부산창조경제혁신센터는 한국사회투자와 함께 한국벤처투자(한국모태펀드), 부산광역시 등이 출자한 ‘부산 혁신 스케일업 벤처펀드 출자사업’ 액셀러레이터(AC) 부문에 최종 선정됐다고 5일 밝혔다.
이번 선정에 따라 부산창조경제혁신센터와 한국사회투자는 총 59억 원 규모의 ‘부산 글로벌 브릿지 투자조합’을 결성할 예정이다. 이 중 35억 원은 모태펀드 자금으로 조성된다.
부산 글로벌 브릿지 투자조합은 지역 공공 액셀러레이터와 글로벌 전문 투자기관이 협력해 부산 지역 스타트업을 발굴·투자하고, 글로벌 진출까지 연계 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 통해 지역 기업의 성장과 스케일업을 지원한다는 계획이다.
부산창조경제혁신센터는 오픈이노베이션, 예비창업패키지, 초기창업패키지, B.Startup PIE 배치프로그램 등 다양한 창업 지원 사업을 운영해 왔다. 특히 2024년 하반기 이후 3개 모태펀드에 연속 선정되며 총 147억 원 규모의 펀드를 확보했고, 이번 펀드를 포함해 총 6개 펀드, 약 176억 원 규모의 자금을 운용 중이다. 아울러 2025년 하반기에는 중소벤처기업부 TIPS 운용사로 선정돼 지역 스타트업 투자 지원을 확대하고 있다.
글로벌 브릿지 펀드는 개인투자조합 형태로 8년간 운용되며, 이 중 투자기간은 4년이다. 약정총액의 80% 이상을 스타트업 성장과 스케일업을 목적으로 투자할 예정이다.
투자 대상은 부산에 본사 또는 지사를 둔 기업을 중심으로, 부산 9대 전략산업 및 5대 미래 신산업 분야 기업이다. 선정된 기업에는 투자와 함께 양 기관이 보유한 창업 지원 프로그램과 글로벌 진출 연계 지원이 제공될 계획이다.
김용우 부산창조경제혁신센터 대표이사는 “연이은 펀드 확보와 TIPS 운영사 선정으로 지역 스타트업을 위한 투자 기반을 구축해 왔다”며 “이번 글로벌 브릿지 펀드를 통해 지역 기업의 지속 가능한 성장과 부산 지역 경제 활성화에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center announced on the 5th that it was finally selected for the accelerator (AC) category of the 'Busan Innovation Scale-up Venture Fund Investment Project', which was invested by Korea Social Investment, Korea Venture Investment (Korea Mother Fund), and Busan Metropolitan City.
Following this selection, the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center and Korea Social Investment plan to establish the "Busan Global Bridge Investment Association" with a total investment of 5.9 billion won. Of this, 3.5 billion won will be raised from the mother fund.
The Busan Global Bridge Investment Association aims to discover and invest in Busan-area startups through collaboration between local public accelerators and global investment firms, and to support their global expansion. Through this, the organization aims to support the growth and scale-up of local companies.
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center has been operating various startup support programs, including Open Innovation, Pre-Startup Package, Early-Stage Startup Package, and the B.Startup PIE Placement Program. Notably, since the second half of 2024, the center has been selected for three consecutive mother funds, securing a total of KRW 14.7 billion in funding. Including this fund, the center currently manages six funds, totaling approximately KRW 17.6 billion. Furthermore, in the second half of 2025, the center was selected as a TIPS operator by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, expanding its support for investment in local startups.
The Global Bridge Fund will operate as a private investment partnership for eight years, with a four-year investment period. At least 80% of the total committed capital will be invested to support startup growth and scale-up.
Investment targets are companies headquartered or headquartered in Busan, focusing on nine strategic industries and five emerging future industries. Selected companies will receive investment support, as well as access to startup support programs offered by both organizations and support for global expansion.
Kim Yong-woo, CEO of the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center, said, “We have been building an investment foundation for local startups by securing a series of funds and selecting a TIPS operator. Through this Global Bridge Fund, we will contribute to the sustainable growth of local companies and the revitalization of the Busan regional economy.”

