애즈위메이크(대표 손수영)는 기업공개(IPO)를 위한 대표 주관사로 NH투자증권을 선정하고 본격적인 상장 준비에 들어갔다고 25일 밝혔다.
애즈위메이크는 NH투자증권의 IPO 수행 경험과 리테일·테크 기업에 대한 전문성을 종합적으로 평가해 대표 주관사로 낙점한 것으로 알려졌다. NH투자증권은 최근 5년간 카카오페이, 크래프톤 등 대형 IPO를 주관했으며, 최근 3개년 상장예비심사 승인률 100%를 유지하는 등 규제 대응 능력을 갖춘 증권사로 평가받고 있다.
애즈위메이크는 식자재마트 DX, WMS·ERP, POS 통합 솔루션, O2O 플랫폼 등 리테일 운영에 필요한 기술을 수직계열화한 리테일테크 SaaS 기업으로, 국내 시장에서 독보적인 풀스택 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 오는 12월에는 베트남 K-마켓에 ‘K-DX 통합 리테일 솔루션’을 수출할 예정이며, 이를 계기로 해외 시장에서의 사업 확장에도 속도를 낼 계획이다.

Azwemake reportedly selected NH Investment & Securities as its lead underwriter after comprehensively evaluating its IPO experience and expertise in retail and tech companies. NH Investment & Securities has led major IPOs, including those for Kakao Pay and Krafton, over the past five years. It is recognized as a securities firm with strong regulatory compliance, having maintained a 100% approval rate for preliminary listing reviews over the past three years.
As a retail tech SaaS company, Azwemake vertically integrates the technologies necessary for retail operations, including grocery mart DX, WMS/ERP, integrated POS solutions, and O2O platforms. It offers a unique full-stack solution in the domestic market. This December, Azwemake plans to export its "K-DX Integrated Retail Solution" to the Vietnamese K-Market, accelerating its overseas expansion.
NH Investment & Securities evaluated that Azwemake possesses growth potential similar to that of global SaaS retail companies and announced its position to support the successful completion of its target listing in 2027 and the achievement of a corporate value in the trillions of won.

Azwemake aurait choisi NH Investment & Securities comme chef de file de son introduction en bourse après une évaluation approfondie de son expérience et de son expertise en matière d'introductions en bourse dans les secteurs du commerce de détail et des technologies. NH Investment & Securities a mené d'importantes introductions en bourse, notamment celles de Kakao Pay et Krafton, au cours des cinq dernières années. Reconnue pour son respect rigoureux des réglementations, la société affiche un taux d'approbation de 100 % pour les demandes d'admission à la cote au cours des trois dernières années.
Azwemake, entreprise SaaS spécialisée dans les technologies pour le commerce de détail, intègre verticalement les technologies nécessaires aux opérations de vente au détail, notamment les solutions de commerce électronique pour supermarchés, les systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt (WMS/ERP), les solutions de point de vente intégrées et les plateformes O2O.
