AI 경량화 및 최적화 기술 전문 기업 노타(대표 채명수)가 11월 3일 코스닥 시장에 신규 상장했다고 밝혔다.
2015년 설립된 노타는 자체 개발한 AI 모델 최적화 플랫폼 ‘넷츠프레소(NetsPresso®)’와 온디바이스 AI 솔루션을 기반으로 기술 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. AI 경량화·최적화 기술은 고성능 AI 모델 도입으로 증가하는 기업들의 운영 비용 부담을 낮출 수 있는 기술이다.
노타의 기술은 엔비디아, 삼성전자, 퀄컴, Arm, 소니 등 글로벌 기업과 협력을 통해 고도화되고 있으며, 자율주행과 로봇 등 피지컬 AI 분야에서 핵심 역할을 수행하고 있다. 올해에는 CB 인사이트가 발표한 ‘2025 글로벌 혁신 AI 스타트업 100’에 선정되기도 했다.
노타는 생성형 AI 기반 비전·언어 모델을 온디바이스 환경에 적용한 영상 관제 솔루션 ‘Nota Vision Agent(NVA)’를 통해 산업안전, 교통, 리테일 등 다양한 분야에서 AI 활용을 확장하고 있다.
이번 상장을 통해 노타는 AI 최적화 기술 경쟁력 강화와 엣지 AI 적용 타깃 시장 확대에 주력할 계획이다. 미국, 유럽, 중동 등 글로벌 반도체 기업과 디바이스 제조사를 대상으로 한 영업·마케팅 활동을 강화하고, 차세대 플랫폼 개발에도 투자를 확대할 예정이다.
채명수 대표는 “이번 IPO는 자금 조달뿐 아니라 글로벌 시장 신뢰 확보와 성장을 위한 전략적 결정”이라며, “AI 최적화 기술을 통해 다양한 산업에서 ‘AI Everywhere’ 비전을 실현할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
