프롭테크 기반 종합 부동산관리 서비스 기업 에스앤아이코퍼레이션(대표 서현, 이하 에스앤아이)이 부동산 관리 업계 최초로 소방안전 AI 에이전트를 도입했다고 4일 밝혔다.

또한, 중대재해 예방이 기업의 핵심 과제로 부상하는 가운데, AI 에이전트 도입으로 근로자 보호와 안전규정 준수가 더욱 체계화됐다. 향후 기술 고도화를 통해 기계, 전기, 미화, 공사 등 부동산 관리의 전 영역으로 AI 에이전트 기술을 확대한다는 방침이다.
