프리핀스는 어니스트벤처스로부터 시리즈 프리A 투자를 신규 유치했다고 27일 밝혔다. 이번 투자로 프리핀스는 쿨리지코너인베스트먼트 등 기존 투자사가 참여 중인 프리A 라운드의 자금 조달에 속도를 내게 됐으며, 다수의 벤처캐피탈 및 기관과의 추가 투자 협상이 마무리 단계에 있다.
이번 투자는 지난해 리딩투자증권과 케이클라비스인베스트먼트가 참여한 시드 투자에 이은 후속 투자다. 어니스트벤처스는 프리핀스의 독자적 SaaS 기술력과 렌털전환 시장의 혁신 가능성을 높게 평가한 것으로 전해졌다. 이번 투자 유치와 함께 회사는 핵심 플랫폼 ‘FRP(렌탈·금융 통합 플랫폼) 1.1’을 공식 오픈했다. 확보된 재원은 SaaS 고도화와 렌탈·구독·금융 연계 서비스 강화를 위해 투입될 예정이다.
FRP 1.1의 주요 특징은 ‘원스톱 금융 서비스’다. 고객사는 플랫폼 내 계약·수납·매출 등 운영 데이터를 기반으로 ABL, 매출채권 팩토링 등 필요한 금융 서비스를 바로 신청할 수 있다. 금융 신청부터 한도 승인, 계약 체결까지 전 과정을 플랫폼에서 관리할 수 있다.
이 외에도 FRP 1.1은 NICE, 효성 등 자동결제 솔루션을 연동해 수납 시스템 안정성을 높였으며, 미수 결제 관리 자동화, 중복 업무 제거 등 운영 편의성을 강화했다. 사용자 경험(UI·UX)도 전면 개편해 핵심 지표인 렌탈 현황과 매출 추이를 시각 그래프로 제공하는 비즈니스 대시보드를 탑재했다.

In addition, FRP 1.1 enhances the stability of the payment system by integrating with automated payment solutions from companies like NICE and Hyosung. It also enhances operational convenience by automating receivable management and eliminating redundant tasks. The user experience (UI/UX) has also been completely revamped, featuring a business dashboard that provides visual graphs of key indicators like rental status and sales trends.
