한국공공ESG연구원은 공공기관 K-ESG 전문 평가기관으로서 공기업, 준정부기관, 기타공공기관, 지방공기업을 대상으로 하는 제3회 한국공공ESG경영대상 시상식을 2025년 12월 30일 서울 여의도 국회의원회관 제2소회의실에서 개최한다고 밝혔다. 이번 시상식은 이소영 국회의원실이 주관하고 국민연금공단이 후원한다.
이번 행사는 2025년 공공기관의 ESG 경영 수준을 객관적으로 진단하고 우수 사례를 확산하기 위해 마련됐다. 시상식에서는 공공기관 경영평가와 자문을 수행해 온 한국공공ESG연구원의 교수 및 연구진이 ESG 성과관리와 경영평가 지표를 중심으로 강연을 진행하며, ESG 경영을 선도한 공공기관에 대한 시상도 함께 이뤄진다.
행사는 오전과 오후로 나뉘어 진행된다. 오전 10시에 시작되는 1부 K-ESG 이행평가 부문에서는 산업통상부 K-ESG 가이드라인을 기반으로, 공공기관 지배구조, 정부정책, 경영평가, 외부평가 지표를 반영해 수정·개편한 66개 항목을 적용한 종합 평가 결과를 바탕으로 우수 기관을 선정해 시상한다.
오후 2시에 진행되는 2부 ESG경영보고서 부문은 올해 신설된 분야로, 지속가능경영보고서를 통해 ESG 성과를 투명하게 공개하고 관리 체계를 고도화한 기관을 대상으로 한다. 연구원은 다양한 유형의 공공기관을 대상으로 정밀 진단을 실시해 K-ESG 이행 수준과 보고서 품질이 우수한 기관을 최종 선정했다고 밝혔다. 평가의 투명성을 위해 관련 지표와 평가 기준은 연구원 홈페이지에 공개돼 있다.
한국공공ESG연구원은 이번 시상식을 계기로 공공부문의 ESG 경영 내재화와 정보 공개의 신뢰성을 제고하고, 향후에도 지속적인 K-ESG 이행평가와 환류를 통해 공공기관의 ESG 경쟁력 강화를 지원할 계획이다.

The Korea Public ESG Research Institute, a specialized K-ESG evaluation agency for public institutions, announced that it will hold the 3rd Korea Public ESG Management Awards Ceremony, targeting public corporations, quasi-governmental organizations, other public institutions, and local public enterprises, on December 30, 2025, in Conference Room 2 of the National Assembly Members' Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. The event will be hosted by the office of Representative Lee So-young and sponsored by the National Pension Service.
This event was designed to objectively assess the ESG management standards of public institutions by 2025 and disseminate best practices. At the awards ceremony, professors and researchers from the Korea Public ESG Research Institute, who have been conducting management evaluations and consulting for public institutions, will deliver lectures focusing on ESG performance management and management evaluation indicators. Awards will also be presented to public institutions that have led the way in ESG management.
The event will be divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Part 1, the K-ESG Implementation Evaluation, begins at 10:00 AM. Based on the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's K-ESG Guidelines, the awards will be presented to outstanding institutions based on a comprehensive evaluation of 66 criteria, revised and revised to reflect public institution governance, government policies, management evaluations, and external evaluation indicators.
The second part, ESG Management Report, scheduled for 2:00 PM, is a new category established this year and targets institutions that transparently disclose their ESG performance through sustainability reports and have developed advanced management systems. 今回の行事は2025年、公共機関のESG経営水準を客観的に診断し、優秀事例を拡散するために設けられた。授賞式では、公共機関経営評価と諮問を行ってきた韓国公共ESG研究員の教授および研究陣がESG成果管理と経営評価指標を中心に講演を行い、ESG経営を先導した公共機関に対する授賞も一緒に行われる。
イベントは午前と午後に分かれて行われます。午前10時に始まる1部K-ESG履行評価部門では、産業通商部K-ESGガイドラインを基に、公共機関支配構造、政府政策、経営評価、外部評価指標を反映し、修正・改編した66項目を適用した総合評価結果をもとに優秀機関を選定して授賞する。
午後2時に行われる2部ESG経営報告書部門は今年新設された分野で、持続可能な経営報告書を通じてESG成果を透明に公開し、管理体系を高度化した機関を対象とする。研究者は、多様なタイプの公共機関を対象に精密診断を実施し、K-ESG履行レベルとレポート品質に優れた機関を最終選定したと明らかにした。評価の透明性のために関連指標と評価基準は研究員のホームページに公開されている。
韓国公共ESG研究院は今回の授賞式をきっかけに公共部門のESG経営内在化と情報公開の信頼性を高め、今後も継続的なK-ESG履行評価と還流を通じて公共機関のESG競争力強化を支援する計画だ。

L'Institut coréen de recherche sur l'ESG publique, organisme spécialisé dans l'évaluation des critères ESG pour les institutions publiques, a annoncé la tenue de la 3e cérémonie des Prix coréens de gestion ESG du secteur public, le 30 décembre 2025, dans la salle de conférence n° 2 du Palais des députés de l'Assemblée nationale à Yeouido, Séoul. Cet événement, destiné aux entreprises publiques, aux organismes parapublics, aux autres institutions publiques et aux entreprises publiques locales, sera organisé par le bureau de la députée Lee So-young et parrainé par le Service national des pensions.
Cet événement visait à évaluer objectivement les normes de gestion ESG des institutions publiques d'ici 2025 et à diffuser les meilleures pratiques. Lors de la cérémonie de remise des prix, des professeurs et des chercheurs de l'Institut coréen de recherche sur l'ESG dans le secteur public, qui réalisent des évaluations de gestion et des missions de conseil auprès d'institutions publiques, donneront des conférences sur la gestion de la performance ESG et les indicateurs d'évaluation. Des prix seront également décernés aux institutions publiques qui se sont distinguées par leur excellence en matière de gestion ESG.
L'événement sera divisé en deux sessions, matin et après-midi. La première partie, l'évaluation de la mise en œuvre du K-ESG, débutera à 10h00. Conformément aux directives K-ESG du ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie, les prix seront décernés aux institutions les plus performantes sur la base d'une évaluation complète portant sur 66 critères, régulièrement mis à jour afin de refléter la gouvernance des institutions publiques, les politiques gouvernementales, les évaluations de gestion et les indicateurs d'évaluation externes.
La deuxième partie, le Rapport sur la gestion ESG, prévue à 14h00, est une nouvelle catégorie créée cette année. Elle s'adresse aux institutions qui communiquent de manière transparente sur leurs performances ESG par le biais de rapports de développement durable et qui ont mis en place des systèmes de gestion avancés. L'institut a annoncé avoir mené une évaluation détaillée de différents types d'institutions publiques et avoir sélectionné celles qui présentent une excellente mise en œuvre et un reporting de qualité en matière de K-ESG. Afin de garantir la transparence, les indicateurs et critères d'évaluation sont publiés sur le site web de l'institut.
L'Institut coréen de recherche sur l'ESG publique prévoit d'utiliser cette cérémonie de remise de prix comme une opportunité pour internaliser la gestion ESG dans le secteur public et améliorer la fiabilité de la divulgation d'informations, et pour soutenir le renforcement de la compétitivité ESG des institutions publiques grâce à une évaluation et un retour d'information continus sur la mise en œuvre du K-ESG.
