인 기반 디지털 배지 발급뿐만 아니라 AI 분석을 통해 사용자의 역량과 잠재력을 파악하고 맞춤형 교육 프로그램 및 채용 기회를 연계하는 솔루션이다. 현재 고려대학교, 광운대학교, 인하대학교 등 국내 주요 대학에서 비교과 활동 및 프로젝트 성과 관리에 활용되고 있다.

NFC Time Partners with Dubai Blockchain Center
NFTIME (CEO Park Min-ki) announced on the 21st that it has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Dubai Blockchain Center in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The agreement aims to establish a cooperative system for entering the Middle Eastern education technology market based on the next-generation digital badge platform, "Certi."
The signing ceremony took place on October 14th at the "2025 GITEX Expand North Star" technology exhibition in Dubai. NFTIME participated as a participant in the "Blockchain Korea Pavilion," hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), and received support from Incheon Metropolitan City and Incheon Technopark (ITP).
This MOU is expected to foster synergy between the two parties, aligning with the UAE government's digital transformation initiatives in education. In particular, collaboration with Marwan Al-Zaluni, CEO of the Dubai Blockchain Center and co-founder of the UAE Ministry of Education's Blockchain Digital Badge project, reportedly played a key role in concluding the agreement.
NFC Time CEO Park Min-ki said, “Like South Korea, the UAE is actively promoting the introduction of digital badges for educational innovation at the government level,” and added, “I am grateful that CEO Marwan Al-Zaruni highly values ‘Certi’s’ technology and vision and has opened up opportunities for cooperation.”
During this exhibition, NFTIME held in-depth discussions with officials from the High Colleges of Technology (HCT), a major higher education institution in the UAE, confirming the local educational community's interest. With this agreement, the company plans to expand its business, starting with the UAE and continuing into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, strengthening its position in the global edtech market.
"Thirty" is a solution that not only issues blockchain-based digital badges but also uses AI analysis to identify users' capabilities and potential, linking them to customized training programs and employment opportunities. It is currently being used by major Korean universities, including Korea University, Kwangwoon University, and Inha University, to manage extracurricular activities and project performance.

NFTIME (PDG Park Min-ki) a annoncé le 21 la signature d'un protocole d'accord stratégique avec le Dubai Blockchain Center aux Émirats arabes unis (EAU). Cet accord vise à établir un système de coopération pour pénétrer le marché des technologies éducatives au Moyen-Orient, basé sur la plateforme de badges numériques de nouvelle génération « Certi ».
