통합 IT 보안 전문기업 SGA솔루션즈는 자회사 액시스인베스트먼트와 IBK벤처투자가 공동 대표집행사로 참여한 투자조합을 통해 금융 IT 운영 전문기업 크레온유니티를 인수한다고 29일 공시했다.
이번 인수는 보안 중심이었던 SGA솔루션즈의 기존 사업 포트폴리오에 안정적인 매출과 현금 창출력을 갖춘 사업을 편입했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 크레온유니티의 유지보수 중심 매출 구조가 실적에 반영되면서, 그룹의 외형 성장과 실적 안정성이 동시에 강화될 것으로 전망된다.
거래에는 IBK금융그룹 계열 벤처캐피탈인 IBK벤처투자가 참여해 투자 구조 설계부터 인수 실행, 사후 기업가치 제고 전략까지 전 과정을 공동으로 수행했다. 이를 통해 인수 이후 통합과 성장 전략의 실행력도 높아질 것으로 회사 측은 기대하고 있다.
SGA솔루션즈는 전략적 투자자로서 보안 사업을 통해 축적한 금융·공공 부문 고객 네트워크와 프로젝트 수행 경험을 크레온유니티의 IT 운영 역량과 결합해 매출 성장 기반을 구축할 계획이다.
크레온유니티는 약 30년간 금융권 IT 기기 유통과 통합 유지보수 사업을 수행해 온 기업으로, 국내 금융 IT 운영 시장에서 점유율 1위를 유지하고 있다. 지난해에는 매출 925억 원, 영업이익 27억 원, 순이익 30억 원을 기록했다.
SGA솔루션즈는 인수 이후 그룹 내 캡티브 매출 전환, 프로젝트 연계 확대, 신규 시장 진출을 중심으로 한 성장 전략을 추진한다. 보안 솔루션 고객을 기반으로 설치·유지보수 수요를 연계하고, 그룹 프로젝트 수행 과정에서 발생하는 하드웨어 공급 수요까지 흡수해 매출 규모를 확대할 방침이다.
또한 교육과 공공 부문에서 확보한 영업 채널을 활용해 크레온유니티의 사업 영역을 금융권 외 산업으로 확장하고, 보안 고객 기반의 IT 운영 수요를 결합해 신규 매출 창출을 추진할 계획이다.

SGA Solutions , an integrated IT security specialist, announced on the 29th that it will acquire Creon Unity, a financial IT operation specialist, through an investment association in which its subsidiaries Axis Investment and IBK Venture Investment participated as joint representative managers.
This acquisition is significant because it adds a business with stable revenue and cash flow to SGA Solutions' existing security-focused business portfolio. IBK Venture Investment, a venture capital firm affiliated with IBK Financial Group, participated in the transaction and jointly managed the entire process, from designing the investment structure to executing the acquisition and implementing post-acquisition corporate value enhancement strategies. The company expects this will enhance the execution of its post-acquisition integration and growth strategies.
As a strategic investor, SGA Solutions plans to build a foundation for revenue growth by combining its network of financial and public sector customers and project execution experience accumulated through its security business with Creon Unity's IT operations capabilities.
Creon Unity has been distributing and maintaining IT devices for the financial sector for approximately 30 years, maintaining the leading market share in the domestic financial IT operations market. Last year, it recorded sales of KRW 92.5 billion, operating profit of KRW 2.7 billion, and net profit of KRW 3 billion.
Following the acquisition, SGA Solutions will pursue a growth strategy focused on converting captive sales within the group, expanding project integration, and entering new markets. The company plans to expand its revenue by leveraging its security solution customer base to meet installation and maintenance needs, and by absorbing hardware supply demand arising from group project execution.
Additionally, CreonUnity plans to leverage its established sales channels in the education and public sectors to expand its business beyond the financial sector and generate new revenue by combining it with the IT operational needs of its security customer base.
Choi Young-cheol, CEO of SGA Solutions, stated that through this acquisition, the group's profit base has been strengthened and a sustainable growth engine has been secured, and that he will enhance execution capabilities to produce tangible results.

Creon Unity distribue et assure la maintenance d'équipements informatiques pour le secteur financier depuis une trentaine d'années, et détient la première place sur le marché coréen des opérations informatiques financières. L'an dernier, son chiffre d'affaires s'est élevé à 92,5 milliards de wons, son résultat d'exploitation à 2,7 milliards de wons et son bénéfice net à 3 milliards de wons.
Suite à cette acquisition, SGA Solutions mettra en œuvre une stratégie de croissance axée sur la conversion des ventes captives au sein du groupe, le développement de l'intégration des projets et la conquête de nouveaux marchés. L'entreprise prévoit d'accroître son chiffre d'affaires en s'appuyant sur sa clientèle de solutions de sécurité pour répondre aux besoins d'installation et de maintenance, et en absorbant la demande en matériel informatique liée à l'exécution des projets du groupe.
De plus, CreonUnity prévoit de tirer parti de ses canaux de vente établis dans les secteurs de l'éducation et public pour étendre ses activités au-delà du secteur financier et générer de nouveaux revenus en les combinant aux besoins opérationnels informatiques de sa clientèle en matière de sécurité.
Choi Young-cheol, PDG de SGA Solutions, a déclaré que grâce à cette acquisition, la base de profit du groupe a été renforcée et un moteur de croissance durable a été assuré, et qu'il renforcera les capacités d'exécution pour produire des résultats tangibles.
