재생에너지 플랫폼 기업 에이치에너지(대표 함일한)는 안성시와 협력해 민관 협력 RE100 이행 모델 구축을 본격화한다고 16일 밝혔다.
에이치에너지는 앞서 안성시와 체결한 산업단지 중심의 부산에너지 특화기업 기반 조성을 위한 업무협약에 따라, 관내 산업단지를 중심으로 태양광 발전 인프라를 확충하고 입주 기업에 한국전력공사 요금보다 저렴한 재생에너지를 공급하는 방안을 추진 중이다.
이번 사업은 안성시가 유휴부지 활용을 위한 행정력 지원과 공간 협력을 주도하고 에이치에너지가 기술과 자본을 투자해 지역의 에너지 문제를 해결하는 민관 협력 모델이다. 산업단지 입주 기업의 지붕 등 유휴 공간에서 생산된 전력을 인근 산단 기업이 사용하는 구조로, 에너지 효율화와 RE100 이행을 동시에 지원한다.
지난달 25일 열린 기업 설명회에는 전기요금 인상 등으로 경영 부담을 겪는 산업단지 입주 기업 관계자들이 참석해, 초기 설비 투자 없이 사업장 지붕을 활용해 전기요금을 절감할 수 있는 솔루션에 관심을 보였다.
에이치에너지가 운영하는 솔라쉐어바로는 B2B 태양광 전기 직구 플랫폼으로, 산업용 전기요금 대비 경쟁력 있는 단가로 태양광 전기를 공급한다. 기업 규모나 신용 등급, 지역과 관계없이 신청할 수 있으며, 에이치에너지가 설치부터 운영, 관리까지 전 과정을 담당한다. 또한 전국 4500여 개 태양광 발전소를 관제하는 솔라온케어를 통해 발전 효율 관리도 수행하고 있다.
에이치에너지 최인선 이사는 안성시와의 협력이 산업단지 입주 기업의 비용 절감과 RE100 이행을 동시에 지원하는 사례라며, 태양광 전기 직구 모델이 전력 소비가 많은 산업단지의 실질적인 대안이 될 수 있다고 밝혔다.
에이치에너지는 향후 공공기관 주차장 태양광 설치 의무화 추세에 맞춰, 안성시를 시작으로 지자체 및 산업단지 중심의 분산에너지 생태계 조성을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

At the corporate briefing held on the 25th of last month, representatives from companies located in industrial complexes that are experiencing management burdens due to rising electricity rates and other factors attended and showed interest in a solution that would allow them to reduce electricity costs by utilizing the roof of their workplaces without initial facility investment.
SolarShareBaro, operated by H Energy, is a B2B solar power direct purchase platform that supplies solar power at competitive rates compared to industrial electricity rates. Applications are open to companies regardless of size, credit rating, or region, and H Energy handles the entire process, from installation to operation and management. Furthermore, SolarOnCare, which monitors approximately 4,500 solar power plants nationwide, manages power generation efficiency.
H Energy CEO Choi In-seon said that the collaboration with Anseong City is an example of simultaneously supporting cost reduction and RE100 implementation for companies located in industrial complexes, and that the direct purchase model of solar power can be a practical alternative for industrial complexes with high electricity consumption.
In line with the trend of mandatory installation of solar power systems in public parking lots, H Energy plans to expand the creation of a distributed energy ecosystem centered on local governments and industrial complexes, starting with Anseong City.
