기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 기보)은 2일 부산 본사에서 2026년 시무식을 열고 새로운 비전인 ‘혁신기업과 함께 대한민국의 미래를 여는 글로벌 기술금융 허브’를 공식 선포했다.
이번 비전은 새 정부 국정과제를 충실히 이행하고, 글로벌 환경 변화 속에서 성장 전략을 선도하겠다는 의지를 반영한 것이다. 기보는 핵심가치로 도전과 혁신, 성장과 미래, 신뢰와 상생을 제시하고 전 임직원이 공유하며 실천하기로 했다.
기보는 지난해 당초 계획보다 약 2조 9000억 원 증가한 31조 8000억 원 규모의 보증을 공급하며 수출기업과 첨단기술기업의 위기 극복과 혁신 성장을 지원했다. 창업기업과 지방기업 등 민간투자 사각지대에 대한 보증연계투자를 확대하며 벤처투자시장 활성화에도 기여했다.
2026년에는 기술력과 혁신성을 갖춘 중소벤처기업에 대한 전주기 맞춤형 지원을 강화하고, 국내외를 아우르는 개방형 혁신 생태계를 조성해 글로벌 기술금융 중심으로 도약한다는 방침이다.
김종호 이사장은 신년사에서 글로벌 기술패권 경쟁 대응, 미래전략산업 및 첨단기술기업 지원 확대, 기술거래·보호 및 M&A 활성화, AI 기반 업무·서비스 혁신 가속화 등을 2026년 중점 추진 과제로 제시했다. 또한 국민이 체감할 수 있는 경영혁신, 청렴 윤리경영 실천, 안전하고 행복한 일터 조성의 중요성을 강조하며 공공기관으로서 신뢰를 지킬 것을 당부했다.
김 이사장은 미국 시인 로버트 프로스트의 ‘가지 않은 길’을 인용하며 과감한 도전과 새로운 미래 개척의 필요성을 강조했다.

Kibo Holds 2026 New Year's Ceremony, Declares New Vision as "Global Technology Finance Hub"
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as KIBO) held its 2026 opening ceremony at its Busan headquarters on the 2nd and officially declared its new vision: “A global technology finance hub that opens the future of Korea together with innovative companies.”
This vision reflects the new administration's commitment to faithfully implementing its national agenda and spearheading growth strategies amidst a changing global environment. Kibo has established its core values of challenge and innovation, growth and future, and trust and coexistence, and all executives and employees have pledged to share and practice these values.
Last year, KIBO provided KRW 31.8 trillion in guarantees, an increase of approximately KRW 2.9 trillion from the original plan, supporting export and high-tech companies in overcoming crises and fostering innovative growth. It also contributed to the revitalization of the venture capital market by expanding guarantee-linked investments in startups and local companies, areas previously underserved by private investment.
In 2026, the plan is to strengthen full-cycle customized support for SMEs with technological prowess and innovation, foster an open innovation ecosystem encompassing both domestically and internationally, and leap forward as a global technology finance hub.
In his New Year's address, Chairman Kim Jong-ho outlined key priorities for 2026, including responding to the global technological hegemony race, expanding support for future strategic industries and cutting-edge technology companies, stimulating technology transactions and protection and M&A, and accelerating AI-based business and service innovation. He also emphasized the importance of tangible management innovation, practicing ethical and ethical management, and creating a safe and happy workplace, urging the public to uphold trust as a public institution.
Chairman Kim quoted American poet Robert Frost's "The Road Not Taken" and emphasized the need for bold challenges and pioneering a new future.

2026年には技術力と革新性を備えた中小ベンチャー企業に対する全周期のカスタマイズ支援を強化し、国内外を結ぶ開放型革新生態系を造成し、グローバル技術金融中心に跳躍するという方針だ。
キム・ジョンホ理事長は新年社でグローバル技術覇権競争対応、未来戦略産業及び先端技術企業支援拡大、技術取引・保護及びM&A活性化、AI基盤業務・サービス革新加速化などを2026年重点推進課題として提示した。また、国民が体感できる経営革新、清廉倫理経営実践、安全で幸せな職場づくりの重要性を強調し、公共機関として信頼を守ることを要請した。
金理事長は米国詩人ロバート・フロストの「行かない道」を引用し、果敢な挑戦と新しい未来開拓の必要性を強調した。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée KIBO) a tenu sa cérémonie d'ouverture 2026 à son siège de Busan le 2 et a officiellement déclaré sa nouvelle vision : « Un centre mondial de financement technologique qui ouvre l'avenir de la Corée avec des entreprises innovantes. »
Cette vision reflète l'engagement de la nouvelle administration à mettre en œuvre fidèlement son programme national et à impulser des stratégies de croissance dans un contexte mondial en constante évolution. Kibo a défini ses valeurs fondamentales – défi et innovation, croissance et avenir, confiance et coexistence – et l'ensemble de ses dirigeants et employés se sont engagés à les partager et à les mettre en pratique.
L'an dernier, KIBO a octroyé 31 800 milliards de wons de garanties, soit une augmentation d'environ 2 900 milliards de wons par rapport au plan initial, soutenant ainsi les entreprises exportatrices et de haute technologie face aux crises et favorisant une croissance innovante. Il a également souligné l'importance d'une innovation managériale concrète, de pratiques de gestion éthiques et responsables, et de la création d'un environnement de travail sûr et épanouissant, exhortant le public à maintenir sa confiance envers l'institution publique.
Le président Kim a cité le poème « La route non prise » du poète américain Robert Frost et a souligné la nécessité de relever des défis audacieux et d'ouvrir la voie à un avenir nouveau.
