서진 AI 로봇 파운드리는 반도체 산업의 파운드리 모델을 로봇 제조 분야에 적용한 사업 모델이다. 서진시스템은 미국, 유럽, 베트남, 한국 등에 구축된 글로벌 제조 인프라와 수직계열화된 생산 역량을 바탕으로 로봇 제조와 양산을 담당하며, 케이엔알시스템을 포함한 기술 파트너사는 핵심 부품 기술 개발과 설계, 엔지니어링에 집중하는 역할을 수행한다.
