프롭테크 기반 종합 부동산관리 서비스 기업 에스앤아이코퍼레이션(대표 서현, 이하 에스앤아이)은 한국퍼실리티매니지먼트학회(한국FM학회, 회장 이명식)가 주최한 제26회 한국FM대상에서 올초 이전한 마곡 본사로 ‘스마트오피스’ 부문 대상을 수상했다고 6일 밝혔다.

에스앤아이는 마곡 본사를 스마트 오피스로 구현하기 위해 자사 오피스라이프 케어앱인 ‘샌디앱(SANDI App)’을 중심으로 좌석·회의실 예약 시스템을 구축했다. 이를 통해 365일 자율좌석제를 운영하며 유연한 근무 환경을 조성하고 스마트워크 경쟁력을 강화했다.

에스앤아이가 수상한 한국FM대상은 한국FM학회가 주최, 주관하는 어워드로서 매년 시설관리(FM, Facility Management) 기법을 적용해 우수한 경영성과를 거둔 사례를 심사·인증해 시상하는 권위 있는 행사다. 한국FM학회는 1995년 창립된 이후 국내 시설관리(FM) 분야에서 공신력과 전문성을 인정받는 비영리 학술단체다.
