실시간 데이터 복제 및 이관 전문기업 엑스로그(대표 장석주)는 IT 시스템 구축·운영 및 소프트웨어 개발 전문기업 에스노바시스템즈(대표 황대순)와 시장 공략 및 기술 고도화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 급변하는 IT 환경과 산업 구조 변화에 대응해 스마트팩토리, 제조, 공공 시장을 중심으로 공동 비즈니스 기회를 발굴하고 산업 데이터 관리 효율성을 높이기 위한 기술 협력 체계를 구축하는 것을 목표로 한다.
양사는 엑스로그의 데이터 처리 기술과 에스노바시스템즈의 소프트웨어 개발 역량을 결합해 산업 데이터 통합 및 관리 기술을 고도화할 계획이다. 또한 기술 교류, 공동 영업 및 마케팅 체계를 마련해 엔지니어링과 세일즈 협업을 강화하고, 상호 기술력과 시장 경쟁력의 동반 성장을 추진한다.
황대순 에스노바시스템즈 대표는 “공공 시장에서 강점을 지닌 엑스로그와의 협력을 통해 산업 데이터 분야의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”며 “고객이 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 IT 환경을 구현하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Xlog Signs Business Agreement with Esnova Systems
Xlog (CEO Seok-ju Jang) , a real-time data replication and transfer specialist, announced on the 6th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Esnova Systems (CEO Dae-soon Hwang), a specialist in IT system construction and operation and software development, for market conquest and technological advancement.
This agreement aims to identify joint business opportunities centered on smart factories, manufacturing, and the public sector in response to the rapidly changing IT environment and industrial structural shifts, and to establish a technological cooperation system to improve the efficiency of industrial data management.
The two companies plan to combine Xlog's data processing technology with Esnova Systems' software development capabilities to advance industrial data integration and management technologies. Furthermore, they will establish a system for technology exchange, joint sales, and marketing to strengthen engineering and sales collaboration and promote the mutual growth of technological prowess and market competitiveness.

Xlog (PDG Seok-ju Jang) , spécialiste de la réplication et du transfert de données en temps réel, a annoncé le 6 avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec Esnova Systems (PDG Dae-soon Hwang), spécialiste de la construction et de l'exploitation de systèmes informatiques et du développement de logiciels, en vue de la conquête du marché et du progrès technologique.
Cet accord vise à identifier les opportunités commerciales communes axées sur les usines intelligentes, la production manufacturière et le secteur public en réponse à l'évolution rapide de l'environnement informatique et aux mutations structurelles industrielles, et à établir un système de coopération technologique pour améliorer l'efficacité de la gestion des données industrielles.
