비전 AI 전문 기업 시선AI가 과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)이 추진하는 2025년 공공 AX 프로젝트 사업의 검역관리분과 과제에 선정되어 협약을 체결했다.
이번 공공 AX 프로젝트는 공공부문에 AI를 선도적으로 접목해 공공서비스를 혁신하고, 국민의 AI 일상화 및 공공 분야의 AI 대전환(AI Transformation)을 촉진하기 위해 진행된다. 정부는 민관협력을 통해 국민이 체감할 수 있는 AI 솔루션을 개발·실증하고, 부처 현장 적용과 확산을 추진할 계획이다.
조세심판, 건강관리, 복지행정 등 총 20개 분과로 구성된 이번 사업에서 시선AI는 생성형 AI 전문 기업 클라비와 컨소시엄을 구성해 검역관리분과 과제인 ‘AI 기반 해외여행자 친화적 검역 시스템 개발·실증’을 맡는다. 사업 기간은 2026년 12월 31일까지이며, 총 사업비는 약 39억 원으로 이 중 약 29억 원이 정부 지원금으로 제공된다. 시선AI는 주관기관으로서 과제의 65% 지분을 보유하며, 대한검역학회는 자문위원회로 참여해 검역 분야 전문 지식을 제공한다.
이번 과제를 통해 시선AI, 클라비, 대한검역학회는 해외여행자의 감염병 위험도 예측, 유증상자 식별·격리, 개인화 문진 등 핵심 검역 기능을 포함한 AI 기반 비대면 검역 자동화·간소화 시스템을 개발할 예정이다. 이를 통해 여객 흐름을 최소한으로 방해하고 감염병 예방과 대응의 정확성과 효율성을 높이는 것이 목표다.
과제 수행 과정에서 클라비는 AI 감염병 감시 솔루션과 AI 검역 솔루션 설계·개발을 담당하며, 시선AI는 AI 원격 발열 탐지 및 Re-ID(재식별) 솔루션, Gate 기반 자동 검역 시스템 설계·개발을 맡는다. Re-ID 기술은 사람이나 차량 등 객체를 여러 영상 또는 이미지 간에 다시 식별하는 기술이다.
시선AI 관계자는 “AI 검역 자동화 시스템과 개별 솔루션은 공항뿐 아니라 항만, 학교, 관광지 등 다양한 공중보건 및 국가방역 사업에서도 활용도가 높아질 것”이라며 “모듈화와 패키지화를 통해 클라비, 대한검역학회와 협력하며 글로벌 방역 시장을 겨냥한 K-방역 수출 판로를 모색할 계획”이라고 말했다.

Sight AI Signs Agreement to Perform Quarantine Management Tasks with the Public AX Project
Vision AI specialist company SeesAI has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) to be selected for the quarantine management division of the 2025 public AX project.
This public AX project aims to pioneer the application of AI in the public sector, revolutionize public services, and accelerate the adoption of AI in everyday life for citizens and the AI Transformation in the public sector. Through public-private partnerships, the government plans to develop and demonstrate AI solutions that citizens can experience and implement, and promote their on-site application and expansion across ministries.
This project, comprised of 20 sub-divisions, including tax arbitration, healthcare, and welfare administration, will involve Siseon AI forming a consortium with Clavi, a generative AI company, to undertake the quarantine management sub-division project, "Development and Demonstration of an AI-Based Quarantine System Friendly to Overseas Travelers." The project will run until December 31, 2026, with a total budget of approximately KRW 3.9 billion, of which approximately KRW 2.9 billion will be provided in government subsidies. Siseon AI, as the lead organization, will hold a 65% stake in the project, while the Korean Society of Quarantine Science will serve as an advisory committee member, providing expertise in the field of quarantine.
Through this project, SightAI, Clavi, and the Korean Society of Quarantine Science will develop an AI-based, automated, and streamlined non-face-to-face quarantine system that includes core quarantine functions such as predicting the infectious disease risk of international travelers, identifying and isolating symptomatic individuals, and conducting personalized medical questionnaires. The goal is to minimize disruption to passenger flow and increase the accuracy and efficiency of infectious disease prevention and response.
During the project, Clavi will be responsible for designing and developing AI infectious disease surveillance and quarantine solutions, while Siseon AI will be responsible for designing and developing AI remote fever detection and Re-ID (re-identification) solutions, as well as a gate-based automated quarantine system. Re-ID technology re-identifies objects, such as people or vehicles, across multiple videos or images.
A representative of SightAI said, “The AI quarantine automation system and individual solutions will find increasing use not only in airports but also in various public health and national quarantine projects such as ports, schools, and tourist destinations.” They added, “Through modularization and packaging, we plan to cooperate with Clavi and the Korean Society of Quarantine to explore K-Quarantine export channels targeting the global quarantine market.”

