기술보증기금(이사장 김종호)은 24일 인천시청에서 인천광역시, 인천테크노파크, 인천지식재산센터 등 인천지역 11개 기관과 ‘중소기업 기술전환 혁신플랫폼 구축 및 지원을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 기술 중심 산업환경 변화에 대응해 인천지역 중소기업이 미래 핵심기술을 신속히 도입하고 기술혁신형 기업으로 전환할 수 있도록 맞춤형 지원체계를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 각 기관은 기술이전 수요기업을 공동 발굴하고, 기보는 기술거래 플랫폼 ‘스마트 테크브릿지’를 통해 기술이전, M&A, 기술보증, 투자 연계 등 금융·비금융 종합지원을 제공한다. 인천TP와 인천RIPC는 실증 지원과 지식재산 컨설팅 등 비금융 지원을 담당하며, 인천시는 펀드 출자사업을 통해 전략·특화산업 분야 유망 중소기업에 대한 투자를 확대한다.
이번 협약을 통해 구축되는 ‘기술전환 혁신플랫폼’은 기술도입부터 실증, 사업화 자금, 투자유치까지 단계별 맞춤형 지원체계를 제공해 기술도입 비용 완화와 사업화 성공률 제고에 기여할 전망이다.
박주선 기보 전무이사는 “이번 협약은 인천지역 중소기업의 혁신성장을 촉진하기 위한 지역밀착형 협력모델”이라며 “앞으로도 유관기관과 협력을 강화해 중소기업의 혁신역량을 높이고 지속가능한 산업 생태계 조성에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho) announced on the 24th that it signed a 'Business Agreement for the Establishment and Support of a Technology Transformation Innovation Platform for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' with 11 organizations in the Incheon area, including Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Techno Park, and Incheon Intellectual Property Center, at Incheon City Hall.
This agreement was established to establish a customized support system to enable Incheon-area small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to quickly adopt future core technologies and transform into technology-innovative enterprises in response to changes in the technology-centric industrial environment.
Under the agreement, each organization will jointly identify companies in need of technology transfer, and KIBO will provide comprehensive financial and non-financial support, including technology transfer, M&A, technology guarantees, and investment linkages, through its technology transaction platform, "Smart Tech Bridge." Incheon Technology Partnership and Incheon RIPC will provide non-financial support, including demonstration support and intellectual property consulting, while Incheon City will expand investment in promising SMEs in strategic and specialized industries through fund investment projects.
The "Technology Transformation Innovation Platform" established through this agreement is expected to contribute to reducing technology adoption costs and increasing the success rate of commercialization by providing a customized support system for each stage, from technology introduction to verification, commercialization funding, and investment attraction.
Park Joo-sun, Executive Director of Kibo, said, “This agreement is a regional cooperation model to promote the innovative growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Incheon area,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen cooperation with related organizations to enhance the innovative capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises and take the lead in creating a sustainable industrial ecosystem.”

今回の条約は、技術中心の産業環境の変化に対応し、仁川地域の中小企業が未来の核心技術を迅速に導入し、技術革新型企業に転換できるようにカスタマイズされた支援体系を構築するために設けられた。
条約に基づき、各機関は技術移転需要企業を共同発掘し、記事は技術取引プラットフォーム「スマートテックブリッジ」を通じて技術移転、M&A、技術保証、投資連携など金融・非金融総合支援を提供する。仁川TPと仁川RIPCは実証支援や知識財産コンサルティングなど非金融支援を担当し、仁川市はファンド出資事業を通じて戦略・特化産業分野の有望中小企業への投資を拡大する。
今回の条約を通じて構築される「技術転換革新プラットフォーム」は、技術導入から実証、事業化資金、投資誘致まで段階的にカスタマイズされた支援体系を提供し、技術導入コストの緩和と事業化の成功率の向上に寄与する見通しだ。
パク・ジュソン棋保専務理事は「今回の条約は仁川地域の中小企業の革新成長を促進するための地域密着型協力モデル」とし「今後も関連機関と協力を強化し、中小企業の革新力を高め、持続可能な産業生態系の造成に取り組む」と明らかにした。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho) a annoncé le 24 avoir signé un « accord commercial pour la création et le soutien d'une plateforme d'innovation pour la transformation technologique des petites et moyennes entreprises » avec 11 organisations de la région d'Incheon, dont la ville métropolitaine d'Incheon, le parc technologique d'Incheon et le centre de propriété intellectuelle d'Incheon, à l'hôtel de ville d'Incheon.
Cet accord a été établi pour mettre en place un système de soutien personnalisé permettant aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) de la région d'Incheon d'adopter rapidement les technologies de base futures et de se transformer en entreprises innovantes sur le plan technologique en réponse aux changements de l'environnement industriel axé sur la technologie.
Aux termes de cet accord, chaque organisation identifiera conjointement les entreprises ayant besoin de transferts de technologie, et KIBO fournira un soutien financier et non financier complet, incluant le transfert de technologie, les fusions-acquisitions, les garanties technologiques et la mise en relation avec des investisseurs, via sa plateforme de transactions technologiques « Smart Tech Bridge ». Incheon Technology Partnership et Incheon RIPC apporteront un soutien non financier, notamment un accompagnement à la démonstration et des conseils en matière de propriété intellectuelle, tandis que la ville d'Incheon développera ses investissements dans les PME prometteuses des secteurs stratégiques et spécialisés par le biais de projets d'investissement de fonds.
La « Plateforme d'innovation pour la transformation technologique » mise en place dans le cadre de cet accord devrait contribuer à réduire les coûts d'adoption des technologies et à augmenter le taux de réussite de leur commercialisation en fournissant un système de soutien personnalisé pour chaque étape, de l'introduction de la technologie à sa vérification, en passant par le financement de sa commercialisation et l'attraction des investissements.
Park Joo-sun, directeur exécutif de Kibo, a déclaré : « Cet accord constitue un modèle de coopération régionale visant à promouvoir la croissance innovante des petites et moyennes entreprises de la région d'Incheon », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à renforcer notre coopération avec les organisations concernées afin d'améliorer les capacités d'innovation des petites et moyennes entreprises et de jouer un rôle moteur dans la création d'un écosystème industriel durable. »
