국내 최대 핸드메이드 커머스 플랫폼 아이디어스(대표 김동환)가 지난 5일 서울 강남 플렌티 컨벤션에서 열린 ‘핸드메이드 어워드 2025’를 성황리에 종료했다고 밝혔다.
올해 9회째로 개최된 핸드메이드 어워드는 한 해 동안 수공예 산업 발전과 대중화를 이끈 아이디어스의 우수 및 신인 작가를 조명하고, 창의적인 작품 활동을 격려하는 자리다. 이날 행사에는 작가와 고객 등 300여 명이 참석했으며, 핸드메이드 작품 전시, 비즈니스 세션, 우수 작가 시상 등이 진행됐다.
이번 행사는 ‘함께라서 가능한 일’을 주제로 올해 아이디어스와 작가들이 함께 만든 성과가 공유됐다. 비즈니스·마케팅·개발 부문 실무진이 현장의 의견을 반영해 마련한 작가 성장 지원책을 소개하는 패널 토크가 열렸으며, 이어 김동환 대표가 무대에 올라 브랜드 지적재산권(IP) 컬래버레이션, 무형유산 전승자의 창작 활동 지원을 위한 국가유산청 업무협약 등 주요 프로젝트 진행 상황을 발표하고, 내년도 사업 계획을 밝혔다.
아이디어스는 디즈니, 산리오, 해태아이스, 오뚜기라면 등 다양한 브랜드와 협업을 통해 수공예 작가들에게 새로운 창작 기회를 제공하며 누적 156개의 신규 작품을 선보였다. 또한 아이디어스 자체 디플러스(d+) 멤버십 수익금을 활용한 무형유산 전승 활성화와 공예 산업 발전 지원금은 누적 10억원을 기록하고 있다.
우수 작가 시상식에는 대상, 최우수상, 컬래버 우수상, 별작가상 등 21개 부문에서 71명이 시상대에 올랐다. 수상 작가에게는 ▲상패 및 기념품 ▲서비스에 노출되는 특별 인증 배지 ▲수상작 온라인 기획전 등의 혜택이 제공된다.
올해 대상에는 ‘정인당’ 수제 디저트 작가가 선정됐다. 정인당 작가는 SNS를 중심으로 확산되고 있는 식품 트렌드를 빠르게 포착하고, 이를 자신만의 감각으로 재해석한 창의적인 작품을 꾸준히 선보여 장인정신, 독창성, 유일성 등의 평가 항목에서 높은 점수를 받았다. 시상에는 지난해 대상 수상자인 ‘아비엥또’ 작가가 시상자로 참석해 자리를 빛냈다.
대상을 수상한 정인당 작가는 “창작의 가치를 알아봐 주시는 고객님들 덕분에 오늘 큰 영광을 누리게 된 것 같다”라며, “앞으로도 좋은 작품으로 고객에게 즐거운 디저트 경험을 전할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 소감을 전했다.

Ideas (CEO Dong-Hwan Kim), Korea's largest handmade commerce platform, announced that it successfully concluded the 'Handmade Award 2025' held at the Plenty Convention in Gangnam, Seoul on the 5th.
The Handmade Awards, now in their ninth year, highlight outstanding and emerging artists from Ideas who have driven the development and popularization of the handicraft industry throughout the year, and encourage their creative work. The event, attended by approximately 300 artists and customers, featured an exhibition of handmade works, a business session, and an awards ceremony for outstanding artists.
Under the theme "What's Possible Because We're Together," the event shared the achievements of Ideas and artists this year. A panel discussion was held, where executives from the business, marketing, and development divisions introduced artist development support measures developed based on feedback from the field. CEO Kim Dong-hwan then took the stage to announce progress on key projects, including brand intellectual property (IP) collaborations and a business agreement with the National Heritage Administration to support the creative activities of intangible cultural heritage transmitters. He also unveiled plans for next year.
Ideas has collaborated with various brands, including Disney, Sanrio, Haitai Ice Cream, and Ottogi Ramen, providing new creative opportunities for craftspeople and presenting a cumulative 156 new works. Furthermore, Ideas' own d+ membership revenue has accumulated to KRW 1 billion to support the transmission of intangible cultural heritage and the development of the craft industry.
The Outstanding Writer Awards Ceremony saw 71 winners honored in 21 categories, including the Grand Prize, Excellence Award, Collaboration Excellence Award, and Star Writer Award. Winning writers will receive a plaque and souvenir, a special badge for service exposure, and access to an online exhibition of their winning works.
This year's Grand Prize winner was handcrafted dessert artist Jeong In-dang. Jeong In-dang quickly captured food trends spreading through social media and consistently presented creative works that reinterpreted them with her own unique sensibility. This earned her high marks in categories such as craftsmanship, originality, and uniqueness. Last year's Grand Prize winner, Avientto, graced the event by presenting the award.
Artist Jeong In-dang, who won the grand prize, said, “I feel like I am receiving this great honor today thanks to the customers who recognize the value of my creations,” and added, “I will continue to strive to provide customers with a pleasant dessert experience through my excellent works.”

今年9回目に開催されたハンドメイドアワードは、一年中手工芸産業の発展と大衆化を導いたアイデアの優秀および新人作家を照明し、創造的な作品活動を奨励する場だ。この日のイベントには作家や顧客など300人余りが参加し、ハンドメイド作品展示、ビジネスセッション、優秀作家授賞などが行われた。

今年の対象には「チョンインダン」手作りデザート作家が選ばれた。チョン・インダン作家はSNSを中心に拡散している食品トレンドを素早く捉え、これを自分だけの感覚で再解釈した創造的な作品を着実に披露し、職人技、独創性、唯一性などの評価項目で高い点数を受けた。授賞には昨年大賞受賞者の「アビエント」作家が授賞者として出席して席を輝かせた。
