코리아스타트업포럼(의장 한상우, 이하 코스포)은 오는 11월 21일 오후 1시에 디캠프 선릉점에서 ‘마이데이터 정책 스타트업 간담회’를 개최한다고 19일 밝혔다.
이번 간담회는 개인정보보호위원회가 추진 중인 본인전송요구권 확대 정책이 산업 전반에 미칠 영향을 진단하고, 스타트업을 중심으로 한 생태계 관계자들의 다양한 의견을 수렴하기 위해 마련됐다. 코스포는 본인전송요구권 확대 정책과 관련해 현장의 목소리를 정책 논의에 반영하기 위한 소통 창구로 이번 자리를 기획했다.
간담회 프로그램은 발제 및 업계 전문가들이 참여하는 패널 토의로 구성된다. 먼저 김용희 선문대학교 경영학과 교수는 ‘본인전송요구권 확대가 가져올 사회적 문제 및 대응 방안’을 주제로 국내 플랫폼 경쟁력 약화와 보안 우려 등 주요 논점을 제시할 예정이다. 이어 최지영 코리아스타트업포럼 상임이사, 유정희 한국벤처기업협회 본부장, 정신동 한국외국어대학교 법학전문대학원 교수, 정원준 한국법제연구원 연구위원 등이 참여할 패널 토의는 본인전송요구권 확대와 관련된 개인정보 보호, 기업 정보 관리, 산업 경쟁 환경, 보안 체계, 제도 개선 방안 등 스타트업 생태계 관점 중심의 다양한 쟁점을 논의할 계획이다.
최지영 코리아스타트업포럼 상임이사는 “본인전송요구권 확대는 스타트업의 서비스 운영, 데이터 활용, 이용자 정보보호 등에 중대한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 사안이기에 정책 간담회를 마련했다”며 “정책 방향 설정에 앞서 산업계의 목소리를 폭넓게 청취할 수 있도록 생태계 관계자들의 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.

Cospo Holds 'MyData Policy Startup Roundtable'
The Korea Startup Forum (Chairman Sangwoo Han, hereinafter referred to as KOSPO) announced on the 19th that it will hold a 'MyData Policy Startup Roundtable' at 1:00 PM on November 21st at the D-Camp Seolleung branch.
This meeting was organized to assess the impact of the Personal Information Protection Commission's policy to expand the right to request data transfer across industries and to gather diverse opinions from ecosystem stakeholders, particularly startups. KOSPO planned this event as a communication channel to reflect the voices of those on the ground in policy discussions regarding the expanded right to request data transfer.
The symposium program will consist of presentations and a panel discussion with industry experts. First, Professor Kim Yong-hee of the Department of Business Administration at Sunmoon University will present on the topic of "Social Issues and Countermeasures Caused by the Expansion of Principal Transfer Rights," highlighting key points such as weakening domestic platform competitiveness and security concerns. Following this, a panel discussion featuring Choi Ji-young, Executive Director of the Korea Startup Forum; Yoo Jeong-hee, Director of the Korea Venture Business Association; Jeong Sin-dong, Professor of Law at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies; and Jeong Won-jun, Research Fellow at the Korea Legislation Research Institute will discuss various issues related to the expansion of the Principal Transfer Rights, focusing on the startup ecosystem, such as personal information protection, corporate information management, industrial competition environment, security systems, and institutional improvement measures.
Choi Ji-young, executive director of the Korea Startup Forum, said, “The expansion of the right to request self-transfer can have a significant impact on startups’ service operations, data utilization, and user information protection, which is why we organized a policy meeting.” She added, “We hope for the interest and participation of many ecosystem stakeholders so that we can broadly listen to the voices of the industry before setting policy directions.”

コスポが「マイデータ政策スタートアップ懇談会」を開催
コリアスタートアップフォーラム（議長ハン・サンウ、以下コスポ）は来る11月21日午後1時にデキャンプ船陵店で「マイデータ政策スタートアップ懇談会」を開催すると19日明らかにした。
今回の懇談会は、個人情報保護委員会が推進中の本人転送要求権拡大政策が産業全般に及ぼす影響を診断し、スタートアップを中心とした生態系関係者の多様な意見を収束するために設けられた。コスポは本人転送要求権拡大政策と関連して現場の声を政策議論に反映するためのコミュニケーション窓口として今回の座を企画した。
懇談会プログラムは、制作と業界の専門家が参加するパネルディスカッションで構成されています。まずキム・ヨンヒ先文大学経営学科教授は「本人伝送要求権拡大がもたらす社会的問題及び対応方案」をテーマに国内プラットフォーム競争力の弱化とセキュリティの懸念など主要論点を提示する予定だ。続いて、チェ・ジヨンコリアスタートアップフォーラム常任理事、ユ・ジョンヒ韓国ベンチャー企業協会本部長、精神洞韓国外国語大学法学専門大学院教授、チョン・ウォンジュン韓国法制研究院研究委員などが参加するパネル討議は、本人転送要求権拡大に関する個人情報保護、企業情報管理、産業競争環境、セキュリティ様々な争点を議論する計画だ。
チェ・ジヨンコリアスタートアップフォーラム常任理事は「本人転送要求権の拡大はスタートアップのサービス運営、データ活用、利用者情報保護などに重大な影響を及ぼす可能性がある事案であり、政策懇談会を設けた」とし「政策方向設定に先立って産業界の声を幅広く聴取できるように、生態系関係者たち。

