기술연구형 대전팜 운영사 ㈜쉘파스페이스는 10일 양재 aT센터에서 열린 ‘제28회 농림축산식품 과학기술대상’에서 산업포장을 수상했다. 농림축산식품 과학기술대상은 농업 분야의 실용 기술 개발 및 확산을 통해 산업 발전에 기여한 연구자와 산업체를 발굴하고 격려하는 포상이다.
쉘파스페이스는 생육 단계별 최적 광원 제공 기술과 하이브리드 냉방 패키지 개발 등을 통해 에너지 절감형 스마트팜 모델을 구축한 공로를 인정받아 산업포장을 수상했다. 회사는 스마트농업의 기술적 완성도를 높이고 농업 현장의 에너지 비용 절감에 기여한 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다.
한편 테마형 대전팜(운영사 둥구나무㈜)은 대전광역시가 보건복지부의 2025년 노숙인 복지정책 부문 장관표창을 수상하는 데 기여했다. 대전팜은 올해 7월 대전노숙인종합지원센터, 한국자활복지개발원과 업무협약을 체결해 스마트팜 기반 작물 재배 및 관리 등 거리노숙인 자활사업을 추진하고 있으며, 지난 4월에는 사회적기업 인증을 취득했다.
박영철 대전시 녹지농생명국장은 “기후위기, 식량안보, 농촌 인구 감소 등 복합적 위기 속에서 대전형 스마트농업의 중요성이 강조되고 있다”라고 밝혔다. 또한 “대전팜이 스마트농업의 우수 모델로 자리매김하고 있는 만큼 향후 전국적인 확산을 위해 지속적으로 지원하겠다”라고 말했다.

Meanwhile, the themed Daejeon Farm (operated by Donggunamu Co., Ltd.) contributed to Daejeon Metropolitan City receiving the Minister's Award for Homeless Welfare Policy in 2025 from the Ministry of Health and Welfare. In July of this year, Daejeon Farm signed a business agreement with the Daejeon Homeless Comprehensive Support Center and the Korea Self-Reliance Welfare Development Institute to promote self-reliance projects for street homeless people, including smart farm-based crop cultivation and management. In April, the company also received social enterprise certification.
Park Young-cheol, Director of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Green Agriculture and Life Science Bureau, stated, "Amidst complex crises such as the climate crisis, food security, and rural population decline, the importance of Daejeon-style smart agriculture is being emphasized."
