국내 교육·평가 전문 그룹 YBM 산하 한국TOEIC위원회는 서경대학교 창의산학교육원과 산학협력 업무협약을 체결했다고 4일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 서경대학교 재학생의 글로벌 역량 강화와 취업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 것으로, 12월 3일 서경대학교 유담관 세미나실에서 진행되었다. 협약식에는 이철민 서경대학교 산학협력단장과 하금수 YBM 한국TOEIC위원회 전무이사 등 양 기관 관계자가 참석했다.
협약에 따라 YBM 한국TOEIC위원회는 서경대 재학생들에게 TOEIC 및 TOEIC Speaking 정기시험 응시료 할인 혜택을 제공한다. 서경대학교는 편입학, 졸업 인증, 교환학생 선발 등 다양한 제도에서 토익 활용을 확대해 학생들의 프로그램 참여 기회를 넓힐 예정이다.
이철민 서경대학교 산학협력단장은 YBM의 콘텐츠와 영어교육 인프라를 통해 재학생의 진로·취업 경쟁력을 높이겠다고 밝히며, 응시료 할인 혜택 홍보도 적극 추진하겠다고 말했다.
하금수 YBM 한국TOEIC위원회 전무이사는 이번 협약을 통해 서경대 학생들의 어학 능력 향상과 글로벌 리더로의 성장을 지원하겠다고 언급했다.
YBM Korea TOEIC Committee Signs MOU with Seogyeong University
The Korea TOEIC Committee, a subsidiary of YBM, a domestic education and assessment expert group, announced on the 4th that it had signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with the Creative Industry-Academic Education Center of Seogyeong University.
This agreement, aimed at strengthening the global competencies and enhancing employment competitiveness of Seogyeong University students, took place on December 3rd in the seminar room of the university's Yudam Hall. The signing ceremony was attended by officials from both institutions, including Lee Cheol-min, Director of the University-Industry Cooperation Division at Seogyeong University, and Ha Geum-soo, Executive Director of the YBM Korea TOEIC Committee.
Under the agreement, the YBM Korea TOEIC Committee will provide discounts on the regular TOEIC and TOEIC Speaking exams to students enrolled at Seogyeong University. Seogyeong University plans to expand the use of TOEIC in various programs, including transfer admissions, graduation certification, and exchange student selection, thereby broadening opportunities for students to participate in programs.
Lee Cheol-min, head of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Group at Seogyeong University, stated that he would enhance the career and employment competitiveness of current students through YBM's content and English education infrastructure, and that he would also actively promote the application fee discount benefit.
Ha Geum-soo, Executive Director of the YBM Korea TOEIC Committee, stated that through this agreement, he would support the improvement of language skills of Seogyeong University students and their growth into global leaders.

Le comité TOEIC de YBM Korea signe un protocole d'entente avec l'université de Seogyeong
Le Comité coréen du TOEIC, filiale de YBM, un groupe d'experts national en éducation et évaluation, a annoncé le 4 avoir signé un accord de coopération entre l'industrie et le monde universitaire avec le Centre d'éducation créative et universitaire de l'Université de Seogyeong.
Cet accord, visant à renforcer les compétences internationales et à améliorer l'employabilité des étudiants de l'Université de Seogyeong, a été signé le 3 décembre dans la salle de séminaire du bâtiment Yudam de l'université. Des représentants des deux institutions ont assisté à la cérémonie, notamment Lee Cheol-min, directeur du département de coopération université-industrie de l'Université de Seogyeong, et Ha Geum-soo, directeur exécutif du comité TOEIC de YBM Korea.
Aux termes de cet accord, le comité TOEIC de YBM Korea accordera des réductions sur les examens TOEIC et TOEIC Speaking aux étudiants inscrits à l'Université de Seogyeong. Cette dernière prévoit d'étendre l'utilisation du TOEIC à divers programmes, notamment les admissions par transfert, la certification de diplôme et la sélection des étudiants en échange, offrant ainsi à un plus grand nombre d'étudiants la possibilité de participer à ces programmes.
Lee Cheol-min, responsable du groupe de coopération industrie-université de l'université de Seogyeong, a déclaré qu'il renforcerait la compétitivité professionnelle et l'employabilité des étudiants actuels grâce aux contenus et à l'infrastructure pédagogique en anglais de YBM, et qu'il promouvrait activement la réduction des frais d'inscription.
Ha Geum-soo, directeur exécutif du comité TOEIC de YBM Korea, a déclaré que grâce à cet accord, il soutiendrait l'amélioration des compétences linguistiques des étudiants de l'université de Seogyeong et leur développement en tant que leaders mondiaux.
