글로벌 AI 및 데이터 서비스 기업 한국 그루브(Gruve Korea)가 국내 보안 기업 코어시큐리티(Core Security)와 공동으로 개최한 ‘공공 부문 AI 혁신 전략 워크숍’이 지난 21일 서울 강남구 삼성동 그랜드 인터컨티넨탈 서울 파르나스에서 진행됐다. 이번 행사는 ‘공공 서비스의 미래, AI 기술에서 답을 찾다’를 주제로 공공기관에서 적용 가능한 사례와 실행 전략을 공유하기 위해 마련됐다.
워크숍에는 서울대학교 백윤흥 교수, 케이유융합소프트웨어연구센터 김현조 대표, 그루브 AI 솔루션 아키텍트 종항 시옹, 인텔리콘연구소 임영익 대표 등 국내외 전문가들이 연사로 참여했다. 백윤흥 교수는 동형암호(HE)와 신뢰실행환경(TEE) 등 데이터 보호 기술과 활용 방안을 소개하며 안전한 공공 AI 환경 구축의 중요성을 강조했다. 김현조 대표와 종항 시옹 아키텍트는 에이전틱(Agentic) AI 기반 공공 업무 혁신 전략과 AI 시스템 구축 및 규제 준수 방안을 설명했다. 임영익 대표는 CSAP 수준의 보안성을 갖춘 솔루션을 통해 공공 분야 법률 리스크 관리 사례를 제시했다.
코어시큐리티 관계자는 이번 워크숍이 공공기관 AI 도입과 보안 강화 과제를 함께 논의하는 의미 있는 자리였다고 평가하며, 향후 공공기관 특화 보안 체계 및 서비스 제공 계획을 밝혔다. 한국 그루브는 이번 워크숍을 통해 공공기관의 AI 거버넌스 및 보안 문제 해결에 지속적으로 기여하며 공공 AI 시장을 선도할 계획이라고 전했다.

Korea Groove and Core Security Conclude Public Sector AI Innovation Strategy Workshop
The "Public Sector AI Innovation Strategy Workshop," co-hosted by global AI and data services company Gruve Korea and domestic security firm Core Security, took place on the 21st at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Under the theme "Finding Answers in AI Technology for the Future of Public Services," the event aimed to share applicable case studies and implementation strategies for public institutions.
The workshop was attended by domestic and international experts as speakers, including Professor Baek Yoon-heung of Seoul National University, Kim Hyun-jo, CEO of KU Convergence Software Research Center, Jong-hang Xiong, AI solution architect at Groove, and Lim Young-ik, CEO of Intellicon Research Institute. Professor Baek Yoon-heung introduced data protection technologies and utilization methods such as homomorphic encryption (HE) and trusted execution environments (TEE), emphasizing the importance of building a secure public AI environment. CEO Kim Hyun-jo and architect Jong-hang Xiong explained public service innovation strategies based on agentic AI and methods for building AI systems and complying with regulations. CEO Lim Young-ik presented a case study on legal risk management in the public sector using a solution with CSAP-level security.
A Core Security representative evaluated this workshop as a meaningful opportunity to discuss the adoption of AI in public institutions and the challenges of strengthening security, and announced plans to provide specialized security systems and services for public institutions in the future. Groove Korea stated that through this workshop, it plans to continue contributing to resolving AI governance and security issues in public institutions and lead the public AI market.

ワークショップにはソウル大学ペク・ユンフン教授、ケイユ融合ソフトウェア研究センターキム・ヒョンジョ代表、グルーブAIソリューションアーキテクト終港シオン、インテリコン研究所イム・ヨンイク代表など国内外の専門家らが講師として参加した。ペク・ユンフン教授は、同型暗号（HE）と信頼実行環境（TEE）などのデータ保護技術と活用方案を紹介し、安全な公共AI環境構築の重要性を強調した。キム・ヒョンジョ代表とジョンハンシオンアーキテクトは、Agentic AIベースの公共業務イノベーション戦略とAIシステム構築および規制遵守方案を説明した。イム・ヨンイク代表は、CSAPレベルのセキュリティを備えたソリューションを通じて公共分野の法律リスク管理事例を提示した。
コアセキュリティ関係者は今回のワークショップが公共機関AIの導入とセキュリティ強化課題を共に議論する意味のある席だったと評価し、今後公共機関特化セキュリティ体系およびサービス提供計画を明らかにした。韓国グルーブは今回のワークショップを通じて公共機関のAIガバナンスおよびセキュリティ問題解決に継続的に貢献し、公共AI市場をリードする計画だと伝えた。

Korea Groove et Core Security concluent leur atelier sur la stratégie d'innovation en IA dans le secteur public.
L’atelier « Stratégie d’innovation en IA pour le secteur public », co-organisé par Gruve Korea, entreprise internationale de services d’IA et de données, et Core Security, société coréenne de sécurité, s’est tenu le 21 au Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, à Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Séoul. Placé sous le thème « L’IA au service de l’avenir des services publics », cet événement visait à partager des études de cas et des stratégies de mise en œuvre applicables aux institutions publiques.
L'atelier a réuni des experts nationaux et internationaux, parmi lesquels le professeur Baek Yoon-heung de l'Université nationale de Séoul, Kim Hyun-jo, PDG du Centre de recherche en logiciels de convergence de l'Université du Kansas, Jong-hang Xiong, architecte de solutions d'IA chez Groove, et Lim Young-ik, PDG de l'Institut de recherche Intellicon. Le professeur Baek Yoon-heung a présenté les technologies de protection des données et leurs méthodes d'utilisation, telles que le chiffrement homomorphe (HE) et les environnements d'exécution de confiance (TEE), en soulignant l'importance de bâtir un environnement d'IA public sécurisé. Kim Hyun-jo et Jong-hang Xiong ont exposé les stratégies d'innovation dans le service public fondées sur l'IA agentielle, ainsi que les méthodes de conception de systèmes d'IA et de mise en conformité réglementaire.
