성평등가족부 산하 한국양성평등교육진흥원(원장 김삼화)은 대한여성치과의사회(회장 장소희)와 12월 4일 성평등 문화 및 폭력예방 의식 확산을 위한 상호 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 ▲성인지력 향상을 위한 교육 및 교류 협력 ▲여성인재 발굴 및 대표성 제고 ▲성평등 및 폭력예방 의식 확산을 위한 홍보 ▲기타 상호 업무지원 및 우호증진 등 다양한 협력 사업을 추진할 계획이다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 보유한 전문성과 자원을 연계해 치과의료 분야를 포함한 다양한 영역에서 성평등 인식을 확대하고, 성평등한 사회 환경 조성에 기여하는 데 목적이 있다.
김삼화 한국양성평등교육진흥원장은 “이번 협력을 계기로 의료 분야 여성 대표성 제고와 성평등 문화 확산에 긍정적인 효과가 있기를 기대하며, 앞으로도 다양한 전문 영역과의 협력체계 구축을 통해 우리 사회 전반에 성평등 문화를 확산할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

The Korea Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education signed a business agreement with the Korean Women Dentists Association.
The Korea Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education (Director Kim Sam-hwa) under the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korean Women Dentists Association (President Jang So-hee) on December 4 to promote gender equality culture and violence prevention awareness.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to pursue various cooperative projects, including ▲cooperation in education and exchange to improve gender awareness, ▲discovery of female talent and improvement of representation, ▲promotion to spread awareness of gender equality and violence prevention, and ▲other mutual business support and promotion of friendship.
This agreement aims to expand awareness of gender equality in various fields, including dentistry, by linking the expertise and resources of both organizations and to contribute to the creation of a gender-equal social environment.
Kim Sam-hwa, President of the Korea Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education, said, “We hope that this collaboration will have a positive effect on increasing the representation of women in the medical field and spreading a culture of gender equality. We will continue to work to spread a culture of gender equality throughout our society by establishing a cooperative system with various specialized fields.”

韓国養成平等教育振興院、大韓女性歯科医会と業務協約締結

L’Institut coréen pour la promotion et l’éducation à l’égalité des sexes a signé un accord commercial avec l’Association coréenne des femmes dentistes.
L'Institut coréen pour la promotion et l'éducation à l'égalité des sexes (directeur Kim Sam-hwa) sous l'égide du ministère de l'Égalité des sexes et de la Famille a annoncé avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec l'Association coréenne des femmes dentistes (présidente Jang So-hee) le 4 décembre afin de promouvoir la culture de l'égalité des sexes et la sensibilisation à la prévention de la violence.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de poursuivre divers projets de coopération, notamment : ▲la coopération en matière d'éducation et d'échanges pour améliorer la sensibilisation aux questions de genre, ▲la découverte des talents féminins et l'amélioration de leur représentation, ▲la promotion de la sensibilisation à l'égalité des sexes et à la prévention de la violence, et ▲d'autres formes de soutien commercial mutuel et de promotion de l'amitié.
Cet accord vise à sensibiliser davantage à l'égalité des sexes dans divers domaines, notamment la dentisterie, en associant l'expertise et les ressources des deux organisations et à contribuer à la création d'un environnement social égalitaire entre les sexes.
Kim Sam-hwa, présidente de l'Institut coréen pour la promotion et l'éducation à l'égalité des sexes, a déclaré : « Nous espérons que cette collaboration contribuera à accroître la représentation des femmes dans le domaine médical et à diffuser une culture de l'égalité des sexes. Nous poursuivrons nos efforts pour promouvoir cette culture dans toute la société en établissant un système de coopération avec divers secteurs spécialisés. »