今回の課題を通じて、視線AI、クラビ、大韓検疫学会は、海外旅行者の感染病リスクも予測、遺症箱の識別・分離、個人化問診など、核心検疫機能を含むAIベースの非対面検疫自動化・簡素化システムを開発する予定だ。これにより旅客の流れを最小限に妨げ、感染病予防と対応の正確性と効率性を高めることが目標だ。
課題遂行過程で、クラビはAI感染病監視ソリューションとAI検疫ソリューションの設計・開発を担当し、視線AIはAIリモート発熱検出およびRe-ID（再識別）ソリューション、Gateベースの自動検疫システムの設計・開発を担当する。 Re-ID技術は、人や車両などのオブジェクトを複数の画像や画像間で再識別する技術です。

La société SeesAI, spécialiste en intelligence artificielle, a signé un accord avec le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et l'Agence nationale de promotion de l'industrie informatique (NIPA) pour être sélectionnée pour la division de gestion de la quarantaine du projet public AX 2025.
Ce projet public AX vise à innover dans l'application de l'IA au secteur public, à révolutionner les services publics et à accélérer l'adoption de l'IA dans la vie quotidienne des citoyens, ainsi que la transformation numérique du secteur public. Grâce à des partenariats public-privé, le gouvernement prévoit de développer et de présenter des solutions d'IA que les citoyens pourront expérimenter et mettre en œuvre, et de promouvoir leur application concrète et leur déploiement au sein des différents ministères.
Ce projet, composé de 20 sous-divisions, dont l'arbitrage fiscal, la santé et l'administration sociale, verra Siseon AI former un consortium avec Clavi, une entreprise spécialisée en intelligence artificielle générative, pour mener à bien le projet de sous-division « Gestion de la quarantaine », intitulé « Développement et démonstration d'un système de quarantaine basé sur l'IA et adapté aux voyageurs internationaux ». Le projet se déroulera jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026, avec un budget total d'environ 3,9 milliards de wons coréens, dont environ 2,9 milliards de wons coréens de subventions publiques. Siseon AI, en tant qu'organisation chef de file, détiendra 65 % des parts du projet, tandis que la Société coréenne des sciences de la quarantaine siégera au comité consultatif, apportant son expertise dans le domaine de la quarantaine.
Dans le cadre de ce projet, SightAI, Clavi et la Société coréenne des sciences de la quarantaine développeront un système de quarantaine à distance automatisé, simplifié et basé sur l'intelligence artificielle. Dans le cadre de ce projet, Clavi sera responsable de la conception et du développement de solutions d'IA pour la surveillance et la mise en quarantaine des maladies infectieuses, tandis que Siseon AI sera responsable de la conception et du développement de solutions d'IA pour la détection à distance de la fièvre et la réidentification (Re-ID), ainsi que d'un système de quarantaine automatisé basé sur des portails. La technologie Re-ID permet de réidentifier des objets, tels que des personnes ou des véhicules, à partir de plusieurs vidéos ou images.
Un représentant de SightAI a déclaré : « Le système d’automatisation de la quarantaine par IA et les solutions personnalisées seront de plus en plus utilisés non seulement dans les aéroports, mais aussi dans divers projets de santé publique et de quarantaine nationale, notamment dans les ports, les écoles et les sites touristiques. » Il a ajouté : « Grâce à la modularisation et au conditionnement, nous prévoyons de collaborer avec Clavi et la Société coréenne de quarantaine afin d’explorer les débouchés à l’exportation de K-Quarantine, destinés au marché mondial de la quarantaine. »
