㈜ISTN(대표이사 김종도)과, INF컨설팅㈜(대표이사 백만용·김재영)이 법적 합병 절차를 완료하고, ㈜블루어드(Blueward)라는 새 사명으로 공식 출범했다.
새로운 통합법인 블루어드는 이성열 회장이 회장 겸 이사회 의장을 맡고, 김종도 대표이사/사장이 총괄 대표이사로 경영을 이끈다. 또한 백만용 대표이사는 금융부문 대표이사, 김재영 대표이사는 제조·유통부문 대표이사로 각각 선임됐다.
이성열 회장은 “이번 합병으로 블루어드는 계열사에 속하지 않은 독립기업 중 국내 최대 규모의 IT 컨설팅 및 서비스 기업으로 자리매김하게 될 것”이라며, “B2B 디지털 서비스 및 소프트웨어 분야에서 국내 대표 기업으로 성장해 ‘한국형 엑센츄어(K-Accenture)’로 도약할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
합병으로 탄생한 블루어드는 약 2,000억 원 규모의 통합 매출 기반을 확보했으며, 2027년 기업공개(IPO)를 추진할 계획이다.

ISTN and INF Consulting merger complete, new name "Blooard" launched.
ISN Co., Ltd. (CEO Jong-do Kim) and INF Consulting Co., Ltd. (CEOs Baek Man-yong and Kim Jae-young) have completed legal merger procedures and officially launched under the new name Blueward Co., Ltd.
The new integrated entity, Blueard, will be led by Chairman Lee Seong-yeol, who serves as Chairman and Chairman of the Board, and CEO/President Kim Jong-do, who serves as Managing Director. Furthermore, Baek Man-yong has been appointed CEO of the finance division, and Kim Jae-young has been appointed CEO of the manufacturing and distribution divisions.
Chairman Lee Seong-yeol said, “With this merger, BlueOar will become the largest IT consulting and service company in Korea among independent companies that are not affiliated with any other company,” and “We will grow into a leading domestic company in the B2B digital services and software sectors and leap forward as the ‘Korean Accenture (K-Accenture)’.”
Bloard, born from the merger, has secured a consolidated sales base of approximately KRW 200 billion and plans to pursue an initial public offering (IPO) in 2027.

(株)ISTN(代表取締役キム・ジョンド)と、 INFコンサルティング(代表取締役百万龍・キム・ジェヨン)が法的合併手続きを完了し、(株)ブルーワード(Blueward)という新しい使命で公式発足した。

合併で誕生したブルーアドは約2,000億ウォン規模の統合売上基盤を確保し、2027年に企業公開(IPO)を推進する計画だ。

ISN株式会社（代表理事金钟道）与INF咨询株式会社（代表理事白万勇、金在永）已完成合法合并手续，并以新名称Blueward株式会社正式成立。

La fusion d'ISTN et d'INF Consulting est finalisée, un nouveau nom « Blooard » est lancé.
ISN Co., Ltd. (PDG Jong-do Kim) et INF Consulting Co., Ltd. (PDG Baek Man-yong et Kim Jae-young) ont achevé les procédures de fusion légales et ont été officiellement lancées sous le nouveau nom Blueward Co., Ltd.

Bloard, né de la fusion, a sécurisé une base de vente consolidée d'environ 200 milliards de KRW et prévoit de poursuivre une introduction en bourse (IPO) en 2027.
