경남창조경제혁신센터(대표 노충식)와 국립창원대학교(총장 박민원)는 10월 20일 오후 4시, 국립창원대학교 대학본부에서 인공지능(AI) 및 AI 전환(AX, AI Transformation) 분야의 공동 연구와 기업 지원, 인재 양성을 위한 상호협력 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 지역 산업계의 AI 및 디지털 전환 수요에 대응하기 위한 산학협력의 일환으로, 양 기관은 공동 연구 및 사업 발굴, AI 기반 인재 양성 프로그램 운영, 기술 및 정보 교류를 통해 지역 기업의 경쟁력 제고와 AI 산업 생태계 조성을 목표로 협력할 예정이다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲AI·AX 관련 기술지원 및 인력 양성 프로그램 기획, ▲지역 기업 및 스타트업 대상 AI·AX 기술 활용 프로그램 운영, ▲산학연 협력 기반의 혁신 모델 발굴, ▲전문 인력 교류 및 공동 교육·세미나 개최, ▲기타 협력 사업 발굴 및 추진 등 다양한 분야에서 공동 사업을 전개할 계획이다.
경남창조경제혁신센터 노충식 대표는 “경남은 제조업 중심 산업구조를 바탕으로 양질의 산업 데이터가 축적될 수 있는 환경을 갖추고 있다”며 “AI 인재 양성을 통해 산업 현장에서 실질적인 변화와 혁신을 이끌어내는 기반을 마련하겠다”고 말했다.
국립창원대학교 박민원 총장은 “이번 협약은 지역 산업계와 학계 간 실질적 연계를 강화하는 계기가 될 것”이라며 “AI 및 디지털 전환 시대에 부합하는 전문 인재 양성과 기업 혁신을 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 양 기관은 이번 업무협약을 시작으로 지역 기반의 AI·AX 분야 산학연 협력 모델을 구축하고, 단계별 공동 프로그램을 통해 지역 기업의 기술경쟁력 강화 및 혁신 생태계 조성에 기여할 방침이다.

Gyeongnam Creative Economy Innovation Center Signs MOU with Changwon National University
Gyeongnam Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Noh Chung-sik) and Changwon National University (President Park Min-won) announced that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for mutual cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and AI Transformation (AX), corporate support, and talent development at the Changwon National University headquarters at 4:00 PM on October 20.
This agreement is part of industry-academia cooperation aimed at addressing the needs of local industries for AI and digital transformation. The two institutions will collaborate to enhance the competitiveness of local companies and foster an AI industry ecosystem through joint research and business development, AI-based talent development programs, and technology and information exchange.
According to the agreement, the two organizations plan to carry out joint projects in various fields, including ▲planning AI·AX-related technology support and human resource development programs, ▲operating AI·AX technology utilization programs for local companies and startups, ▲discovering innovation models based on industry-academia-research cooperation, ▲exchanging professional personnel and holding joint training and seminars, and ▲discovering and promoting other cooperative projects.
Noh Chung-sik, head of the Gyeongnam Creative Economy Innovation Center, said, “Gyeongnam has an environment where high-quality industrial data can be accumulated based on its manufacturing-centered industrial structure,” and added, “We will lay the foundation for driving real change and innovation in industrial settings by fostering AI talent.”
Park Min-won, President of Changwon National University, said, “This agreement will serve as an opportunity to strengthen practical connections between local industry and academia,” and added, “We will actively support the cultivation of specialized talent and corporate innovation suited to the era of AI and digital transformation.”
Meanwhile, starting with this business agreement, the two organizations plan to establish a regional AI·AX industry-academia-research cooperation model and contribute to strengthening the technological competitiveness of local companies and creating an innovation ecosystem through step-by-step joint programs.

国立昌原大学パク・ミンウォン総長は「今回の条約は地域産業界と学界間の実質的な連携を強化するきっかけになるだろう」とし「AIおよびデジタル転換時代に合致する専門人材養成と企業革新を積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。
一方、両機関は今回の業務協約をはじめ、地域ベースのAI・AX分野産学研協力モデルを構築し、段階別共同プログラムを通じて地域企業の技術競争力強化及び革新生態系の造成に寄与する方針だ。

Le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Gyeongnam signe un protocole d'entente avec l'Université nationale de Changwon
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Gyeongnam (PDG Noh Chung-sik) et l'Université nationale de Changwon (Président Park Min-won) ont annoncé avoir signé un protocole d'entente (PE) pour une coopération mutuelle dans les domaines de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) et de la transformation de l'IA (TA), du soutien aux entreprises et du développement des talents au siège de l'Université nationale de Changwon à 16h00 le 20 octobre.
Cet accord s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une coopération entre l'industrie et le monde universitaire visant à répondre aux besoins des industries locales en matière d'IA et de transformation numérique. Les deux institutions collaboreront pour renforcer la compétitivité des entreprises locales et favoriser un écosystème industriel dédié à l'IA grâce à des actions conjointes de recherche et de développement commercial, des programmes de formation aux métiers de l'IA, ainsi que des échanges de technologies et d'informations.
Selon l'accord, les deux organisations prévoient de mener des projets conjoints dans divers domaines, notamment : ▲la planification de programmes de soutien technologique et de développement des ressources humaines liés à l'IA·AX, ▲la mise en œuvre de programmes d'utilisation de la technologie IA·AX pour les entreprises locales et les startups, ▲la découverte de modèles d'innovation basés sur la coopération entre l'industrie, le monde universitaire et la recherche, ▲l'échange de personnel professionnel et l'organisation de formations et de séminaires conjoints, et ▲la découverte et la promotion d'autres projets de coopération.
Noh Chung-sik, directeur du Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Gyeongnam, a déclaré : « Gyeongnam dispose d'un environnement propice à l'accumulation de données industrielles de haute qualité grâce à sa structure industrielle axée sur la production », et a ajouté : « Nous jetterons les bases d'un véritable changement et d'une innovation concrète dans le secteur industriel en développant les talents en intelligence artificielle. »
Park Min-won, président de l'Université nationale de Changwon, a déclaré : « Cet accord permettra de renforcer les liens pratiques entre l'industrie locale et le monde universitaire », et a ajouté : « Nous soutiendrons activement la formation de talents spécialisés et l'innovation des entreprises adaptées à l'ère de l'IA et de la transformation numérique. »
Parallèlement, à compter de cet accord commercial, les deux organisations prévoient d'établir un modèle régional de coopération industrie-université-recherche AI·AX et de contribuer au renforcement de la compétitivité technologique des entreprises locales et à la création d'un écosystème d'innovation grâce à des programmes conjoints progressifs.
