글래스돔은 22일 글로벌 IT 서비스 기업 FPT와 탄소 데이터 기반 디지털 전환(DX) 사업 고도화를 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협력은 올해 3월 설립된 글래스돔 유럽법인 주도로 진행됐으며, 유럽 제조기업들의 탄소 규제 대응 수요를 기반으로 공동 기술 및 사업 개발을 추진한다. 양사는 공동 시장 진출(Go-To-Market, GTM) 전략 수립, 기술 협력, 자동차·섬유·배터리·전자·철강 등 주요 제조업 고객 확대를 목표로 하고 있다.
글래스돔과 FPT는 SaaS 기반 실시간 탄소 데이터 관리 기술과 FPT의 DX 사업 노하우 및 글로벌 딜리버리 역량을 결합해 통합 DX 지원 체계를 구축한다. FPT는 2008년 유럽 진출 이후 이온(E.ON), RWE, 쉐플러(Schaeffler), 코베스트로(Covestro) 등 150여 개 기업의 DX 프로젝트를 수행했으며, 현재 유럽 9개국에서 사업을 전개하고 있다.
양사가 구축할 통합 DX 솔루션은 대규모 IT 인프라 없이도 생산 데이터 통합 관리, 탄소국경조정제도(CBAM), 디지털제품여권(DPP) 등 글로벌 규제 대응을 자동화한다. 또한 제조 환경별 데이터 중앙화, 탄소배출량 모니터링, 지속가능성 기준 준수 디지털 워크플로우 구축을 지원한다.
즈엉 쩐 FPT 유럽법인 CEO는 “FPT는 AI-퍼스트 전략을 기반으로 제조업 변화에 기여하고 있다”며 “글래스돔 기술과 FPT DX 경험을 결합해 생산 가시성을 높이고 지속가능경영 전환 속도를 가속화할 것”이라고 말했다.

Glassdom Signs MOU with FPT
Glassdom announced on the 22nd that it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with global IT service company FPT to advance its carbon data-based digital transformation (DX) business.
This collaboration, spearheaded by Glassdom Europe, established in March of this year, aims to develop joint technologies and businesses based on the needs of European manufacturers to address carbon regulations. The two companies aim to establish a joint go-to-market (GTM) strategy, collaborate on technology, and expand their customer base in key manufacturing sectors, including automotive, textile, battery, electronics, and steel.
Glassdom and FPT will build an integrated DX support system by combining SaaS-based real-time carbon data management technology with FPT's DX business expertise and global delivery capabilities. Since entering the European market in 2008, FPT has implemented DX projects for over 150 companies, including E.ON, RWE, Schaeffler, and Covestro, and currently operates in nine European countries.
The integrated DX solution to be developed by the two companies automates the integrated management of production data, compliance with global regulations such as the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and Digital Product Passport (DPP), without the need for large-scale IT infrastructure. It also supports centralizing data across manufacturing environments, monitoring carbon emissions, and establishing digital workflows that comply with sustainability standards.
“FPT is contributing to the transformation of manufacturing based on its AI-first strategy,” said Duong Tran, CEO of FPT Europe. “By combining GlassDome technology with the FPT DX experience, we will increase production visibility and accelerate the transition to sustainable management.”

Glassdom a annoncé le 22 avoir signé un protocole d'accord stratégique avec la société mondiale de services informatiques FPT pour faire progresser son activité de transformation numérique (DX) basée sur les données carbone.
Cette collaboration, initiée par Glassdom Europe et lancée en mars dernier, vise à développer des technologies et des activités communes répondant aux besoins des industriels européens en matière de réglementation carbone. Les deux entreprises ambitionnent d'établir une stratégie de commercialisation conjointe, de collaborer sur les technologies et d'élargir leur clientèle dans des secteurs industriels clés tels que l'automobile, le textile, les batteries, l'électronique et la sidérurgie.
Glassdom et FPT vont créer un système intégré de support à la transformation numérique en combinant une technologie de gestion des données carbone en temps réel basée sur le SaaS avec l'expertise de FPT en matière de transformation numérique et ses capacités de déploiement à l'échelle mondiale. Depuis son arrivée sur le marché européen en 2008, FPT a mis en œuvre des projets de transformation numérique pour plus de 150 entreprises, dont E.ON, RWE, Schaeffler et Covestro, et est actuellement présente dans neuf pays européens.