Cospo举办“MyData Policy创业圆桌会议”
韩国创业论坛（会长韩相佑，以下简称KOSPO）于19日宣布，将于11月21日下午1点在D-Camp首尔分部举办“我的数据政策创业圆桌会议”。
本次会议旨在评估个人信息保护委员会扩大跨行业数据传输请求权的政策影响，并收集生态系统利益相关者（尤其是初创企业）的多元意见。韩国软件、信息和隐私保护协会（KOSPO）计划举办此次活动，旨在搭建一个沟通渠道，将一线人士的声音融入到有关扩大数据传输请求权的政策讨论中。
本次研讨会将包括专题报告和行业专家小组讨论。首先，顺文大学企业管理系金容熙教授将以“主体转移权扩大引发的社会问题及应对措施”为题进行报告，重点阐述国内平台竞争力下降和安全隐患等关键问题。随后，韩国创业论坛执行理事崔智英、韩国风险投资协会理事柳正熙、韩国外国语大学法学教授郑信东以及韩国立法研究院研究员郑元俊将参与小组讨论，围绕主体转移权扩大相关的诸多问题展开讨论，重点关注创业生态系统，例如个人信息保护、企业信息管理、产业竞争环境、安全体系以及制度改进措施等。
韩国创业论坛执行董事崔智英表示：“扩大自主转让请求权可能会对创业公司的服务运营、数据利用和用户信息保护产生重大影响，因此我们组织了这次政策会议。”她补充道：“我们希望众多生态系统利益相关者能够关注并积极参与，以便在制定政策方向之前广泛听取业界的意见。”

Cospo organise une table ronde sur les startups en matière de politique de données.
Le Korea Startup Forum (présidé par Sangwoo Han, ci-après dénommé KOSPO) a annoncé le 19 qu'il organisera une « table ronde sur les startups et la politique MyData » le 21 novembre à 13h00 à la succursale D-Camp Seolleung.
Cette réunion a été organisée afin d'évaluer l'impact de la politique de la Commission de protection des renseignements personnels visant à étendre le droit de demander le transfert de données à tous les secteurs d'activité et de recueillir divers points de vue auprès des acteurs de l'écosystème, notamment les jeunes entreprises. KOSPO a conçu cet événement comme un canal de communication permettant de faire entendre la voix des acteurs de terrain dans les discussions politiques relatives à l'extension du droit de demander le transfert de données.
Le programme du symposium comprendra des présentations et une table ronde avec des experts du secteur. Le professeur Kim Yong-hee, du département d'administration des affaires de l'université Sunmoon, interviendra tout d'abord sur le thème « Enjeux sociaux et contre-mesures liés à l'extension des droits de transfert de propriété intellectuelle », en soulignant notamment l'affaiblissement de la compétitivité des plateformes nationales et les problèmes de sécurité. S'ensuivra une table ronde réunissant Choi Ji-young, directrice exécutive du Korea Startup Forum ; Yoo Jeong-hee, directrice de la Korea Venture Business Association ; Jeong Sin-dong, professeur de droit à l'université Hankuk d'études étrangères ; et Jeong Won-jun, chercheur à l'Institut coréen de recherche législative. Cette table ronde abordera diverses problématiques liées à l'extension des droits de transfert de propriété intellectuelle, en particulier dans l'écosystème des startups, telles que la protection des données personnelles, la gestion de l'information des entreprises, la concurrence, les systèmes de sécurité et les mesures d'amélioration institutionnelle.
Choi Ji-young, directrice générale du Korea Startup Forum, a déclaré : « L’élargissement du droit de demander l’auto-transfert des données peut avoir un impact significatif sur les services proposés par les startups, l’utilisation des données et la protection des informations des utilisateurs. C’est pourquoi nous avons organisé une réunion de concertation. » Elle a ajouté : « Nous espérons la participation de nombreux acteurs de l’écosystème afin de recueillir un large éventail d’avis du secteur avant de définir nos orientations politiques. »