釜山創造経済革新センターは韓国社会投資とともに韓国ベンチャー投資（韓国モテファンド）、釜山広域市などが出資した「釜山革新スケールアップベンチャーファンド出資事業」アクセラレータ（ＡＣ）部門に最終選定されたと５日明らかにした。

投資対象は釜山に本社または支社を置く企業を中心に、釜山9大戦略産業および5大未来新産業分野企業である。選ばれた企業には投資とともに両機関が保有する創業支援プログラムとグローバル進出連携支援が提供される計画だ。
キム・ヨンウ釜山創造経済革新センター代表理事は「相次いでファンド確保とTIPS運営会社選定で地域スタートアップのための投資基盤を構築してきた」とし「今回のグローバルブリッジファンドを通じて地域企業の持続可能な成長と釜山地域経済活性化に寄与する」と話した。

釜山创意经济创新中心于5日宣布，最终入选“釜山创新规模化风险投资基金项目”的加速器（AC）类别，该项目由韩国社会投资、韩国风险投资（韩国母基金）和釜山广域市投资。
此次遴选之后，釜山创意经济创新中心和韩国社会投资公司计划成立“釜山全球桥梁投资协会”，总投资额为59亿韩元。其中，35亿韩元将来自母基金。

釜山创意经济创新中心运营着多个创业扶持项目，包括开放式创新、创业前期扶持计划、早期创业扶持计划以及B.Startup PIE安置计划。值得一提的是，自2024年下半年以来，该中心已连续入选三支母基金，累计获得147亿韩元的资金。加上这支基金，该中心目前管理着六支基金，总额约为176亿韩元。此外，在2025年下半年，该中心被韩国中小企业和创业部指定为TIPS（创业扶持计划）运营机构，进一步扩大了对韩国本土创业企业的投资支持。
全球桥梁基金将以私募投资合伙企业的形式运作八年，投资期为四年。至少80%的承诺资本将用于支持初创企业的成长和规模化发展。
投资目标为总部位于釜山或总部设在釜山的公司，重点关注九大战略产业和五大新兴产业。入选公司将获得投资支持，以及两家机构提供的创业扶持项目和全球扩张支持。
釜山创意经济创新中心首席执行官金容宇表示：“我们通过筹集一系列资金和选定TIPS运营商，一直在为本地初创企业构建投资基础。通过这项全球桥梁基金，我们将为本地企业的可持续发展和釜山地区经济的振兴做出贡献。”

Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan a annoncé le 5 qu'il avait finalement été sélectionné pour la catégorie accélérateur (AC) du « Projet d'investissement du fonds de capital-risque pour la mise à l'échelle de l'innovation de Busan », qui a été financé par Korea Social Investment, Korea Venture Investment (Korea Mother Fund) et la ville métropolitaine de Busan.
Suite à cette sélection, le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Busan et Korea Social Investment prévoient de créer la « Busan Global Bridge Investment Association » dotée d'un capital d'investissement total de 5,9 milliards de wons, dont 3,5 milliards proviendront du fonds mère.
L'association Busan Global Bridge Investment Association a pour objectif de repérer et d'investir dans les startups de la région de Busan grâce à la collaboration entre les accélérateurs publics locaux et les sociétés d'investissement internationales, et de soutenir leur expansion à l'étranger. Elle vise ainsi à favoriser la croissance et le développement des entreprises locales.
Le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Busan propose divers programmes d'accompagnement aux jeunes entreprises, notamment l'innovation ouverte, le programme de pré-lancement, le programme d'accompagnement aux jeunes pousses et le programme de placement B.Startup PIE. Depuis le second semestre 2024, le centre a été sélectionné pour trois fonds d'investissement principaux consécutifs, obtenant un financement total de 14,7 milliards de wons. Avec ce nouveau fonds, le centre gère actuellement six fonds, pour un montant total d'environ 17,6 milliards de wons. Par ailleurs, au second semestre 2025, le centre a été désigné opérateur TIPS par le ministère des PME et des Startups, renforçant ainsi son soutien à l'investissement dans les jeunes entreprises locales.
Le Global Bridge Fund fonctionnera comme un partenariat d'investissement privé pendant huit ans, avec une période d'investissement de quatre ans. Au moins 80 % du capital total engagé seront investis pour soutenir la croissance et le développement des jeunes entreprises.
Les entreprises cibles sont celles dont le siège social est situé à Busan ou dans une ville de Busan, et se concentrent sur neuf secteurs stratégiques et cinq secteurs émergents. Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront d'un soutien financier, d'un accès aux programmes d'accompagnement à la création d'entreprise proposés par les deux organisations, ainsi que d'un accompagnement à leur expansion internationale.
Kim Yong-woo, PDG du Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Busan, a déclaré : « Nous avons mis en place un socle d'investissement pour les jeunes entreprises locales en obtenant plusieurs financements et en sélectionnant un opérateur TIPS. Grâce à ce Fonds de transition mondial, nous contribuerons à la croissance durable des entreprises locales et à la revitalisation de l'économie régionale de Busan. »
