재단법인 강원창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 이해정, 이하 강원혁신센터)가 모태펀드 2025년 강원 전략산업 벤처펀드 출자사업에서 지역기업 첫걸음 분야 운용사(GP)로 최종 선정되었다고 31일 밝혔다.
이번 선정으로 강원혁신센터는 중소벤처기업부 모태펀드로부터 29억 원을 출자받아 내년 1월 37.8억 원 규모의 자펀드를 결성하고 본격적인 투자 활동을 시작할 예정이다.
특히 이번 펀드는 초기 창업기업을 위한 조건부지분인수계약(SAFE) 방식으로 운용되며, 기업가치 산정 부담 없이 신속하고 유연한 투자 집행이 가능하다.
주요 투자 대상은 바이오·헬스, 반도체, 푸드테크, 기후테크, 미래차 등 강원 7대 미래산업 분야 창업기업이며, 지역 균형 발전을 위해 태백, 강릉 등 특정 지역에 대한 의무 투자 조항도 포함되어 도내 전역의 창업 생태계 활성화를 목표로 하고 있다.
강원혁신센터는 지난 수년간 강원권 전략산업 중심 창업기업에 초기 투자를 지속해왔으며, 올해 중소벤처기업부 창업-BuS(Build up Strategy for Startups) 프로그램 운영기관으로 선정되어 유망 창업기업을 상시 발굴·육성하고, 강원 미래산업 분야 원천기술 보유 딥테크 창업기업 11개사에 집중 투자했다.
이해정 강원혁신센터 대표이사는 “이번 펀드는 자금 조달에 어려움을 겪는 도내 초기 기업들에게 실질적인 지원을 제공하는 ‘브릿지’ 역할을 할 것”이라며 “센터의 보육 인프라와 결합해 투자받은 기업들이 지역을 대표하는 유니콘 기업으로 성장할 수 있도록 밀착 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Gangwon Innovation Center Selected as Operator of Gangwon Strategic Industry Venture Fund
The Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Hae-jeong, hereinafter referred to as the Gangwon Innovation Center) announced on the 31st that it was finally selected as the operator (GP) for the first step of local enterprises in the 2025 Gangwon Strategic Industry Venture Fund investment project.
With this selection, Gangwon Innovation Center will receive 2.9 billion won in investment from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' mother fund, establish a 3.78 billion won fund in January next year, and begin full-scale investment activities.
In particular, this fund is operated through a Secured Equity Equity Agreement (SAFE) for early-stage startups, enabling rapid and flexible investment execution without the burden of calculating corporate value.
The main investment targets are startups in Gangwon's seven future industries, including bio and health, semiconductors, food tech, climate tech, and future cars. To ensure balanced regional development, the plan also includes mandatory investment provisions for specific regions, such as Taebaek and Gangneung, with the goal of revitalizing the startup ecosystem across the province.
Gangwon Innovation Center has been making initial investments in strategic industry-focused startups in Gangwon Province for the past several years, and this year, it was selected as an operating organization for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Startup-BuS (Build up Strategy for Startups) program, continuously discovering and nurturing promising startups, and has made concentrated investments in 11 deep-tech startups possessing original technologies in Gangwon's future industries.
“This fund will serve as a bridge to provide practical support to startups in the province that are having difficulties securing funding,” said Lee Hae-jeong, CEO of the Gangwon Innovation Center. “Combined with the center’s incubation infrastructure, we will closely support the companies that have received investment so that they can grow into unicorn companies representing the region.”

財団法人江原創造経済革新センター（代表取締役イ・ヘジョン、以下江原革新センター）がモテファンド2025年江原戦略産業ベンチャーファンド出資事業で地域企業第一歩分野運用会社（GP）に最終選定されたと31日明らかにした。
今回の選定で江原革新センターは、中小ベンチャー企業部のモテファンドから29億ウォンを出資され、来年1月に37.8億ウォン規模のジャファンドを結成し、本格的な投資活動を開始する予定だ。
特に今回のファンドは初期創業企業のための条件付持分引受契約（SAFE）方式で運用され、企業価値の算定負担なく迅速かつ柔軟な投資執行が可能だ。
主要投資対象はバイオ・ヘルス、半導体、フードテック、気候テク、未来車など江原7大未来産業分野の創業企業であり、地域バランス発展のために太白、江陵など特定地域に対する義務投資条項も含まれ、都内全域の創業生態系活性化を目指している。
江原革新センターはここ数年間、江原圏戦略産業中心の創業企業に初期投資を続けてきた。
イ・ジョンジョン江原革新センター代表理事は「今回のファンドは資金調達に困難を経験する都内初期企業に実質的な支援を提供する「ブリッジ」の役割を果たすだろう」とし「センターの保育インフラと結合して投資を受けた企業が地域を代表するユニコーン企業に成長できるよう密着支援した」と語った。

江原道创意经济创新中心（CEO 李海正，以下简称江原道创新中心）于 31 日宣布，该中心最终被选为 2025 年江原道战略产业风险投资基金投资项目第一阶段地方企业的运营方（GP）。

Le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon sélectionné comme opérateur du Fonds de capital-risque industriel stratégique de Gangwon
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Gangwon (PDG Lee Hae-jeong, ci-après dénommé le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon) a annoncé le 31 qu'il avait finalement été sélectionné comme opérateur (GP) pour la première étape des entreprises locales dans le cadre du projet d'investissement du Fonds de capital-risque de l'industrie stratégique de Gangwon 2025.
Grâce à cette sélection, le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon recevra un investissement de 2,9 milliards de wons du fonds principal du ministère des PME et des Startups, établira un fonds de 3,78 milliards de wons en janvier prochain et lancera des activités d'investissement à grande échelle.
Ce fonds est notamment géré par le biais d'un accord de fonds propres sécurisés (SAFE) destiné aux jeunes entreprises, permettant une exécution rapide et flexible des investissements sans avoir à calculer la valeur de l'entreprise.
Les principaux secteurs d'investissement ciblés sont les jeunes entreprises opérant dans les sept industries d'avenir de Gangwon : les biotechnologies et la santé, les semi-conducteurs, l'agroalimentaire, les technologies climatiques et les véhicules du futur. Afin de garantir un développement régional équilibré, le plan prévoit également des investissements obligatoires pour certaines régions, comme Taebaek et Gangneung, dans le but de dynamiser l'écosystème des jeunes entreprises à l'échelle de la province.
Le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon réalise depuis plusieurs années des investissements initiaux dans des startups stratégiques axées sur l'industrie dans la province de Gangwon, et cette année, il a été sélectionné comme organisation opérationnelle pour le programme Startup-BuS (Build up Strategy for Startups) du ministère des PME et des Startups, découvrant et soutenant continuellement des startups prometteuses, et a réalisé des investissements concentrés dans 11 startups deep-tech possédant des technologies originales dans les industries futures de Gangwon.
« Ce fonds servira de tremplin pour apporter un soutien concret aux jeunes entreprises de la province qui peinent à obtenir des financements », a déclaré Lee Hae-jeong, PDG du Centre d'innovation de Gangwon. « Grâce à l'infrastructure d'incubation du centre, nous accompagnerons étroitement les entreprises ayant bénéficié d'investissements afin qu'elles puissent devenir des licornes, fleurons de la région. »
