아이티아이즈 헬스케어 사업본부 장형종 이사가 2025년 ICT 기반 의료정책 유공자로 선정돼 보건복지부 장관 표창을 받았다고 밝혔다.
보건복지부는 의료취약지 의료지원, 진료정보교류, 휴·폐업 의료기관 진료기록 보관, 의료데이터 구축과 활용 등 ICT 기반 의료정책 활성화에 기여한 인사를 대상으로 매년 장관 표창을 수여하고 있다.
장형종 이사는 휴·폐업 의료기관 진료기록 보관 시스템의 구축과 안정적인 운영에 기여한 공로를 인정받았다. 해당 프로젝트의 PM으로서 업무 체계를 정립하고, 2025년 7월 시스템 그랜드 오픈과 함께 지속 가능한 운영 환경을 마련하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 수행했다.
또한 2025년 9월 국가정보자원관리원 화재로 다수의 시스템이 소실된 위기 상황에서도 신속한 대응과 복구 관리를 총괄해 의료정보 공백을 최소화했다. 이를 통해 소실된 진료기록보관시스템의 복구를 완료하고, 휴·폐업 의료기관 진료기록이 중단 없이 관리·보존될 수 있도록 지원했다. 해당 성과는 의료정보의 공공성과 안정성을 동시에 확보한 사례로 평가되고 있다.
장 이사는 휴·폐업 의료기관 진료기록은 국민의 건강권과 직결된 중요한 공공 자산이라며, 앞으로도 현장 중심의 책임 있는 운영을 통해 의료정보가 안전하게 관리되고 활용될 수 있도록 노력하겠다고 밝혔다.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare annually awards the Minister's Award to individuals who have contributed to the revitalization of ICT-based medical policies, including medical support for medically underserved areas, exchange of medical information, preservation of medical records at closed or closed medical institutions, and establishment and utilization of medical data.

Director Jang stated that medical records from closed or suspended medical institutions are important public assets directly related to the public's right to health, and that he will continue to strive to ensure that medical information is safely managed and utilized through responsible, field-oriented operations.
Meanwhile, ITIs is recognized as a company that has consistently supported public healthcare policies in the medical ICT sector. チャン・ヒョンジョン理事は休・閉業医療機関診療記録保管システムの構築と安定した運営に寄与した功労を認められた。同プロジェクトのPMとして業務体系を確立し、2025年7月にシステムグランドオープンとともに持続可能な運用環境を構築する上で重要な役割を果たした。
また、2025年9月、国家情報資源管理院火災で多数のシステムが消失した危機状況でも、迅速な対応と復旧管理を総括して医療情報の空白を最小化した。これにより消失した診療記録保管システムの復旧を完了し、休・閉業医療機関診療記録が中断なく管理・保存できるように支援した。当該成果は、医療情報の公共性と安定性を同時に確保した事例で評価されている。
チャン理事は、休・廃業医療機関の診療記録は国民の健康権と直結した重要な公共資産だとし、今後も現場中心の責任ある運営を通じて医療情報が安全に管理され活用できるように努力すると明らかにした。
一方、ハイチアイズは医療ICT分野で公共医療政策を安定的に支援してきた企業と評価されている。会社は健康情報報告速度で、診療情報交流システムなど公共医療ICT分野で蓄積した経験をもとに、信頼度と競争力を持続的に強化していく計画だ。

张主任表示，已关闭或暂停运营的医疗机构的医疗记录是重要的公共资产，直接关系到公众的健康权，他将继续努力通过负责任的、以现场为导向的操作，确保医疗信息得到安全管理和利用。

Ces efforts ont permis de restaurer le système d'archivage des dossiers médicaux et d'assurer la gestion et la conservation continues des dossiers des établissements de santé fermés ou ayant cessé leurs activités. Cette réussite est reconnue comme un exemple de réussite en matière de protection simultanée du public et de la sécurité des informations médicales.
